I like the simplicity and ease of use would like more rewords and not necessarily for just referring friends. Overall nice simple and easy to use app. 2nd part of review after using Spot several times the support is slow and I took away a star from my original 4 stars due to the simple fact that I contacted support and 30 hours later no response I asked about the purchase $100 or not of crypto receive $20 more well I did make that purchase it also cost me close to $20 in fees to purchase which in my opinion is a really steep fee compared to other exchanges, Coinbase is like 0.99 cents or $1.50 on fees to buy crypto. Banxa isn’t even that high of fee’s. Also like I said before could use a better rewards system. The ease of use is still there.

The first one took 7-8 hours which I completely understood because there was a verification process to use my card. I appreciate the extra security on that. However, I see no valid reason that my next 3 purchases took more than an hour. One of them took FOUR HOURS. This is not blockchain backlog causing delays, because once they process the transaction the bitcoin takes only 5-10 minutes to reach the wallet. This is this app’s card processing that is the slowest I’ve ever seen. If you want to buy and HODL then Spot is fine for you. I personally want to buy it and move it to somewhere I can diversify it into alts quickly. I really don’t understand the processing delay as every other bitcoin exchange is instant. Literally every single one. Except for this app

Finally I don’t have to go through long process of verification just to touch my own money like 90% of buy crypto apps make you do. Then they make you wait just to tell you there was a glare in your photo ID and could not be verified so now your wallet is untouchable and your money just sits there. With Spot I buy and I’m able to do what I want with it. Because it’s my money and I should be able to do what I want with my money. Not give it to lame crypto apps just to be held and unable to access your balance when you want to.

As an amateur crypto enthusiast it seemed like the only way I could participate without spending hours a day was to buy on Coinbase and hold. In a fluctuating market all the profits go to the day traders who are able to monitor all the pairs and arbitrage on exchanges... none of that being remotely available to newbies. Until this app! Spot is so easy to use, beautiful even, and shows you exactly where the money is and is going: thousands of token pairs, see the best exchanges for each pair trade... it’s all right there! It’s opening up a world of possibilities I didn’t know could va available to me.

So yeah you could get your coin immediately from the bigger guys. But those charges? Killin us!

this app had a longer KYC flow than most, but once I got movin and verified I was able to use ApplePay! Problem ls.. only my digital bank debit card seems to like it (US based credit cards seem to refuse to do biz based on "risk" which we all know is b.s).

It isn't immediate, and maybe takes an hour at most to get funds, sometimes more. But you can't beat the UI, and how it's designed. Perfect to hodl, or beginners. Better for those who are really really new and think Bitcoin is not a worthy force to recon with :)

UPDATE: Gotta love it when the CEO takes the time to reply! I only use this app now. Fast. Discreet, secure. If you even dabble like 20$ here and there in crypto... no reason not to use this app. And yes it’s indeed faster!

I downloaded this app Wallet because I was recommended it by one of my friends who is an avid enthusiast and owner of NFT’s and other Cryptocurrency’s. I’m very glad I did, this app Wallets interface is very user friendly and easy to learn and navigate! It also allowed me to connect my other favorite wallet application TrustWallet with ease. What my former wallet app lacks in this app Wallet has as well as more. Amazing app and I highly recommend.

So when I first downloaded this app I had my doubts. I was looking for a secure wallet & it turns out this is a good one. I sent bitcoins to this wallet & transferred it to another wallet with in minutes. The only downfall now is buying bitcoins on here under $250 requires id. I think it would be better if you guys went back to the old way with no id. I hate the whole process for getting verified, other than that this is a good wallet. Also nobody should be complaining about the fees they aren’t that high. The service on here is good they’ll get back to your questions, comments, or concerns fast enough.

I’ve been trying to recover bitcoins/ money for about 2 days. This company would not stop until they helped me get it back. I strongly recommend them. There response is AWESOME. More than one person was helping me. I believe it was the whole staff that got involved.

They were soooooo upbeat into helping me. These people are GREAT!!!! For me to be learning about bitcoins it was a great great relief.

I have $87 in my wallet, all transactions have been confirmed/deposited. Nothing is pending.

When I go to send Bitcoin it tells me the max I can send is $71. Where’s the rest?? I waited hours for the last purchase to finalize so I could send the Bitcoin I needed to send... and I still can’t do it. Cant find any info on their website about why this is happening and their Live Chat is closed until Monday soooo that’s useless. I just have to sit here and wait for the weekend to be over to use Spot for it’s intended purpose.

It’s convenient to invest in cryptocurrency using Spot. It gets a little expensive when paying the fee to the processor and then when withdrawing crypto to another wallet, another fee is added. All in all though we are paying for convenience and Spot makes it very convenient and quick.

Spot is supposed to be meant for beginner crypto investors. The huge problem with Spot is that it charges outrageously high fees for buying and selling crypto. For a 50$ deposit to buy bitcoin, it will ask for 11$ as a fee for your purchasement🤢🤢🤢. It gets even worse when you want to buy larger volumes. While Coinbase takes a little more than 1$ for a fee for a 50$ bitcoin purchase. I recommend using Coinbase( user friendly), Cash app, gemeni or Robinhood(buy stocks and bitcoin) for beginners in the crypto space. Spot is tryna profit from noobs who don’t know anything about crypto.

I downloaded Spot to use it for buying bitcoin with my credit card. I had to verify my ID in order to purchase my bitcoin. This process was smooth, within under an hr I had bitcoin in my wallet ready to send or invest to anywhere I wanted. August 23, 2020

Spot claims to invest as low as $20 but keeps changing the rules so one day you can invest 20 for the next day you have to invest 30, then $50.
It’s false advertisement and it’s ridiculous and it would be really nice to have an app that just did what it said it was going to do and didn’t change things up on you constantly just like this one just like cash app just like every other one out there

I love the UX here! As a biz person/creative enthusiast, I get the best of both worlds. Fierce in application & usability. Don’t let the emojis fool you. These guys have got it together. I expect big things. Now let’s see what happens on the mid2later follow through this year….

I have referred 20+ people and gotten them to sign up, but that's not enough to get any type of bonus. You must rely on these people to then buy $100 worth of crypto, for you to earn just $5!!! It's a waste of time to advertise Spot if you have a referral website like myself. Stick with apps that will give you a bonus for getting people to sign up and are grateful enough that you're bringing more users to their platform.

Everytime i open Spot i put my password in and Spot crashes i reset my phone and everything idk if its my phone or your app

I’ve been using Spot for a few weeks and it’s been fine. The nature of my business requires me to make small transactions, and usually at least 3 or 4 times per day.

Today, I was charged for 4 purchases that I’ve already been charged for, totaling over $300. I contacted support 5 hours ago and they still haven’t acknowledged the complaint.

Works well and connects to other crypto apps way easier than any other ones I have. I definitely recommend Spot.

Nice and simple, easy to understand, I like how it asks for passcode or uses face id when you leave Spot in the background and come to it.

My grandma moves faster than Spot. If you don’t mind waiting days to have your purchase confirmed, then this is Spot for you!

Also, if you’re a fan of useless support staff, these guys are #1 on that list too.

Don’t believe the fake 5 star reviews from the developers friends and family. This is by far the worst option for buying btc. Stay away.

Signing up is easy but my attempt to buy in my first investment too very long. It just kept loading and loading. My phone screen went to sleep multiple times, after I unlocked my screen the transaction was still loading. I didn’t have time to keep waiting so I closed it.

Love Spot, I use it to see my whole portfolio from all the different exchanges I use. I can also see which exchange is offering the best price for a crypto which is very convenient.

I am new with all of this and your app thus far using it has been a breeze and easy to use being new to the crypto world! Great job in Spot !!

Long delay to get bitcoin , wasn’t instantaneous- however it was my first transaction. Customer service was pleasant and accommodating once they responded. Would use again if the transactions were instant. Interface is user friendly.

My first purchase went smooth when I tried to do my second purchase I thought it would go smooth the same way but that selfie verification process was a bit channeling. I understand that security is high but they should stick to just letting you upload your Id.

Couldn’t be more happier with the way it set up and how everything is back up to the cloud
