I find it VERY sus that they REFUSE to update player status’ prior to lock. There have been MANY time that they list a player as starting but the player has been scratched. You can’t trust ANYTHING you see about a player. You still need to put in tons of more work to find all the latest info. They refuse to acknowledge that they have deceived players who don’t have hours to do research. They would rather not fix the very most basic thing a DFS site should focus on for its customers. Instead they don’t care, they just want your money. Hope you have a solid $100/month DFS 3rd party site, otherwise you will be at a huge disadvantage. I will not longer deposit on this site since they REFUSE TO FIX THIS. I have lost thousands due to their mislabeling of starters. Save your heartache and headache.

Let me start by saying I would’ve gave it a zero if possible. Download super draft got excited about it something different. However problem started from day one when I was a new player and I have pictures to back up my “promotions” of 50% match on deposit and a free $20 ticket. These were never given too me. Customer service is super slow until my message about canceling my account and received a response immediately it seems. As they don’t wanna deal with issues and I have no problem taking your money. You can still win as people do all the time but be wary when you sign up you may or may not get the items entitled to you.

I play a lot of daily fantasy and was intrigued by the multiplier format. But unfortunately it’s impossible to get verified. After entering my full name and address of the house I own (so should be able to be used to verify) I was denied. Then they asked for date of birth and last for of my social security number. Again denied. Then they ask for a picture ID. Seems sketchy to me. They have an option to upload a student ID so I did that. And I get an email saying that the ID is not allowed because it’s not a state issued ID even though student ID is an option. So I sent a different ID and never heard back! Don’t waste your time! Not worth the head when draft kings and fan duel are super easy.
