My GPS Coordinates ° Reviews

I have been using MyGPSCoordinates exclusively for work but lately have found the signal accuracy has gotten worse. I have had to go into the map location and play with trying to pinpoint my location and then go back into the gps side of MyGPSCoordinates to see if the accuracy is better but first have to wait through a loud aggressive add. Most times the accuracy has not improved and I have to repeat this process. I have reached the point that I give up on MyGPSCoordinates. I love the simple layout but despise the aggressive adds I’m forced to watch, combined with the recent lack of signal accuracy I’m forced to use another app. I don’t understand why their is no option for deleting adds. I may check back later to see if the developer makes improvements, but until that happens YOUR DEAD TO ME!

Great app use it all the time for GPS coords when geocaching but only issue with it is the ads, I would love to have MyGPSCoordinates without ads and would be willing to pay like 5-10 USD for an option, that would just allow it to be a tiny bit easier for what I use it for, other than that I love it.

We had to location to GPS. First one fine. Moved to second location about 100 feet away) with app still open. Suddenly a big ad for google app was covering the page which still had the previous go’s showing. I had already save it with a CNN pic. Could not find any way to move to a née gps. Tried shutting down MyGPSCoordinates and reopening it. Same screen came up (previous) GOS. Could not get it to allow me to take a break GPS. Is this a one shot trial period then $$$. If so I missed that on the original description.😒

A clean and simple app to use but not very accurate. I have tried it 10 times in the exact same
spot and get entirely different reading every time. Only the whole number from longitude and latitude remain the same it also displays accuracy from 5 meters to 5005 meters. Will continue to play with it for a while in hopes that programmers will fix this fault.
(I am using an apple 7)

MyGPSCoordinates has great functions and is simple to use. I really like it a lot. Except that...The aggressive and noisy ads make it unusable. I searched for a way to upgrade to an ad free version with no success. I am going to uninstall and look elsewhere because the noise and delay from the ads make it unusable.

Nice and simple app. Does what I need it to do without all of the clutter.

It’s a great app and it does what it promises very well without unnecessary features.
But it’s 2022 and not being able to remove ads is really annoying.

Simple. Works well but ads were extremely annoying. Deleted after the second time I opened MyGPSCoordinates . I’m fine with ad supported apps but when the adds cover up MyGPSCoordinates while making loud noises with no way to stop them but close MyGPSCoordinates , I’m out

I use for storm spotting, stamping coords right on the pic is the quickest way to do that. The text overlay is perfect, easily the best I’ve used. But the ads are a problem… I don’t have time to mess with that during a storm. I’d gladly pay for an ad-free version.

Would be 5 stars but ad frequency is almost humorous. Will eventually get deleted out of frustration because I can turn on cable TV and watch a new commercial every time I change screens.

Incomprehensible interface. Offers you all kinds of things you don’t want and makes it ridiculously hard to do the one simple thing you downloaded it for. Prompts that just lead you in circles. Deleting this after wasting an hour trying to just run the tutorial.

With sound. Automatic one star. Chock full of ads and data mining privacy violations. Also does that 5 star reviews go to MyGPSCoordinates Store, 1-4 star reviews get c-filed. Don’t download. There are many better apps with better functionality and not chock full of intrusive ads.

I hate that you can't copy the coordinates to the clipboard. You should be able to tap a copy icon or the coordinates themselves and copy them to the clipboard. Need the option of what format to copy them with.

Deleted it after a couple minutes of use. Recommend the built in Compass app for gathering simple gps coords.

Adds pop up so often they make MyGPSCoordinates hard to use because of their distractions.
MyGPSCoordinates also shares everything it can with other apps that turn on even more adds.

I love MyGPSCoordinates it works great

The old version was much better this update is horrible

An advertisement grabs your screen as soon as you open MyGPSCoordinates with no apparent way to make it go away. This renders an apparently useful app useless.

Useless. Don’t bother loading it.

Would be great if the watch app had a watch face complication, I don’t know of any apps that let me put my coordinates on the watch face. Would be nice to have in an emergency situation where seconds matter.

Intrusive ads and it doesn’t work most of the time

App won't even open, just crashes.

Horrible interface, crazy ads. Unusably.

Despite being out on "a clear and sunny day" with nothing around to cause signal problems, the location accuracy was 18001 meters... yes folks, located to within eighteen kilometers. I'd have as much accuracy throwing a dart at a map. MyGPSCoordinates is useless if that's how close it will be.
