Best App! - LITERALLY!

It’s my first time trying FemaleFitness and honestly my first impression is that FemaleFitness is AWESOMEE! I never believed in fitness apps or exercise in general as I’m usually demotivated to work out and was this strong believer that exercise can be unneeded. However, after trying this application and following the animated instructions- I’m already obsessed and excited into wanting to work out! It’s so fun! The best part is that if you don’t understand there’s not only directions but instructional videos to help! In addition, there’s a navigator who’s almost a virtual coach, one can say. It’s amazing! 100% recommend, to those like me who are demotivated! The work outs are also very short but intense! I LOVE IT ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Updates take everything away

When I first had FemaleFitness years ago, everything was free. Then it was some you had to pay. But I didn’t mind, I still had my few programs that worked for me well! Now, this newest update… took literally almost everything away. I have one option left that’s free, and it’s the one I rarely used.. the ads also taking over is a little much. I still give FemaleFitness four stars because it does do a difference. But to pay a certain amount for only 30days and nothing more after that than something else, I don’t think is worth it especially for how much it’s asking. Cheaper than a gym trainer I guess so that’s a plus but not my go to.

100% Worth Trying!

I could not say enough about how great FemaleFitness is! It’s free and it lets you choose how advanced you are in working out to not go too hard on you! Anyone can do the beginners workout to get up and moving at least once a day. It takes only 10 minutes! I love how FemaleFitness allows you to play music in the background at the same time while FemaleFitness is running. It does not disturb the workout. 100% recommend. The best workout app I have found yet!

Ads on a year purchased subscription

I like that this is keeping me on a consistent exercise routine but what I do not appreciate is having to deal with ads after purchasing a yearly subscription. The nerves of you trying to get additional money as if I can not cancel and download another app that won’t play ads every time I try to access a workout and complete one. I don’t know if this is a glitch but it is quite annoying to me. Please fix this problem if this isn’t suppose to happening or else you will lose a customer.

Yassss!!!!!

Ladies I am not on any special diet. But I have seen results in about 5 days. The only things I do is wear one pound ankle weights and stay away from alcohol. Other than that i feel like my booty is lifting quickly. I don’t workout. I’m already on my feet at work. I do drink a lot water. But I love FemaleFitness. I listen to music when I do this. It helps the time go by fast. It’s only 10 mins

Apple health not connected, feedback can’t be sent

There is a button to sync to Apple health, but it doesn’t work for me. I have several other workout apps I use that continue to sync successfully. As much as I resync or uninstall/reinstall, FemaleFitness just doesn’t report to Apple health.

Tried to send feedback instead of leaving a review, but the email could not be sent (send option was greyed out) - so here we are.

The workout themselves are great.

Best app ever!

The workouts are perfect. I adore that they teach you how to do the workout if you don’t understand. They get your muscles toned up and it’s an awesome tracker of the days you’ve done the workout and telling you if your muscles need to rest and no need to buy the work outs you can do them for free during FemaleFitness . I suggest this for everyone x

No sound

Love FemaleFitness had use it several months, today the sound was not working or the videos. I reseted my phone, re-downloaded FemaleFitness and nothing! The rest of my app are working perfectly! It’s only with your that it is mute 🤐 I made sure the sound was activated. I hope you can fix it!! Thanks 🙏🏼

100 % try it!!

I tried everything from meal plans to Pilates routines, etc. but the work outs FemaleFitness sets up for you are easy, free, and fun. They never over work you or make you feel Inadequate and they take up 10 minutes at most! It’s amazing and I love it

I really thought FemaleFitness wouldn’t never worked out because every other app I use never works and I used to stop in Agassiz progress like in this 6 or 7 day it’s the best and it only take like 10 to 20 minutes ♥️

Pros and cons

The pros of this is the results. I had a very small bottom and thighs and how they are big and I’m on day 17. Another pro is that you can do it on or offline at any times. FemaleFitness has worked SO well for me. It is free and amazing. Now the cons. Well............ there is no cons FemaleFitness is amazing!

Simple & Effective

FemaleFitness is exactly what I was looking for, something simple and effective.

I needed a coach but didn't want to follow a video, so the easy to understand animation and voice instructions are perfect.

I also really likes the reminders to breath and how to properly execute stretches and exercises.

Cadence??

I really love FemaleFitness, but I can’t figure out how to adjust the cadence speed or how to turn it off. If someone could please let me know how that would be great? Other than that this is a great app that I have no issues with.
