I canceled this subscription September 17 2022. Since then this company for OVER A YEAR has randomly tried to bill me, sometimes with transactions successfully going through. I spend hours fighting with card company to get refunded the fraudulent charge from pixomatic. I just saw today they tried to bill me 79.99!!! That was flag as fraud thankfully. WTF! I canceled this pixomatic app 2022 and over a year later still fighting to have them stop charging me random amounts. I don’t use this app. I canceled this app and have proof of the cancellation sept 17 2022. Stop fraudulent charging my account!!! Please. Stop.

I'm having same problem as everyone else I was charged $29.99, and did not authorize this. I don't have pixomatic account, Google play has no history of me ever having a subscription. I would like a refund please.

I signed up for a free trial, but I was never able to use Pixomatic successfully. I tried to cancel the subscription, but was unable, despite trying all the methods indicated online. After many efforts, I think I was finally able to cancel today, but I want to be refunded the fees I was charged for the subscription that I could not use. If I don't receive a response, I will dispute the fees with my credit card.

I am subscribed for the seven day trial and on the seventh day before the day ended I was charged $29.99. I canceled my subscription, but it is forcing me to keep the apps services for one more year and does not give me an option to refund my money and cancel my subscription completely. my free trial to Pixomatic ended on July 13 however I was charged for July and August. The subscription was never started therefore I shouldn’t have had to cancel it, but I did cancel it through Apple yet they still charged me for two months at least July and August

It is a 7 day free trial and you say your an cancel anytime, however, you can’t cancel until AFTER the 7 day period and your credit card is charged. This should be against some law! I would like a refund of my $7.99!!

FREE TRIAL? DOESN’T ALLOW TO CANCEL FTrial

I wanted to just try this app out, and only allows u to try it after locking ur payment info to use the after a week to be automatically charged the monthly fee. I tried it out, it’s ok but doesn’t offer me more than other app that I have for FREE. Don’t do it

I’m a teacher and I’ve been teaching hybrid this year. Because it’s all virtual I needed some PNG files so my kids could use math manipulatives so I used the website to create PNG files but you need to get the subscription. I decided to do the free trial and planned to cancel because I’m a teacher and can’t afford subscriptions. I went to cancel my free trial and it’s impossible. I did it on the website and there is no where to cancel on the website. I downloaded the app and it says I have no subscription. I sent an email to contact someone and they said they are developers and can not cancel any subscription that I have to do it but there literally is no where to cancel the free trial. These people are just stealing money by making it impossible to cancel the free trial. So just don’t do it!

Loved it at first Hate it now

So I got this about a month ago , I absolutely loved it I work at a car dealer and I was able to use the magic cut feature which was great and I was able to go to our website and use that feature so that I can combine the cuts with different backgrounds for our social media pages and the app just got an update and it is really bad . When I go to use the photo I select the pic becomes blurry enough to where I can’t use it . And the save features are horrible now after the cuts they would go straight to my camera roll now I have to go through like 3 steps to just get to the pic . Horrible app now I want my money back
