Well designed, love the Nurse on call feature
I downloaded the app thinking I would track down an urgent care location for my kid, then noticed the Nurse on Call feature. I tried calling that line first and had a fantastic experience over the phone with a nurse who talked me through my child’s symptoms and suggested I don’t need to take him to a clinic for now. Saved me a visit to the dr and offered me peace of mind!

Easy to schedule
I love this app! I’ve been avoiding getting set up with a provider since my insurance changed. I went on the app after work, browsed thru doctors in my neighborhood and scheduled an appointment that fit my schedule. After the appointment my medical record was updated. Love the Nurse On Call function as well. I’ve used that in the past. Thanks for making it super easy Banner!

Great start to a new app!
Very clean UI and no bugs noticed for a version 1.0 app. Nice job! Really liked the capabilities around finding urgent care locations. Being able to remotely hold a spot in line is really cool! Also, thanks for including doctor ratings. Looking forward to additional capabilities being added.
