I purchased Repost in 2018 because I was using it a lot and wanted to lose the this app stamp. After a while I encountered a glitch that rendered it unusable, and rather than reach out for support I just stopped using it altogether. I recently decided to restore my purchase, and encountered the same glitch. I reached out by email, not really expecting much, but within the time of me killing time before going to bed, the developer replied with an instant solution. I was hoping I might hear back in a day or so, if I was lucky. Instead the reply was fast and it solved the issue instantly. Should’ve contact them much sooner. Thank you!

I have the same app that I downloaded little while ago. And recently it stopped working for me. So I went to look for the update and didn’t see one. So I did a search for Repost name and Repost popped up. Same app and developer just a new listing and a need to download. So I downloaded it and I can’t transfer my subscription from previous app to this one which is a total SCAM. What will happened with Repost? Stop working and then a new one with same picture icon and name and data will pop up???? Total scam I would like my subscription moved over to this or refunded since I can no longer use the older version of Repost. Yes there is no update to be done they just vanished and made this copy of the old one. Very shady imo just another money scheme to gouge people over and over. And they said in the other comments that you can’t save photos to roll??? Wow man bring back my old app and make it work

I bought the unlimited gold package a long time ago, got a new phone and they won’t restore my purchase. Even though I have the Apple receipts, it doesn’t transfer over since they charge more money now than they did previously.

They forget the users who help them start Repost .

Update: I emailed the developers and within five minutes of email correspondence showing proof of past purchase. instantly reactivated my pro account. Excellent customer service. That may be better than their actual product itself (maybe lol). Overall great

I am a very old existing customer, they decided to upgrade their app but once I updated my app I had lost every feature especially removing the watermark.
I reach out to them and they answered me back actually the same day. My problem was solved. That’s professionalism!!
You guys have a fantastic app and I truly enjoy using your app. Just keep your existing customers in mind. Thank you for taking care of my problem so quickly.

I purchased Repost years ago now I updated it z and lost all my features which was reposting without the name of the page. Now you telling I have to pay for a monthly description!!! This is disgusting how you have stolen my money and took my features.

So I receive an email to contact Repost and they listen to what I said, my watermark features have been restored! So glad to be heard !! If you have already purchased Repost and lost your features while you updated this app don’t sign up

This is a great app and I have only had one hiccup since I purchased Repost over a year ago. I decided to download the paid version so I could remove the watermark/ this app history and it worked as expected. The developer pushes out app an upgraded version I lost access to the paid features and was unable to restore my purchase. I emailed the developer/ app team and they quickly responded and resolved the issue. I am super stoked about that because too many times help request go into a black hole. I would recommend Repost.

all i want in my apps is simplicity. like just click the 3 dots, copy link, open this app, save. BAM!!! so simple my wife, who would rather get up and change the channel than to use a remote can use it. sh’e so challenged that she would rather write letters to the cheer squad and go to the post office and mail them. she’s so annoyingly stunted that I blocked her on facebook because she was asking me too many tech questions. i bought her a google home just so she can ask IT everything so she can leave me alone. anyway. that’s how easy this thing is. and i love it

I have used Repost for years to this app on IG. I bought the lifetime watermark removal and used flawlessly for years. I needed to update Repost and lost my watermark removal. I went into Repost Store to reach out about this issue and a phone number and email is posted specifically to address this. I messaged the cell number and within 30 mins received not only a response but a link to restore. Super happy with Repost and quick response with any issue.

Nothing wrong with Repost and I think it's definitely best on the market, BUT I would really like a feature to export multiple of the post I've copied and pasted in there at the same time. Often times when I this app I pull 10 different photos from different posts on Instagram and it is very tedious to back and fourth 10 times 3 times a day. I just want to be able to save them all at the same time. I don't need Repost to bring me to Instagram after ever post I export, I know how to do that.

Other than that I love Repost and it works GREAT for a reasonable price. Great job 🖤

I have been using this app since 2014! I noticed it wasn’t working as well anymore and wondered why there hadn’t been updates. I found this on Repost Store and reached out to the developer to get my premium access restored as it wouldn’t recognize my account. The developer was very kind and responsive and very quickly helped me restore access. I love Repost for saving photos and reposting without having to take screenshots. Such a useful app and highly recommend. Thanks for your help!

I purchased Repost a while ago. Worked great for a while there, then stopped working, then started working properly again. Not sure what that was about but then today I opened Repost and was promoted with message about a $4.99 subscription fee to use Repost . I tried to restore purchase, but that didn’t work. Not happy that an app I purchased outright is now forcing a subscription fee on top of that. Probably going to go elsewhere. What a shame. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

For over a week I haven’t been able to post a caption & I do online promoting & being able to add a caption is crucial. I’ve reported everyday and I’ve also deleted & reinstalled it & nothing. Was thinking about buying it to see if that was the problem , but then saw that people who have bought it are even having issues so I won’t waste money until this problem is fixed.

I tried texting & emailing developer neither one went thru! I need help ASAP!

I love Repost it’s really helpful and clutch in so many ways. One thing that bugs me though is that it keeps switching from it’s updated version back to its old version... when I need it the most. I also love the fact that when you this app a post with multiple videos and or videos mixed with photos, it actually copies it all and will have it ready to play as well. This is my go to app and one and only app. I highly recommend Repost. Kudos MAJOR KUDOS TO THE CREATOR.

It can this app just like it claims…but I literally cannot buy the subscription, like I literally want to buy it to try it out, I can’t buy it OR get the 3 day trial then pay. Every time I tap “continue” no matter if I have the free trial highlighted or not it just gives me the message that says “The network connection was lost” or another one that says “An error occurred” . I tried it on my boost’s LTE since I know sometimes our wifi hear can be the problem, still getting the same message. Not sure what else to say lol. Otherwise Repost works just fine…..weird

Thank you guys for the help with my purchase plan. I used Repost for years and tried out the free trial before committing to the full plan. It just makes everything easier to use when reposting. I believe they are the same company I made a lifetime purchase with and they honored it with the updates of service they are now using today. Customer service helped me out and were quick to respond as well.

I had given Repost a one star to start with because I had the original this app app and it stopped working to download the new & same app and logo to see I had to pay monthly when I originally had a one time payment of $4.99 for life. I am now giving Repost a 5 star because I had contacted the developer by email and they had given me my premium back in the new app. Thank you so much for all the help. Will definitely recommend Repost .

I have been using Repost for ages, bought the premiere version but lately when I updated Repost it asked me for a subscription fees that kind of baffled me as I had already bought Repost .
Upon contacting the service reps of the company, I got a response within minutes giving instructions on how to restore the premiere version of Repost .
I can’t recommend Repost enough as well as the quality of service provided.

I was concerned at first about all the bad reviews this was getting it seems that all the paid features were taken away —but if you ask for your app to be restored by the owner at the email he provided it all works again.

It’s different but it works. For your pictures or videos to be saved you have to continue to the feed button -it takes you back to Instagram but your pictures or videos are saved to your photos on phone. Then you can post to Instagram or wherever as long as you copied the caption.

The only thing I miss is that Repost does not save any of the links in Repost anymore for reposting again. But you can copy them to notes or any other place with the picture to save for posting again.

Don’t make a bad reviews until you have asked for restore and have used Repost first.

I bought Repost years ago when it was just a one time pay to remove the watermark and ads, but now they want a monthly subscription of 4.99? Absolute scam and trash just save your money and get a different app because they will probably raise their prices with no heads up or anything.

I got Repost a long while ago. Recently, it started messing up and not reposting. I updated Repost , but was met w/additional charging from what I recently paid. I was quite upset, and sent a stern email to Repost’s support team. I got a quick response (within minutes) and was given a link to use so I could continue w/o additional charges. Great customer service! If you encounter what I did, send app support an email ASAP.

If you guys are going to remove features from customers that have already paid, I feel a refund is in order. If this “Save to Photos” feature was never available, I’m pretty sure 90% of the people who paid to removed the watermark would not have paid. This is just another example of a big company taking customers money and then discontinuing exactly what we paid for. What Apple tells you to do is your business. I have no concern or opinion about that. What I do have an opinion about is how that impacts your paying customers. And in this case, you guys should have either refunded paying customers along with the update that removed this feature, or alerted paying customers of the update, so we could have at least chosen not to update and keep one of the the 3.0 versions. The backhanded trickery is so low-level. I’m disgusted and will never use Repost or any of this company’s products again, and will advise others to do the same.

I’ve been using this app for a long time and have always loved it. Recently, they made some huge upgrades to Repost which are amazing!

When the upgrades happened, by previous Premium account info didn’t transfer over. I reached out to the developer via iMessage and they got back to me right away, fixed the issue, and stayed on iChat with me to confirm everything was working. 5 star app AND customer service!

I wasn’t aware of the new app when the old one was updated. But when I looked for it, I found the new one. In the notes if you’ve upgraded, contact them and they’ll ensure your premium acct will be restored. That’s exactly how it happened and right away I might add. Great customer service to go along with my favorite this app app!! Thanks them and to you, I recommend..

I agree with everything the person in the last review stated. If you are going to remove features we should be issued a refund. I personally would have never continued to use Repost and pay to remove the watermark if I knew the option to save photos was going to be taken away. Also when reposting to Instagram it doesn’t give me all the options I need to get everything done in one post. Please provide refund. You guys keep responding with “You can send photos and videos to any program convenient for you by clicking the "this app" button.” But that didn’t work if you have multiple photos you need to this app into one post.

First of all, I had high hopes going into Repost because it looked quite smooth and it had many positive reviews. However, on second review, those thoughts became a whole bigger story. I purchased the premium service to remove watermarks(something I am immediately requesting a refund for) and while it did do its job and remove the mark, Repost can only post 1 picture at a time!! Do you need to this app something that has multiple media attachments? To bad, with Repost you can’t do it. It won’t even let you save to camera roll. I had high hopes for Repost, but I was quickly left greatly disappointed.

I downloaded Repost last year after trying different this app apps. Repost is by far the most easiest and convenient this app app to use. All you do is click “Copy Link”, open Repost and bam it’s already there.. I also had a payment problem and they fixed it as soon at they saw my report & the communication was superb! Great app!

I had Repost when you could still save directly to camera roll and I mean by no exaggeration when I say I had hundreds if not 1,000+ photos and videos saved. This new update bummed me out when I couldn’t directly save to photos and having to repurchase the watermark removal wasn’t the greatest thing ever when I’d already purchased it a year ago. But their is a loop hole to saving to camera, just message it to yourself and then save it that way. It’s a hassle but if you want it done then it can be done. Still not cool though.

I absolutely love Repost for reposting! I personally don’t think anything can compare to the apps user friendly simplicity and customer service!

Repost has a clean UI, is dependable and easy and simple to use. I recently upgraded to a new phone and had an issue with the watermark after I re-installed Repost on my new phone. The developer responded to my email quickly. I was able to restore my purchase easily with a single click.

Like I said b4 I like Repost so I brought it and was told to update when it stopped working so I updated it, now it can find my payment this shhh is crazy, now it’s say to buy it again why would I do that, I need an explanation, an so far I haven’t gotten 1, iTunes has all my payment history

I’ve been using Repost for years. I paid the $4.99 to have her watermarks remover. After the last update it wasn’t recognizing my previous purchase. Very frustrating! I emailed and they promptly emailed back. It took two exchanges and then the problem was fixed. Happy!

Spent the $4.99 for premium about a year ago and recently got a new phone. Repost was asking me to purchase premium again so I reached out to the developer and he had my issue fixed within 30 seconds of me sending the message. Thank you!

Oh boy... so I bought the premium upgrade for Repost only because I could easily save videos and photos to my camera roll with good quality and I hated the watermarks that got in the way. However, in the last update, the option to save to photos was removed. What the hell made the developers think this was a good idea? I’m considering abandoning Repost unless it comes back.

I’ve used this for a couple years now, and after the recent update it crashed but is now back in action! iPhone 6 +. Thank you and thank you to the developer for getting back to us.. so happy to have it back.

Repost works effortlessly and if there are any issues the support team is easy to get a hold of willing to help fix any issues. Highly recommend Repost as your this app app on Instagram! Six stars.
