Terrible app
I’m honestly not sure why anyone would bother with this. You have to input all your information in the app and all it does is show you other recruiter jobs. Then their system doesn’t work with any of the recruiters, so for every job you have to fill out another application and have your references verified all over again. On top of that, the features on the app are terrible. The chat is hard to use and there is now way to filter the jobs or search by new jobs only. It’s really frustrating

I don’t understand why I upload everything to Vivian, but the info is not used by the agencies. You have to put in another application and resend a resume, while each one is checking references. An application for each Job interested in? Its crazy to have a middle man that’s not sharing info. Should be one stop shopping but it’s actually double and triple everything.

needs improvement
so.... i’ve been using nursefly for over 6 months..... it has potential but IF someone ever reply... it’s literally weeks later just to say the job isn’t available. applied to 4 jobs this week.... 4 days later.... no response from the app. customer service reassured me they update the jobs daily. so idk.. wish it worked tho. seems cool.
