6I canceled this app. You sent me an email verifying that I cancelled and continued to charge me.I cancelled free trial/subscription, according to all the instructions on cancelling that I could find (before 'free' trial had ended) The subscription doesn't even show up on any of my subcription Iists like my google acct or Google Play account, my wife picked it up thru the ridiculous amount of recurring charges via my bank account going all the way back to 12th August 2023, some weeks you have even charged me twice, last week you even charged me twice on the same day then charged me once again 2 days later. Most charges are $29.90 or up & down .10 -20c either way. ( Ie: $29.80 - $30.00) Ive even found 3 X charges under a different name but not surprisingly is you guys awell called Astroline.today, 3 X $28.99! How you can get away with this is absolutely mind blowing, to date it seems your FREE app that I used for a grand total of an hour ( & that's being generous,as it's an extremely dire & boring app, although what an absolute moneymaker it is for you guys. Bit of a license to print money for you guys) so far Ive been taken for $821.99 Aus. & $89.97 for your new astroline withdraweks,Which I never gave you permission to or for you to steal from my bank account. Any good review for this site is 100% an employee or o iie of the owners as it's an absolute SCAM & you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself, these payments are coming out of my fortnightly Disabilty pension, it's not fair & it's definitely not right & I'll make sure i post up what you have done & what you are all about worldwide, I won't stop until I get my money back you thieving , no morals bottom feeders, I've started things proceedings with my bank regarding your company and all its fraudulent activity. You said it was going to be a free trial then it says it will charge a dollar well then it charges $0.31.49.51.41 and so on all the way up till $17.19 off my PayPal I want my money back and it sucks too because you give astrology a bad name and that sucks give me my money

I see everybody having the same complained. I use hint long ago and deleted the account when i did not need to use it again. Since 2022 and 2023 they continue charging me every month 19 USD now about 500 USD. Please stop these charges and i want my refund of 500 USD

I downloaded the app to try the free trial, I canceled the same day and deleted the app too. My card was charged repeatedly. there has been over 100 dollars charged to my card and i can't find a phone number to reach customer service. i would not recommend this app, in fact i believe it is scam.

The same problem every single person on here is having! This app is a total and complete scam I was charged 19.00 twice I asked for a refund and was refunded 1.00 not my whole 39.00 they charged. I never signed up for any subscriptions I simply just downloaded the app.

i’ve been trying to cancel this app since the minute I signed up I continuously being charged and doesn’t show up on my iPhone as even a subscription can’t figure out anyway that I’m even signed up for it let alone can cancel it!

I go in and install the app just to see if I can cancel what I never signed up for and guess what? My email can't be found because I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR IT. I want a full refund. App is a scam...I canceled before trial was up and was still charged. Didn't get any reply from the 12 year old astrologer that only popped up once during the trial and the app looks half developed. Get no reply from anyone and can find no way to contact customer support. The number attached to the charges on my statement is international. I'm on disability and have kids. Hint app Very much a scam I never subscribed didn't even go through with downloading the app but because my card was connected to Apple pay it was billed through there. I have been trying to get a refund for two days. YOu have stopped responding. I misunderstood how the app worked. thought the one dollar was the trial, then clicked skip trial because the button to start trial was not clickable then immediately contacted help and got a standard reply and have not received a reply since. I have looked at your reviews, this is a pattern. Reviews have also said that you continue to charge after a subscription is cancelled. This is unethical and despicable behavior and bad business practices. I do not have 70 dollars to throw out the window, the app is misleading, the advertising is misleading. All of the real reviews are one and I stupidly not check prior. This is sickening and I literally can't pay bills because of this. I hope that this makes your company feel good and that you can sleep at night for defrauding people. If i do not get a refund within 24 hours, I will also be writing bad reviews on yelp, the app, and contacting the BBB.
