Vimage: motion moving picture Reviews

I have been using this app to animate my book covers for a long time and usually things go okay. However, about 1 in every 4 exports causes Vimage to crash. This usually happens when I've used 3 or more effects, which Vimage will allow up to 5 effects, and if I want the this app to be longer than 5 seconds which is the lowest amount of time it can run for... this sadly means I can never really get the full usage of Vimage and I PAID for the yearly subscription... I even went a whole 6 months without using Vimage because it was making me so angry...

And before anyone asks me to reach out to customer service. I did. Over a year ago when I first observed this issue and unfortunately they cannot help me with it because they act like they don't know what it is or why my account is reacting this way.

So in the end I just have to use Vimage however I can and hope for the best.

Hello, I really like y’all app. I also have it on my Samsung phone. So I decided to get Vimage , on my iPad too.
My problem is I purchased the 1 month pro subscription. I’m hoping to change that to a yearly subscription soon. I also purchased the Premium Subscription, so I could add more effects. The thing is it won’t let me add extra effects and if it does and then save my project, some of the texts or effects disappear. I also cant seem to save as a gif, like on the phone app and it won’t let me save anything longer than a 5 second video. Like I said I love y’all app, but these things need to be fixed. I paid for the premium and would like what the premium says you get. Thank you

This USED to be one of my favorite Apps. The effects are more subtle, naturalistic and detailed than other similar Apps. Recently, however, a newer version of Vimage does not seem to include any effects for my iPad Pro using version 14.4. ZERO. Tech support has not replied to any of my messages. I paid for a year subscription but sadly I have to figure out a way to cancel it as it’s pretty much useless without the effects. PLOTOGRAPH has a much more sophisticated stretch tool. Sad :(

I was one of the beta testers, we had to use an email and password to be able to use it, now that is not a beta anymore I don't know why it keeps asking me to log in, I type the correct password and it doesn't work, there is no way to reset the password or contact the developer to get assistance on this issue. This has really made me not to use Vimage because if I open it, it will keep asking me to log in even if Vimage is on the background and not using it, that's sad, I paid for the premium version

This is a fun app…adds some spice into your photos…the only feature request I would have would be to add iPad landscape mode - currently it only works in iPad portrait mode. I use my iPad as a laptop (landscape) with a keyboard, etc - using this app in landscape mode would be a total win for me!

Just downloaded Vimage. So I add all my edits and stuff to my own picture and when i click the arrow that takes you to the screen where it should show your final this app, save it, export it, etc., it doesnt pop up/ i dont see anything, and i cant save it or anything. I used a stock image and did the same edits and that worked, i could see the final product and save it. Im confused as to what the issue is because im not sure if its my photo or what. Its a pretty high quality picture taken with a nice camera

Thanks to this app I can create amazing live photos. I really like the moving effects, the 3D zoom animation and not to mention the magic sky. This animator is an easy to use creative app. Best editor, I totally recommend it to everybody who wants to animate picture with presets filters and overlays!!!

Vimage used to work fine, nothing will upload, I’ve tried several times and Vimage keeps shutting down please look into this problem

I bought a subscription and it gave me a free 7 day trial. Awesome! Except it edits and saves them without a watermark then stamps a huge one on it in your image camera roll. I don’t know if it’s because of the trial or not but I paid to make beautiful, fun photos and now if I posted it, it would look like a meme. Wish I hadn’t paid for it. Glad it was only a month. I almost paid for 6! Even if it’s only for the free 7 days I’d rather pay and be able to use it. Smart for marketing, bad for serious user’s customer loyalty.

I enjoy editing the photos I bring into Vimage , however once I’m finished, there is no way for me to export the image. This problem occurs in the last step once I click the arrow in the top right after I finish editing a photo.

I’ve used Vimage and was very happy with the results for a couple months, had no problems. However now, when you try to use any of the effects they never download. Hopefully it gets corrected soon. I won’t purchase again if it doesn’t get fixed :(

Unlike the others that you have to buy to do anything. Which makes me want to buy from these guys and not the others. This is very fun!

Vimage is awesome, user friendly, all of that. I was able to create download my first picture, but now I can’t save my next creation. I even bought pro thinking that would fix the glitch & it didn’t. I would like my money back since I can’t even save the creations I’m making.

I recently purchased the lifetime membership for Vimage. It has great animation options but when I try to export my video, Vimage freezes. If I try to close Vimage and restart it, all of my work disappears.

Also, I was having problems downloading some of the effects. I was getting a message that there was a problem with the download.

I’m super unhappy. What a waste of money.

Very great program enjoy it very much all the different effects that can be used I just wish it showed with more detail how to use it but besides that I enjoy it

Vimage is great but lately I can’t use it because it crashes before it opens my images. Going to try and uodate (again) in hope they fixed the bug or else I will cancel my subscription.

First of all - awesome app !!!
I just upgraded to the full version for $21 But some features are glitchy on my iPhone XsMax
I tried to mask the effect many times and it always leaves one part unmasked either too or button of the effect stays there no matter what .
I am ready to give Vimage a 5star it just probably needs a performance upgrade .

I love using Vimage but I'm hoping to see a flying butterfly moving across my natures photos.

Worked fine when I didn’t pay for it. But the movements would look blurry and awful. So I decided to pay for it and now it won’t even let me export without forcing its self shut. Trash :(

Many easy to use filters and more

Upon opening Vimage , a short video clip explains what you can do with Vimage . In it, it shows being able to mask certain areas of the effect, except that that feature is not available.

candy crush appears everytime I try to save my image. And the X To close out the ad/app does not work. So I’m stuck looking at candy crush game, can’t go back and can’t go forward. I lose my work. Cool idea, but app is Useless.
