ليتهم فعلوا خدمة الحجز والدفع عند الاستلام للعملاء الدائمين عندهم وبالنسبه للسعر اكتشف فيه ارتفاع عن البقيه دون اي فرق

الخدمة جميلة ولكن...
المفتاح اسم له بصمة في عالم التأجير ويقدّم العروض والخدمات المميزة وقليل من ينافسه في تقديم هذه الخدمات ولكن اولاً/عروض الاسعار والخصومات في التطبيق او الموقع تكون اعلى و عند الفرع تكون اقل وسبق ان قدمت لحجز عن طريق الموقع ولكن يلزمك بسداد المبلغ عن طريق بطاقة فيزا او ماستر (دفع مقدّم) والغيت لعدم توفر البطاقة الإئتمانية لدي ثانياً / عدم معرفة ما اذا كانت السيارة ونظافة مظهرها ( صدمات او سوء نظافتها الداخلية) او حتى من ناحية مكانيكية وسبق ان استأجرت سيارات وكان فيها خلل في انظمة السلامة مثل نظام (ABS) وغيرهاوحسب ما قال موظف الفرع انه في حال تم الحجز على الموقع وفي الفرع تغير اختياري تحتاج تعديل ذلك في الموقع او سيتم الغاء خصم الموقع وتحسب بخصم الفرع والفرق كبير ( خصم الموقع الاعلى نسبة) والآن اضيف السداد عن طريق الحساب البنكي يمكن انك تختار السيارة ولا اعلم عن مدة المهلة للسداد واخيراً موديلات السيارات لم اجد من قبل سيارات من موديل السنة وكانت غالباً موديلات قبل بسنة او سنتين ونادر ان تجدها نظيفة داخلياً وتجد بعض العيوب عند استخدامها وهذا لكثرة مستخدميها هذا للأسف يعيب بعض شركات التأجيرالمعروفة المفتاح، اتمنى ان اجد لدى المفتاح العروض ومثل ما كانت من قبل تضيف سنوياً اسطول جديد من سياراتها اللتي تناسب اسم شركة من اقدم شركات التأجير فالمملكة

فوائد العميل
اتمنى وضع في الخطوة الثالثة الي هو الدفع رقم حساب لسداد من مصرف الراجحي الصرافات مثل الشركات الاخرى البرنامج يحتاج الى بعض التعديل لسلامة الطرفين مثل عند الدخول البرنامج يجب ادخال رقم الهويه ومن ثما ارسال رمز التحقق على جوال العميل ومن ثما يبدأ الخطوات بأختصار مثل برنامج ابشر
