Curious Cat: Paid Surveys Reviews

I’ve been doing surveys for over a decade, I’m very aware of the disqualification game. However that is not my issue. Initially downloading CuriousCat it seemed like this would be a relatively user-friendly platform for surveys with survey platforms I’m familiar with such as in brain. Going forward just 20 minutes, I’ve had two surveys that I know I would’ve qualified all the way through for crash and freeze on me. Meaning the reason I wasn’t able to complete the survey had nothing to do with me qualifying or not, and everything to do with CuriousCat freezing. I’d also like to mention the first survey it tried to give me was a survey that was only for computers. This is a mobile app, the first thing that should be 100% accurate is the fact that the surveys are for a mobile device. If I wanted to do surveys on my laptop I would pull out my laptop and not download these apps. Overall just frustrated with what I’ve seen so far I’ll give it another go and try to get up to the cash out point just to see how that works but my initial reaction is that CuriousCat is crap and there’s 100 better ones out there that I could recommend

I’ve made approximately $15 on CuriousCat in the last 5 days, and that’s even with being screened out of surveys from time to time because I don’t fit the survey’s demographic needs. Even if you’re denied, Curious Cat pays you 1 point for attempting the survey. That alone has sold me on keeping it and continuing to use it. I’ve told as many people as I could about CuriousCat , some are skeptical and some aren’t, their loss if they don’t go for it. I’d love for them to roll out with a paying referral program in the near future. I enjoy the ability to cash out to PayPal at only 100 points (which is actually equal to OVER $1) and you can usually reach that amount taking about 2 surveys, or 1 if you’re lucky. Overall it’s been a pleasant experience and I look forward to continue working with CuriousCat to earn the extra easy money!

I have tried a few other survey apps in the past few years, but this one is the easiest to me and works the best for me so far. I have only used it for a few days but I’ve already gotten over 100 points to cash out some money. Sure 100 points isn’t a ton of money, but the fact I was able to do that in just 2-3 days is really surprising to me. There are surveys you will not qualify for but that’s the name of the game, so to speak. You still get 1 point for trying them which is also nice! So I’m gonna stick with it and if my opinion drastically changes I will post another review but for now I am liking it :)

Update: saved up my points till I got a little over $2 and transferred it. Went into my Paypal almost instantly. I am very excited!

I belong to a few survey panels. They all have the same issues: surveys crapping out in the end with no reward, taking a long time to earn any real money, not qualifying for many surveys, etc. Curious Cat has the same issues, so I’m not holding it against them. That’s just the survey game. Curious Cat is great because all of the surveys are compatible on mobile devices, you get cash, and you can cash out after earning just $2. You don’t get a million emails and phony offers where you have to give all of your information to earn money, and there are no ads. If you’re dedicated, it’s possible to earn some good pocket change with CuriousCat.

CuriousCat actually pays out unlike most! I’m three days in with exactly $7 that have already gone through to my actual BANK!! So yes, it does give real money and it doesn’t take forever. You can cash out at 100 points = $1! Surveys typically can go up to 85 points per, for 20 minute longer surveys! So 2 surveys or sometimes one, and you have yourself a dollar! So it’s a nice small side income as long as you dedicate at least an hour of your time each day to complete all of your surveys! But every dollar counts, so just know you’re not wasting your time! I wish more apps like this actually paid out like Curious Cat!

Edit extra:If you are just a person that’s reading reviews to see if CuriousCat is fake or not, please note that you may not be able to loggin to your account if you have a very bad internet connection, and you also need to be in a country that supports CuriousCat.

Main Edit: But there’s a few problem i have had in the last 3 days. I (once) completed a survey, and i didn’t get rewarded, which is not Curious Cat’s fault, it could potentially be the way the survey was implemented to disqualify you, and steal your data.
Second, a lot of surveys disqualify me, for quality, quota limit, etc, before i even see a single question, so i open the survey, instant disqualification, and i sometimes don't get the single cent, but that’s alright. And third, the description tells you that an average varies between 20 and 200 points, and i haven’t seen a single one with three digits (100+), would love to know why that is so. Thank you I advance!

So I reaaaally wasted my time on CuriousCat. It seems fun and cute, easy and organized.. until you try to take surveys 🥵 you click on a survey and it opens an internet window which takes you to the survey, which takes you to another survey.. and another.. I was answering questions for over 20 minutes and the survey said oops you’re not qualified because they want answers from someone of a different race (which is fine) but my race was question #3!! Don’t you think they could have told me before I answered 50 other questions? Makes me think they took the info anyway but didn’t give me points. Most of the surveys are hard for me to load and need to be constantly refreshed. Overall I just spent a good 1-2 hours trying to hold out hope for CuriousCat and I wasted my time. Download something else☹️.

I have been using CuriousCat for a while and love the fact that I only need 100 paw points to cash out to my paypal,it comes in handy when your short on some cash I Gave 4!stars because sometimes I am not qualified for the survey which is disappointing but at least I get 1 paw point I’ll give 5 stars when we get maybe 5 pawpoint for every unqualified survey.

I’ve been using CuriousCat for years with some success and so I’ve been a loyal survey taker with curious cat for a while.. until now.

The last several surveys I have completed today have brought me to a final page that will say something along the lines of “survey complete” or “finished, thanks for completing”, etc... usually at the point the page woud then redirect me back to the curious cat page that would say “success!” And j would receive my reward. However, this is no longer happening even though CuriousCat states I had completed the surveys successfully. This is wasting my time and as well as not compensating me for a successful survey. I reported several of them for this today. Please fix this immediately and I’ll change my rating to 5 stars.

I have been taking surveys on curious cat for a few months now maybe a couple of months, on and off, and I’ve made some pocket change already, and even though I don’t take service every day, it’s fun to take them, and earn a little bit extra. A little bit helps either way. I love CuriousCat, I wish I could see the pictures of the cats, however, with my vision impairment, I’m not able to, however, it is very accessible, and screen reader friendly for the blind. Keep up the great work.

There are much better survey apps out there. None of the surveys give an accurate time estimate and they take you to all sort of different links (rather than staying within CuriousCat ) most of which struggle to load. Then after you’ve already answered dozens of questions it will crash or say you don’t qualify and give you only 1 point (1 cent). The only one I actually got credit for completing was the ‘get started’ survey for 5 points (cents) despite completing another starting survey that was meant to be worth 80. To make it worse, they also ask you the same questions over and over rather than saving off your basic info. Who knows how much time and info you’d have to give just to reach $1 to cash out. CuriousCat is basically a scam to take your info without paying you

I been a user of CuriousCat for the past 3 years and I’ve enjoyed everything about it up until my account was locked all of a sudden, CuriousCat asks you to contact customer support. No problem doing that but YOU WILL NEVER GET A REPLY, EVER! The developers will reply to this review faster than any email. I’ve even tried messaging them via Facebook Messenger thinking it would be quicker, NOPE! Still no reply. I’ve been more than patient, like 2 in a half months patient. Even if they have a lot of emails they could be more professional when it comes to handling these things. I haven’t done anything fraudulent, this really made me less of a fan of curious app and I will be reporting it.

I downloaded CuriousCat last year to make a few extra bucks for a concert trip I was going on. I made around $25 in just a few days. It might not seem like a lot but money adds up! However, I’ve tried using CuriousCat multiple times over the last few months and none of the surveys work anymore. It’ll either close me out and say I don’t qualify for it at the very beginning, or it’ll let me get until the very end and do it. I’m super disappointed because this is one of the only apps that have ever worked well for me.

CuriousCat starts out great, and then the cash payout changes for you. No explanation unless you reach out. If you go through CuriousCat , expect to wait for some time. If you find them on Facebook and message on one of their posts, they are extremely fast at responding.

Then one day the surveys stop coming in. Again, no immediate explanation. After about 10 or so days, I ask why. Only got a response through a public Facebook post. Basically, they passive/aggressively tell you haven’t been honest. You’ll know you’ve been honest every single time. Doesn’t matter. They tell you researchers have blocked you because of this. So, now you have points that don’t meet the minimum, and no way to gain the points needed to cash out. They will call it policy. I call it theft.

Want a decent app?… Check out Premise. They have cash out minimums, but they are consistent, with surveys every day.

Curious Cat will only be good for a little while before they do to you what they did to me.

I’ve decided to delete CuriousCat as quickly as I installed it, but only because I can’t see any of the text. I know there are surveys or tasks or something available to me. And I was able to do the initial profile quiz just fine. But there’s some kind of message that pops up every time I open CuriousCat and there are buttons that give me the option of “maybe later” and “okay” but I have no idea what the choice is I’m actually making. I can see the tiles for the surveys or whatever they are, but I can’t see any text to tell me what the tiles represent. There’s just a lot that needs fixed before CuriousCat is ready and I don’t trust it yet.

This is the Best survey app ever, this is my all time favorite app! I am extremely happy with the amount of surveys and payouts I’ve received so far! When I cash out to my PayPal account it literally takes like seconds and my money is instantly in my account and available to use! I am so grateful❣️ Long Live Curious Cat App! Curious Cat is an amazing app which did surprise me quite a bit with them allowing to cash out with such a little total. But the ONLY downfall is guessing when new surveys will be up. I searched when they refresh and as said on the internet, the surveys refresh every 30 minutes. But it’s more like every 2-3 hours, but it’s worth it as a side hustle! Look into it and thank you to the devs behind CuriousCat!

Want extra cash for a coffee? Or need a few extra bucks for a bill, or gas money? Came to the right spot you can make a few dollars within a few days! Well or a few hours depending how many surveys you do. You can even cash out after only 100 points which = $1 and it’s fairly easy to earn especially if you complete a few surveys

It’s a good app which I recommend for every one as I’ve been paid once. But, after that and every time i receive a new task, it keeps saying “unfortunately, you haven’t qualified for any surveys at this time, we hope you’ll try again later”. I am very annoyed by this error as it happened with more than 10 tasks. Thanking you again!!
