Nifty: Manage Projects & Tasks Reviews

This product does a great job of helping me stay on task and keep track of current and past projects. I work as an Energy Manager for a school system and when I have to stay organized and keep track of what’s going on at about 30 different locations, this tool helps a ton. My favorite features are task reminder notifications and being able to time how long it takes to perform each task right from the mobile app.

I couldn’t help but feel lost when using ClickUp. Their structure and hierarchy made sense but then when I used the tool I would just get lost and not have a feeling of control and awareness of what was going on across my projects.

So glad we switched to this app! The work flow and features they have and are building into the platform are phenomenal!

Keep it up this app team! We look forward to growing our business right along with this software platform.

Great PM app which support multiple platforms like windows app, webapp, mobile and their built-in file reader is extremely helpful for collaborating teamwork too. Something we wish to see in next update:
- Folder function for file manager to help improve files organizing and management. Currently it is somewhat cumbersome to have all files show up like that
- Ability to define the storage limit per member / guest user
- Dedicated dark mode button on mobile (similar to desktop) which allow us to switch to dark mode manually instead of depends on ios display setting.
- Vote or poll feature (similar to Trello) for Task / subtask
- Custom domain CNAME which allow us to use our own domain for this app webapp

I love the roadmap, the file collection and doc space. I am just really surprised why this isn’t as well known as it could be. Maybe because of the premature product hunt launch? A second 2.0 launch or something to make Nifty get the attention it deserves would be nice.

I teach project management at a university. this app actually has quite a bit of promise. They have, however, had their share of problems and I abandoned it earlier this year. They have had performance issues, database integrity issues and their support is lacking. But there is a glimmer of hope that they are getting it together. I will take another look in a few months.

This tool is awesome! My team has tried a bunch of tools and this app is the only one that every department was able to be on and get started with work under 10minutes! Nifty is great and love the new zoom features.

This pm is excellent for creating tasks and aligning them with the milestones of my company. The ease of use of the dashboard is fantastic and give an inclusive feel throughout my organization! It’s a pleasure to manage my workflows from such a beautifully articulated tool!

By far the best Project Management Platform out there today. Far superior to Monday, Clickup, everyone out there.

Milestones page is great. The potential is there on Nifty. Simplifies the PM process. But it Crashes when I try to change the title on the in app document and it Crashes when I try to upload a file. Great potential, but needs work. Any updates coming soon?

Don’t bother looking at Jira, Asana, Monday, or any other. this app is by far the best PM software you can possibly utilize and I recommend it to everyone!

It’s a very powerful project management application. And we live in a world where there’s thousands of them, I have used all of them from Asana, Monday.com, basecamp, Airtable, Slack, Clickup, JIRA, Microsoft Teams and Trello. It has all the tools the project manager would ever. I always tell people if the interface is not beautiful you won’t use it, beautiful engage you to work with it. The team behind this app PM is amazing, but what’s more impressive is they’re updating it every few days. They’re fixing bugs, adding improvements as well new features. Best PM application ever!!!!

My only request is offline mode. Similar to Microsoft 365 once you go off-line the application is still usable, and when you get back online everything gets loaded to the cloud.

Desktop version is great but mobile is unusable without dark mode.

This program has soooo many improvements that can be made. The chats are impossible to use properly. The program is unstable on desktop.
