XRP Wallet: Trade & Buy Crypto Reviews

I had an issue with a buyer committing theft of my XRP by cancelling the transaction with PayPal after the transfer went through. PayPal was horrible to deal with. The issue was squarely with the buyer and PayPal. Despite the issue not having to do with XRP Wallet, they were incredibly responsive and aggressive in remedying the issue. They restored my XRP in less than 24 hours from notifying them. I have never experienced customer service at such a high level, especially when it comes to cryptocurrency. Absolutely recommend XRPWallet!

I mean if you can’t use it what’s the point I downloaded it setup all the accounts the wallet all that stuff which anyone whose done this before knows that it’s a little more involved than setting up a gmail account, all this just to get a message that says, we’re sorry but Transact, whatever that is has suspended trading in America so yeah basically can’t use it.. I mean yeah I guess I can keep xrp in it and trade but I’m sure I’ll get molly whopped for a gigantasaur fee making it not worth it to do so

So yeah skip this one until they make it so you can actually buy xrp in America

I sent XRP to my wallet a while ago I have the transaction details of when I sent it there and it seem to be the same account but when I check now it doesn’t seem to be there? I checked the history but it does not show up and I have no other way to contact u besides here so I was wondering if there’s anything u could do?

Please help there was a good amount of money there to me.

I got logged out recently and I was in a major panic. I couldn’t remember how to recover my account. After about 30 minutes of pure panic I reached out to customer service for assistance. Their response was fast, within a few minutes and my account was recovered. Word to the wise, go to you account settings and go through the backup process, write down all of your info!

If you get XRPWallet please dont sell it through your paypal account. You will get swindled with people who buy xrp and report an unauthorized transaction which forces you to refund their money but you do not get refunded the xrp tokens. I’m not sure if someone is actually doing this as a scam or if it is actual fraud. But once your tokens are sent, they’re gone. If the xrp app executives may contact me on this issue please do. Therefore again if you use XRPWallet, use for holding purposes only. I lost more than $600 which is a bummer. I mainly blame Paypal for this because that’s the exchange xrp marketplace app is using. Paypal most definitely need to fix their verification system.

Edit my XRP showed up days later. Maybe when you delete account t takes longer to process. Keep in mind you will only get 15, it’s supposed to be that way. XRPWallet is good2go!

Went to delete account, added legitimate XRP address and tag and after I deleted it waited and never received my funds in my other account. Lost $30 USA dollars because of this.

If I could put negative stars I would , I would also have XRPWallet removed from apple store!!!! Basically I put in my passphrase manually and tried to copy and paste it as I’m trying to send my xrp, but I keep getting a message that it is wrong. So now my xrp is stuck here. Upon reading other reviews I see other people are having the same issue. And it looks like the positive reviews are definitely people associated with XRPWallet . Pretty upset that XRPWallet is even allowed in XRPWallet Store on apple. Even when trying to go to the developer pg to get support you are sent to a generic app creator

My account was logged out of and I was able to contact the developer. Upon doing so and following the information given, my account was reinstated. Thanks

I got locked out and the developers of this wallet are nothing but honest helpful and kind within a hour they helped me get back into my account which as a fireman and nurse my family deeplyRecommend this wallet to everybody I wish I could put 10 stars and I’m not over exaggerating this is a wallet you want

My phone run the latest update and my wallet was lost with a sizable amount of xrp in it. I did not have a copy of my back up but they were able to help me recover my wallet since I did have my wallet address, I was very happy to have my xrp back, thank God, the person helping me was amazing!

As the S.E.C. Has basically halted the exchange of XRP in the USA, these folks have facilitated the free exchange of XRP FOR iphone users, I've been looking to buy XRP for months now, never was able to because no platform is carrying it or exchanging it at the moment, until I found this wallet.

This is a scure and easy to use app for buying and managing my coin storage. XRPWallet has also got a built-in exchange ability. I can protect my coins with XRPWallet even if my phone is lost or stolen. It allws me to lock access to my account and retrieve my coins in another device

I had XRPWallet for about a week and can’t buy anything on XRPWallet. Every time I try to buy anything I get an error message, no matter which way I try to purchase. I contacted support and did everything they said and still doesn’t work

Had all my info, but my Acct would let me back in... It took two days with customer service to fix, and let me tell you these guys are patient, and awesome... I’m a true believer in the project and look forward to the say Thank you so much all , and keep up the good work!!!!

I thought I was out of luck and a few hundred bucks. I had neglected to back my wallet up and something occurred to where I no longer had access to my wallet. They were great. A few emails later, my account is recovered and backed up.

Bought XRP through the marketplace and have yet to receive it. The transaction history shows no record of the transaction but the PayPal went through - when refuting through PayPal the other party mentioned that they sent the XRP and are also now being held for the dispute through PayPal. Not worth it. Probably a scam, use a different app if possible. Customer service is slow to respond . Will be disputing through my credit card for the XRP not received.

This is an easy to use app for storing your ripple. However when you send ripple from XRPWallet you need to use a pass phrase and there is no way of recovering your passphrase if you lost it. Also have no recollection of ever setting up a passphrase when I first set up XRPWallet and apparently in the reviews others have said same. Better to use a exchange such as uphold to hold your crypto. Now have no way of getting a hold of my money in XRPWallet. Very sad and disappointed.

THIS IS A GREAT APP FOR YOUR XRP IM NOT SURE WHY THE OTHER REVIEW SAYS HORRIBLE AND 1 star BUT YES YOU ENTER A PASSPHRASE OR A PASSWORD WHATEVER YOU want. THESE WALLETS ALL HAVE PRIVATE KEYS THAT ARE YOURS AND YOURS ONLY SO IF YOU WANT TO RESTORE YOUR WALLET SOME PLACE ELSE YOU DONT NEED THAT PASSPHRASE I would think if this PASSPHRASE is only for XRPWallet. WHATEVER THE CASE I don’t care plus you can also buy XRP with PayPal which is pretty dope. Highly recommend XRPWallet tho plus it’s way safer then leaving your coins on an exchange. 🏄🏽‍♂️💵💰🔑

I was locked out of my wallet. Emailed customer service and it was recovered in less than 24 hours. Probably the best customer service I’ve received for a product or service in a very long time.

Had an issue with XRPWallet after update. Developers were fast to respond and got me access back to my account quickly.

Decent app, not feeling that .5% “wallet” Fee. I understand that’s your way of making money but dang. Your acting like an exchange,😒 oh wait they give me access to ALL my XRP. 😔pls don’t get greedy

So when I downloaded XRPWallet I took a screen shot of my pass phrase but when I tried to send XRP to another account it said the pass phrase is wrong. This is the only wallet I’ve had to store XRP coins and I don’t know why it’s telling me the pass phrase is wrong. Basically I lost money that I can not get back. Is there someone we can talk to about getting our coins? I hate to see hundreds of dollars go down the drain.

I put 400 ripple into this wallet and out of nowhere all my ripple was sent to someone’s wallet. There was absolutely no way someone took my phone unlocked it and sent ripple to their wallet and now I lost all my ripple. The people who own XRPWallet have your information and I messaged them multiple times and not even one response.i honestly don’t trust this.

I lost approx 11,475 of xrp when I used XRPWallet. As soon as I swept my paper wallet with the toast wallet, I saw my coins and then they vanished. I can see where they are now, in some guys wallet with 2 million other coins. I think I was hacked but not thru my phone. The phone I was using was anonymous. Don’t use XRPWallet unless you want your coins stolen.

Stay away from this wallet at all cost. I’ve deposited 1600 XRP I have the pass phrase that was given to me ant the wallet will not accept it. So now even with a pin I’m unable to withdraw any XRP money lost. Complete scam. The only reason I’m giving one star is because I can’t give zero. This developer should be removed from the iOS store.

XRPWallet is just not my language ? I cannot figure out anything? I uphave all the phrases and back stuff , every day I try for hours to retrieve my thousands of dollars I can see are in there but I need Help. Please let me know how to get

Tried to purchase through their market place with PayPal as instructed. After many attempts I could not place an order because PayPal told me they deemed this a potential security risk. There is no way to contact this wallet to communicate. Would not recommend.

XRPWallet stinks! I never got the chance to set up a pass phrase or recovery passphrase. So you can’t take money out, you can only deposit. No customer contact or support... their FAQ’s actually say “yeah you’re out of luck.” Do yourself a favor and just forget about this joke of a “wallet”.
