Its amazing

I’ve only been using SixPackin30Days for like a week and i know its too soon to jump to conclusions but these little workouts for me a beginner are good they make me hurt a little and i love it of course im soar every day but im sure if i continue and get to the level 3 workouts ill have a six pack next year for sure i havent seen any changes in my body to be honest but its because i just started and i eat so unhealthy but im sure if i eat more healthy ill see changes at least at the end of this month. Besides not seeing any changes i feel incredible its only like 10 mins of a workout but it really makes u feel the pain and the next day i feel different like my abs stay hard and i stay soar and ik it might sound weird but i love that feeling because you know your not doing your workouts for no reason your body is getting stronger😊 im in love with SixPackin30Days and ill let you know by the end of this month if i start seeing my abs form

Crazy reliable

I’ve been using this for quite a while now, and I somewhat recently got premium. 100% worth it. Don’t let the name of SixPackin30Days throw you off, because with the premium version there are MANY MANY workout plans to work on certain areas, such as your legs, arms, etc. But also the #1 program for general weight loss. Workouts include weights required & no weights required programs. Not exactly a need for equipment, if you don’t want to.

I 100% guarantee, if you stick to a plan & a balanced diet, nothing crazy, you will see results in a month that will be quite shocking. I already feel so much better & stronger than before. Not to mention there are workouts not only for beginners, but for advanced muscle gains. Great app for quick & efficient results. Highly recommend.

A good start

I have been working out every day for the past 3 months. I wanted to see if I saw any dramatic changes from using SixPackin30Days every day. I did the intermediate stage for 30 days and did not see major changes. The ab workout is meant for someone who doesn’t have access to things like a pull up bar or free weights. I was rarely sore from it, but then again maybe I should have done the harder level. For someone who is looking for a 10-20 minute workout at home this is a good app, but if you’re looking for a six pack I think other exercises need to be included such as ab wheels, leg raises, plank ups and others. I also did not exactly understand the stretching at the end, it was such a short period of stretching that it does little to nothing. Overall, SixPackin30Days is good in the sense that it motivates the individual to workout every day and follow a plan that does not require a gym. Sadly, I do not see it though as a solution to getting a six pack.

Errors and Issues plus suggestions

I would like to start out, that I like SixPackin30Days. I’ve been using it since the beginning of this year and I have seen progress to my body. However, when I switched to premium, I unlocked more workouts and plans. Some of these plans can download, but others can’t. So I have that you guys fix this issue because I want to work on other parts of my body too, but the plans just don’t work.

I would also suggest diet plans. Diet plans make it easier for people to track what they eat and how many calories they are consuming. For example, if someone does these workouts everyday, but they are not seeing results, it might be because they have a bad diet. So in conclusion, SixPackin30Days is great for workouts, but it has some issues and errors that could be resolved for a better experience and more.

Great experience so far

Awesome app! No “buy premium to get our best work out plans.” crap. (This is going to sound like I am working for the creators or something) I actually have used SixPackin30Days for a week and am truly already seeing results. I am going to keep using SixPackin30Days. I am doing both the beginner and intermediate levels at the same time. After I finish both of those in the 23 days, I’m going to start on the expert level. No weights needed. Also if y’all are wanting even more look at the other apps they offer. Totally free. As usual though in order to have a free app you have to deal with ads. I promise SixPackin30Days only shows adds in between screen changes. No other times. It pauses if you have a phone call and all. Work outs only take about 15 minutes to do. You’ll feel it when you get done.

Great for beginners

The constant session with built in breaks and timers is great for building habit. I had completed the entirety of the advanced 30 day workout and I am sad to say I did not have a six pack by the end of it but I had lost about 35 lbs In that month which is a positive. My biggest critique is after the first month was over it doesn’t change, you just do the same workouts in a span of a month over and over again. I felt like I had outgrown the workouts given and decided to create my own. I unfortunately was not consistent as when I was using SixPackin30Days , I think SixPackin30Days would be 100% better with a feature that allows you to build your own workout and more customizations. But overall it was worth buying.

Good app

So I have been using SixPackin30Days for quite some time, I have done the intermediate one and am on the advanced right now. This is a perfect app to get in a good ab workout , first of all it gives you a plan which includes rest days and a variety of exercises that are based on you. And it also gives you instructions on how to do the workout and make sure your doing it properly.
Only one thing I would ask to make it better , is add more exercises and another advanced section for when you finish advanced. Also another thing is maybe to have exercises just to do that aren’t in a plan. But yeah overall I love SixPackin30Days and use it everyday

This app is perfect

I normally don't write reviews but SixPackin30Days is amazing. For starters to access the main part there is no bs. No credit card or long processes to access the six pack training. It has levels for beginners and a little more advance. Thanks for the developers that made this ab experience possible. The only flaw is that it can be misleading and some people may think you can achieve abs in 30 days. Also it doesn't specify that you wont be available to see your abs without a low enough body fat. But these are minor issues not relevant to SixPackin30Days design or how it functions. Biggest complement is that SixPackin30Days doesn't force you through pain-full ads to access any features.

Best app I've used aside from the 30 day challenge app

I love SixPackin30Days, it tells me what I need to do which is very important to me and it also counts the time with calories which I didn't know SixPackin30Days did. It's pretty well made seeing that it's free. It works for me and I've so far seen results, they are slow but you will get the desired outcome if you work hard enough for it. I also think you should skip the rest period on like day 4 and day 8 where it shows the coffee cup. Yeah your muscles need a brake but still, and also do all three of the workouts in the day, the weight loss one, the rock hard abs one and six pack abs one. I know this was a long review but it helps!

Great option

I have been wanting to get in better shape but didn’t have the finances to pay for a trainer or gym membership. SixPackin30Days has been fantastic. I’m doing the intermediate workout. Though I haven’t noticed weight loss, with under fifteen minutes a day, I have noticed toning of muscle. Especially on my arms. I just started tracking waist and other measurements so I’m excited to potentially see improvements there as well. I am using this to build commitment to working out. Would recommend for all the people who want to see if they’re committed to working out, those on a budget, and those short on time. It’s great!

Outstanding results

I was very skeptical at first about using SixPackin30Days because I was thinking there’s no way I can possibly get abs in just one month and i know it’s gonna be different for everyone but I started SixPackin30Days at 146 pounds and since using SixPackin30Days I have lost 7 pounds in less than a month. Great app! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

SixPackin30Days is great. The excersizes really seem like they were planned by someone who knows what they are doing. It gives very helpful tips to help you stay injury free, and has rest days for your muscles to rest. Each day is different and a little bit harder. There are a few different levels, so you can do this if you are just starting, or already a pro. No workouts require equipment but you can add dumbells, bands, etc. if you want. There is some stretching but I would recommend doing a little bit more on your own. I use this developer’s leg/butt, arm, and ab app. Plus it’s free! Very useful and I would highly recommend.

Great for beginners, intermediates, and experts!

Don’t be intimidated by SixPackin30Days icon! If you’re new to ab workouts (ie basically never done them before), you’re completely fine with SixPackin30Days! It does a great job easing you into it. If you are not new to ab workouts, SixPackin30Days is also great! Really good exercises that target your core and make your abs hurt (in a good way).

Beyond the abs workouts though, their other exercises are terrific! My arms are way more defined and i am definitely stronger than I was when I started! Been using SixPackin30Days for over 3 months, I recommend paying the monthly fee

Happy so far

I’m on day 26 of the beginner ab workout. I feel stronger and can notice firmness and some outline. The things I like is it’s engaging, provides pointers, and isn’t so crazy that I burn out on it. People in my family noticed I look stronger. I’ve been in shape before from soccer and coast guard but 25lbs over my desired weight now. I’m looking forward to finishing this challenge and starting the advanced program and hopefully I’ll be looking good. I also want to do the plank challenge. The music is good and I’d recommend it if you’re ok with a gradual approach to looking stronger.

Great home fitness habit builder

Thanks for creating a no nonsense, easy to follow, 15-30 min daily exercise routines for the person who may not have time for the gym but still wants to prioritize fitness! I’ve done the first level and am trying the second. Doesn’t look like I have a six pack yet (didn’t finish within 30 days either) but I definitely feel stronger and more fit.

Like the other reviewer said there’s a few unobtrusive ads and solid advice/prompts from the robot personal trainer. I will consider other free fitness apps by this developer.

I WAS SO SKINNY FAT BUT AFTER THIS....

Obviously I didn’t get ripped and all that and definitely not a six pack in 30 days but that doesn’t mean don’t try this out well first off all start in the kitchen and eat right, buy pre workout and protein shake I recommend c4 and islo protein well now do this but also do other workouts such as Chest,Back,Bicep,Tricep,Shoulder,Legs and more. I saw a lot of results from skinny fat to skinny with a little bit of fat and I’m 13 but now Im not stopping my journey until I’m there I will come back in a year (if I don’t forget)

I am on day 75 and the results have been amazing, the other features in SixPackin30Days are awesome as well. It is well worth the money. This is a well done app that is easy to use and you get results if you put in the work. From beginner to advanced it has it all.

It works!

I am a professional body builder I thought SixPackin30Days would be for fun and jokes but I have ended up on having SixPackin30Days for over 130 days it’s not much different than my usual workout but it will show results I have a 6 pack and v lines but if you are a beginner at this it will show massive results to all if you do it right on the break days I suggest that you just skip to the next day and ignor the break and you will get the dream abs you are looking for!

Go Back to the Old UI

I use SixPackin30Days regularly, content is still good and useful, but the new update made negative progress. Voice cueing is now off (the countdown does not match the actual time, which is off-putting), the “schedule my next workout” screen after you finish has no “skip” option, and the calendar of progress which was a nice motivator is now buried in a different sub menu instead of being split-screen after the workout. Go back to the UI before this last push (.20).

best workout app

this is the best work out app i’ve used. for some good ones you need to buy a plan but SixPackin30Days doesn’t require any purchases. i’ve tried to work out in the past with other apps and i couldn’t commit to them but SixPackin30Days is different. i’m using the easiest level which works to burn belly fat which is my main issue. i’ve only used SixPackin30Days for a week and i’m already noticing progress. each work out slowly gets easier. the first time i did a 30 second plank i almost collapsed. i just finished a work out and there was hardly any issue. there’s hardly any pain the next day because while i push myself, i don’t push it too far. i highly recommend SixPackin30Days for anyone trying to get in better shape, no matter how inexperienced you are in working out

Phenomenal app

Gives you a 30 day workout based on what your looking for with easier and harder levels. It’s give video demonstrations on how to do every exercise and even gives you pointers on what is commonly done wrong in the exercises. This probably wouldn’t replace an actual trainer, but it’s the next best thing as it takes under a half hour everyday. Two words to describe SixPackin30Days: quick and effective. I would definitely recommend.

Simple instructions, great interface

I love the simple interface with voice instructions and timer to follow during the exercises. I just put on my wireless earphones and listen to my workout music and the voice instructions for each 30 minute session.
The six pack in 30 day plan consists of simple exercises, but I can feel the burn in my abs every session.

The only bad thing is the ads—-I’d pay to upgrade to an ad-less version.

Good App

Great app. The workouts are solid and paced well. I only have two issues.
1. Why does the 3 second count down go away after a few workouts?
2. I know my body fat or BMI. This one size fits all scale is very old school. My body fat percentage is about 13% and this BMI has me at like 27ish. I should be able to put my known measurements in and track them.
My two issues are not even close to a big deal. I’ve had SixPackin30Days for months and all the workouts are solid with enough variation to keep your abs guessing.

Love it

I am totally not a work out junkie by any means. I loved that this was simple, non judgmental and motivating way to work out. I finished the first 30 days, don’t have great abs, but way more strength and my back doesn’t hurt (which I didn’t know it was even hurting before). It has been so great for my core and now I am working on the second 30 days. Totally not the person to normally write a review, but I felt like this deserves it. Grateful I found it.

Great workout app! Stick to the plan, add some cardio and cut on sugars and bread. In 30 days I got rid of excess belly fat and love handles are almost gone. I can clearly see the upper 2-pack now and I’m quite happy with my looks. I expect on getting 4 packs and v-line in 60, and all 6 in 90 days unless I don’t have all six like Arnold :)

Solid app, just one advice to devs: spell “don’t” as “ do not” when you program your AI voice - it doesn’t know how to read “‘“.

Amazing Results (Better be committed though)

SixPackin30Days gives you step by step workouts that you can do easily at home... it creates a custom workout plan according to your needs, it kicks your *** though, you need to be committed, I saw great results within 2 weeks. 10/10 recommend for whatever you are trying to achieve with your core.
