Hi, i installed the lensa app, paid for the subscription and paid for the 50 and later 100 avatars. Doesn't work. When I trie to get trhe avatars made I get sent to checkout where ,again, I can choose a package of avatars. Please help or else refund.

I paid for the 50 avatars and got an error message saying I already own this, I tried the 100 and got the same thing. I then checked my bank account and saw I was charged for both and no avatars.

I have a year subscription, and I have until December 2021, and it’s saying that I have to upgrade $19.99, unlimited, which is what I have, and now I can’t use Lensa unless I pay the yearly plan. I’ve already purchased it, I’m not going to repurchase, when my subscription isn’t over until December 2021. So I need it restored or get my money back

I have a iphone 11Max Pro with 256GB of storage, of which only 101GB is used. I also have a 2TB iCloud account. But now when I try to open the Lensa app I get message that says "Not Enough Memory To optimize the app please free up some memory space on your device. Otherswise, only part of your content will be saved". The only options are "Setting" and "Cancel", neither of which seems to do anything. Essentially I can not use the app. How do i fix this? thanks

I don’t understand why This App is continuously trying to charge me on Apple Pay... I downloaded this app and deleted because I didn’t understand nor it wasn’t for me.. I do not see why people are impressed with this.

I use Facetune 2 Andrew pay for that app. I read the gleaming reviews on this particular app and I have to say I am not in the least impressed. I do work with professional photos and I thought this would be a great app based off of the reviews for editing. All I can do with the photo was hit auto adjust and there were options to slide coloring around and things like that but I need an option that allows me to airbrush. This does not offer that. I do not do heavy airbrushing but I need some control and I need to be able to pop color a little bit and this did not do it when I use the auto adjustment setting there were parts of the photos that just looked over saturated. Again I am not impressed I am going to have to figure out how to remove this before they charge me $30 for a year. By the way it mentions that it is $7.99 per month but it doesn’t give you the option to select the month it only gives you the option of a year. So now I’ve got to find how to remove this. There was a background button and a face button but both were in dark gray and I could not press the buttons to see what they did. I have never removed an app this quickly from my phone I literally downloaded it messed around with it for about 15 minutes and could not get it to do what I needed it to do.

Declined is performance

I loved this app when it first came out. Was actually the best hands down that I’d experienced so far and trust me I’ve tried many. But it has declined greatly. Every single photo I use to edit says it doesn’t detect a face which is ridiculous especially when I’ve even used some that were very clear with person facing straight forward and almost nothing except the face. I usually don’t bother reporting things but I likED the app so much I was hoping they would fix it but still nothing. Also the you have to pay for it now and I’m surly not going to pay for something that has failed to live up to their potential. Also the app cuts parts of your body off when you change the background feature with no option to edit or outline manually. Sure hated to see this app go….

Incredible waste of money

You might be impressed if you have never used an app before, otherwise there is a long list of apps that do more for less money or even free. I thought I was signing up for a trial, but found out that I have it for a year for $30. I’ll never use it, so I am going to cancel my subscription now so that I don’t forget and delete the app to clear up the space it’s wasting. The interface looks like it’s for 90-year-olds who can’t see because the buttons and sliders are huge, while the photo is small. I don’t get why this has good ratings. The actual tools give decent results, but not even as good as a lot of free apps. Again, maybe those ratings are by people for whom this is their first time using an editing app.
