A daily release of thoughts
This app is so straight forward and powerful. If you are like me and wondering about everything that exists you are bound to love this app to release thoughts you may not have known existed in you. It’s such a relief to be prompted to write rather than on a blank sheet. It can be short and quick or long and healing.

Super helpful
I never knew how important self-reflection was until I started using this app. The prompts really help me think about things in my life that I never even thought about before. Plus, there’s no ads, it’s totally free, and super easy to use! I love this app and all of it’s features!

Easy and helpful!
This app is good for answering daily questions like "What are three things you enjoyed today?" And "How can you improve?" I like the overall experience I've had so far. It's also easy to use, no ads, free, and takes up little space! Two thumbs up!
