I am exercising to fix my posture, especially after covid and staying home all day in front of a pc, not only my posture got worse, but I also started to have disturbing aches in my back and neck. There’s a visible improvement in both of these, I will continue

Great App for starting out!

I’ve been using this app to keep track of my morning stretches for the past week and it’s helped not only remind me on those mornings that I am too distracted to remember to stretch but all works well with the Health App that comes with the iPhone!
