Inaccurate phone distractions!

We did a test at our Location with ride alongs. Even without touching the phone at all during the course of our delivery routes. The app still detected 30 phone manipulations throughout the trip. We had thought this was happening due to all the pot holes and that looks accurate according to this test. It’s inconsistency to determine the difference between a pothole over a phone manipulation is causing a lot of complaints here.

Horrible don’t waste your time or money

It’s completely false info and they won’t fix anything even when presented with facts and evidence. They said once I was on the phone while driving, but I was on break and inside of a mall. Yes I was on the phone but my vehicle was turned off and I wasn’t near it. Then they discriminate based upon sex. I know this because I’m a guy and most the females I work with have high scores while males have low scores. They say I’m distracted while driving but I don’t touch my phone until I am parked and then I wait about 10 seconds and I use my phone to do my job (delivery driver)! Then they want to say that they don’t take points away for reversing but then why is it show up as a event. Mostly no one has ever explained how the points work out or how to improve except for a stupid video that has nothing to do with your driving skills! When you leave feedback they only want 3 lines which equates to about 1 sentence and a few extra words!
