QEEQ Car Rental&Hotels Booking Reviews

I travel over 250 days of the year with rental cars and hotel rooms and I thought I’d give this company a shot do yourself a favor stay away. Customer service is nonexistent or might as well be if you asked to speak with a manager that’s not an option my first experience was me I had a rental counter for over 2 1/2 hours not leaving with a rental car and being charged for the car after the rental car company canceled my rental car. I think this is the first one star really bad review I’ve ever left on a company and I hate to do it but there is no willingness to help from this company or anything it was ridiculous the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had actually. Apologize for the poor writing in this review as I’m leaving this review voice text because I’m so irritated and upset. All right I’m done. I hope it’s going to get better for this company as far as how they operate . maybe I just had a bad day with all the wrong people that are employed at Qeeq.

These scammers received our reservation from an ALTERNATE online source and our company was ALERTED BY our Companies Credit Card FRAUD DEPT who was alerted by the NUMEROUS, OUTRAGEOUS and RANDOM CHARGES. These FRAUD ALERTS cost our company time and aggregation and spent hours managing the REIMBURSEMENT for these FRAUDULENT CHARGES. This companies REVIEWS alone would have DETERRED any of our employees from ever choosing them as a rental car resource! IF they do pick up your call, they DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH, or ask to call back. Our company dealt with MONTHS of ADDITIONAL CHARGES and RE-ATTEMPTS TO RECHARGE on a reservation which WAS NOT theirs to begin with!!! Our business CC company decided the best way to end this and STOP THESE FRAUD CHARGES for good was to CANCEL OUR Credit Card used for an online reservation and REISSUED a replacement - Our companies FRAUD DEPT REPORTED THEM via a FEDERAL LEVEL due to their continuous SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY and FRAUDULENT CHARGES. ***Our employees are now BLOCKED with NOTIFICATIONS to our management team, ALERTING us IF THIS COMPANY, we have renamed “EZ Scammers” makes ANY FUTURE attempts to revisit this VISCOUS ACTIVITY! - Save yourselves the time, trouble and stress- never use them! Run!!!

The car leased to us had the engine light and temperature gauge illuminated, and dash had electrical problems from the moment we got it. The car broke down 2 times. Sri Lanka Europcar left us stranded on the side of the road for 6 hours! The car was unsafe and expensive. They did not have a comparable replacement car, so they eventually brought a bigger car and said that was compensation enough for not having a car for three days!! This is the worst customer experience I have ever had with a rental car company.

Additionally, the information from QEEQCarRentalHotelsBooking said the deposit for car was $240 USD, and we were charged 500 EURO. Info said to bring license and international driving permit. When we got got, Europcar did not accept it and charged us $50 USD for additional driving permit.

This was the worst rental experience we have ever had. Our safety was compromised by the car we were leased, not to mention the unsafe conditions standing on a highway for 6 hours with a family.

Qeeq reservations may not be honored. Case in point, my reservation dated Feb 20, 2021 (thru till Feb 25) was plain denied by the dealer One Switch at Miami airport. They denied that this reservation existed despite showing them the reservation details on the Qeeq app and confirmations on my emails.
They were very rude were unwilling to talk, kept me waiting for nearly two hours. Even when I put a Qeeq representative on the line they did not want to speak to the agent. When I put the phone on speaker with Qeeq agent on the line, they again denied the reservation and said it was cancelled. They would not say who cancelled it and were unwilling to recognise that Qeeq application and the Qeeq agent clearly told them this was showing as a valid reservation. There were no cancellation emails sent or received anywhere.
One Switch then tried to have me book a new rental with them on the daily rate that was way higher than the Qeeq rate I used to earlier.
The Qeeq agent heard the entire conversation between One Switch representative and me on the phone since I had kept the call going.
One Switch then shoved me out of the shop saying they dont care and wont help my situation, leaving me stranded near Miami airport having traveled all the way from Newark, New Jersey.
I had to book improptu cabs and taxis costing me a fortune to get to Key West that day where my hotel stay was booked.
The humiliation was unparalleled.

Terrible service, no compassion or empathy whatsoever . My airplane was delayed and I got to Ft Ldle airport later than anticipated. This car rental location is not at the airport and closed at 9p promptly. When I called they advised me they were closed and I could pick up my car the next day at 8am. I told them I needed a car now, I was stranded at the airport with no way to get anywhere. What was I suppose to do, the response was “ I don’t know, goodbye.” What the hell! I tried to chat with someone to get a refund and they told me that since I had arrived after closing it was my fault not theirs so no refund would be given. I should also be happy that they were willing to hold the car until 8a tomorrow. So what am I suppose to do, hang out at the airport all night. I am so upset!!!!🥵
Don’t do business with this company , they don’t care about their customers or their reviews!!!

I travel a lot and rent alot of car but have never had bad experience like this time. I travel to Taiwan and want to rent a car. I tried QEEQCarRentalHotelsBooking at the first time. They request to deposit or pre-pay about 15 to 20% of the total cost. The vender very not professional when they will meet you at the airport and give the car to you without any special instruction where they will part and how they can meet you. You have to call them at the first.

Last but not least they can reject your application even not your fail and they reject to refund the deposit if they reject it. Think about they will say sth about your application and they reject and they will get your deposit for free. I contact the customer service but they dont want to re-investigate at all really useless customer service as well. Really a scam with this website.

I made reservation a few times, for one trip, but had to cancel, because for some reason whenever I changed the date for my trip it reset the whole search, and changed the drop off location to the same as the pick up location. When canceling, if you are not careful, it will give your money back in the form of store credit rather than returning your money to your account. Also, I finally got to reserve car on my desired date and at the right location, then I got a notification that the price of the car I have reserved has lowered, I went to check the changes, but instead I saw that it has been canceled, automatically by them, without my consent! I’m still awaiting to see if they are gonna return my money or have to take my money back by force through my bank!

I just happened chance upon QEEQCarRentalHotelsBooking and decided to use it. I found it to be very easy to use and straightforward – all information was given to you in a concise manner – when I had to cancel my reservation and make a new one they made it very easy.
The customer service is excellent and it’s easy to get in touch with them. They have an excellent selection of vehicles from cars to trucks and vans and their prices always beat the competition. It’s my go to app for renting a vehicle

QEEQCarRentalHotelsBooking is very easy to start and all the info about the car is very clear. And the updates for the reservation is very useful. I recommend to register their member and earn double points in App. Two trips later I became Gold member and can redeem points on following reservation. Also evoucher saved me lots of time instead of printing it out

Don’t fall for it. This doesn’t save you any money. It all sounds nice until you go to pick up the car and learn about the additional charges for extra drivers etc. I called 2 days before to secure a van, we arrive and they don’t have one. We have to wait 40 mins for one. I contact QEEQCarRentalHotelsBooking hoping they can help because I called and confirmed. QEEQCarRentalHotelsBooking was zero help. They offered a coupon on a future purchase. Ummm no. No future purchases for me. I’m never using QEEQCarRentalHotelsBooking again. Literally if you are wanting to save money on a rental QEEQCarRentalHotelsBooking isn’t for you. I should have just went through enterprise and had less hassle. It equaled the same amount of money. I’m so frustrated right now.

Stay away , they have no communication with local agent, I pre pay and their invoice does not match the local agent, ( but they way I never actually got an invoice with a breakdown from them) many hiden fee, you so much better off getting the regular rental company, that is without counting the local renter were closed when I went to return the car( time schedule) and they told leave the car and get a Uber to get to airport! I still waiting on a call from a manager and figure out where I can report this ! Better business bureau or local Florida rent association or something like that! If I were you I would stay away !

I rented from DFW and my rental car was located in Irving,Tx. I could not find anyone in the car rental area that could figure out where my car rental was located based on the rental number. Also, I could not find a number to call QEEQ. Unfortunately, because it was Sunday and during Covid 19, no transportation was available to the lot where my rental car was located. No one answered my calls at the lot and then I figured out it was because the lot was closed! QEEQ said I was late and they would charge me anyway. It took 3 hours to get through all this confusion and mix up. I’ll not use QEEQ again.

We needed a van that would fit 6 people and all our luggage for two weeks. Upon arrival, we were stuck in a huge Immigration line at night, so I called to ask them to hold our van. Indeed, the van was there, the person at the desk spoke very good English, and was extremely polite and helpful. The van served us perfectly and the return was quick and efficient.

I used qeeq to book a car rental. When I showed up, the rental company told me I had to have a non-US passport or drivers license to get the rate they had promised. This was not specified anywhere in the rental agreement, and I am a US citizen, so I couldn’t pick up the car at the rate promised. After much discussion, Qeeq customer service tried to get me another rental, but when I took that reservation to the counter at a different agency, the agent told me I had to wait two hours to pick up the car. This company did nothing but sell me a fraudulent product and waste my time.

They cancelled my booking two days before I was going to pick up the car, I had already paid in full already but they cancelled it anyway saying the supplier does not have the vehicle I requested and my option is to book instead another vehicle but the price was going to be over $800!

I just hope I get my refund back without any issues, and the company they were going to get the vehicle I requested from, is still advertising that same vehicle on other websites so looks like they do have it available

Don’t waste your time with this website/app it’s completely unreliable

Got a car in Hawaii finally after so many place and website I check, the only place where I was not charged an arm and leg. It looks like all the rental place in Hawaii this week was charging so much and lucked out with this place😊

My first reservation with QEEQ was horrible. The car company would not honor th reservation, it was canceled and yet QEEQ refuses to refund the monies. I provided them details and two names of employees of the company who insisted that they NEVER charge for cancelled reservations. I have had multiple discussions with QEEQ, on line, and also their after sale department. They promised they would respond and failed.. This is a miserable company when there are problems and there are problems when one travels. I would not use them again.

I eventually went with these guys because they had the best price. But I went round and round for a while trying to get a first time $30 discount. After 30 minutes of texting back-and-forth with customer service I finally realize that the first time $30 discount doesn’t apply to the type of purchase I was making.

Worst experience I have ever had in my life with a car rental. Would NOT recommend. I was left stranded because the car rental company you used had absolutely no cars left. The guy was rude & basically said come back tomorrow. At 12:00 midnight stranded at an airport was NOT the was I wanted to start my vacation.
You had a great rate that I booked long before trip and I had to use HOT WIRE & pay more then double for my car because it was last minute.
Your company should pay me the difference & inconvenience fees.

The car smelled horrible when we picked up. Had to buy multiple things to try and get rid of the smell. Then got charged 2x and in email they keep saying it is for insurance but refuse to provide breakdown. Will never use again.

I booked a Toyota for my business trip in UK. Have tried rental cars and Hertz but price are both higher than QEEQCarRentalHotelsBooking. There’s a tool called ‘Price Drop Protector’ helped me rebook a cheaper price with the same car. Big recommend to use this tool.

There is an issue with QEEQCarRentalHotelsBooking where it although you have entered flight information it still thinks you have not and keeps popping up a message stating it is required. I think this field should be changed from required to optional as not in all cases do you actually fly in to an airport to rent a car. Please fix this. Other than that I really do like renting through them.

I wish somebody had told me to look at the BBB website before booking through this company. So do your research and check it out. My experience mimics what I am reading others experience also.

The estimated amount wasn’t even close and I cannot get clear receipts. I have 4 different invoices in front of me all with a different amount and all sent after I returned the car. I do not recommend using EasyRentCars as a third party, they definitely charge an absurd amount and again it was after the fact.

Checked a couple of places in the Middle East, where I am familiar with the prices and found that QEEQCarRentalHotelsBooking is asking for ~230% the average market price. Even though they claim the prices are provided by the rental companies directly.

Asked the support team if they knew about that and the only response They provided was a canned response stating that they do not control the prices and that this is the price they received from the rental stores directly.

I did inform the support team about this 1-star review.

I am pleased with EasyRentCars. I set up for one about a month ahead. The price was what was quoted. I didn’t get the Equinox I was hoping for but I did get a similar car. Easy in and easy return. Thrifty was good, I would use them again.

Such an easy experience making a booking with Easy Car Rentals. Very advanced way of communicating with customers and making sure all the information needed is right at your finger tips. Highly recommended!

I’ve tried booking through other companies before. There seemed always to be a surprise when I went to pick up the car. Not with EasyRentCars. I also really like QEEQCarRentalHotelsBooking .

Better prices than anywhere that I’ve recently found which is great. But QEEQCarRentalHotelsBooking allows you to get lost in loops and has some silly gimmicks that waste time. A previous booking was incorrect but the customer service did help to resolve it...

They are better than any other app I have tried, and a far better price than the rental car companies. And price drop works!
