Where’s my response??? I’ve submitted a request to be refunded for the app I accidentally purchased; dialog translate speech. I was supposed to hear back.

This is an update from my previous post about being overcharged by a total of $89.91. Apple support did cancel my account per my request, but the refund of the $89.91 of my money that was taken under fraudulent circumstances is subject to a 30 day "eligibility review". This is like saying " we, the thieves, will review whether we think we should return the money we were caught stealing from you." Seriously Apple? Just return my money, it is clear from my statement that I was charged double the cost of the monthly subscription, and charged twice-a-month instead of once-a-month.

DO NOT GET THIS APP--I am being double charged (9.99 x 2) every two weeks. It is a crazy amount of money for an app that is mediocre and limited at best. I have requested a refund twice and have received no confirmation of request or advancement on refund. Truly fraudulent.

I found the instructions inadequate I would also have to purchase apps to help the translator also The translator is not easy to operate calling for help I’ve already done that and it doesn’t work your left on the line and then when someone does answer , hard to understand would like to return item there is an expense to that as well . Beware buyers I would very much like to return this item if I could actually access assistance to do it I will try calling the number one more time and try to handle agent poor broken English. Just would like my money back, and see if I can get a refund. I strongly recommend not to buy. I believe that from their website to the product in my hand is a scam!!

I downloaded this app while in China and only used it once or twice because it took too long to translate, and, when it did translate, it was inaccurate more often than it was right. I completely forgot about it until my credit card company notified me that my iTunes bill seemed much higher than usual last month. When I checked, I realized that I was being billed $4.99 per WEEK for an app I hardly used. I think I trusted this app because it was very highly rated, but, I’m now wondering if those ratings were either fake, for a previous version of the app, or if they are from users who were translating into or from languages besides Chinese.

Liar and literally the worst

OK I did not download this in China you were basically a big giant liar yeah and you just keep on giving that “ stupid unlimited speech thing like it won’t even allow me to do even just one translation”I will never use you again my God stop doing this I am sick and tired of you you are the worst oh you did again you did it I saw another LIE LIE LIE like my bills aren’t high and plus I am only nine and you treat me like this you clearly don’t even care about anyone oh you did it again in what you think this is a game this is not a game you claim it’s a game but that’s completely false👎👎👎👎👎😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
