Finally working!
Bought this unit two months ago, and was beyond frustrated to find out it wasn’t connecting no matter what methods I tried. I felt like I was ripped, having paid extra for “smart” features but only being able to use it manually. After the most recent update, it seems like they have addressed the number one concern, by getting it to finally connect and I have since been able to schedule my AC, and completely control it no matter how far I am from home. It also allows me to unlock other features I wasn’t even aware of since I wasn’t able to ever access them, such as current temperature monitoring, as well as changing between Celsius/Fahrenheit. Only suggestions would be to fix the error where it defaults to Celsius when using the app, and maybe allow a power off schedule to go along with power on. Other than that I am now completely satisfied with how it is working for me and my household!

Works great!
I see some other people have had issues but I have had this unit for a year going on my second summer. I have had no issues. Set up was easy. I followed the instruction and I got it all connected with my phone on the first try. Sometimes when you try to connect to the unit it will give an error message that the unit is offline but I usually have to wait no more than 30-45 seconds and it will automatically refresh and connect. Maybe the unit is coming out of “sleep mode”?? Lol. I love that I can turn it on when I get in the car to leave for work so my condo is cooled by the time I get home (about a 30-40 min drive).

I can’t Share AC App with another Person
I can’t get the app to let someone else also have access to AC through this app. After I accept for him to get control of the AC in their phone it gets stuck on “The request has been submitted, please wait for the owner to agree” and then nothing happens but forever be stuck in that message. Please fix the issue and I will give 5 stars. Update: After a while now my father was able to connect to the AC remotely through his phone. If you guys updated anything thank you. If not I still say look into it so the transition can go smoothly for others. Please and thank you.
