Super slow super laggy super unreliable basically the moment I started using this service as a paid service I started to notice the little skimps here and there and overall I definately recommend that if you are planning on getting a year service go for the better ones out there and pay the extra 20$ get a year of something that’s actually fast. Something that actually works. I set my vpn and it’s like it’s not even on, except for when it takes an hour to load. You can’t even select the specific state you want to appear online from you can select only as broad as United States, but even that, doesn’t work well. I feel like I am totally unprotected on top of the super slow speed and lack of features, I went through and deleted a bunch of virusy mine attachment files I never even downloaded and have no idea where they from and how they stuck them self’s in my folders, honestly the extra money for the top end service is worth VPN360 times a million.. maybe for people using the free version, as a free version it could be acceptable but I paid 36$ for a year and it’s too late for a refund, but you know sometimes you make “those” purchases where you gota step away count the loss and dump it in the trash where it belongs. I wrote this review for you reading for all people considering throwing your cash on vpn service, know the specs and read the review make informed decisions. ✌️

My school always blocks all social media like Snapchat, instagram etc. So I figured I could just use a VPN to get around this. I tried multiple different apps with them all being very slow. Most of them 1 mb/s. Then I tried VPN360 and was getting speeds over 40 mb/s and at first I thought, “man this is impressive, some paid services can’t even do this”. But as time went on I became more suspicious if I was really using WiFi. Maybe, Just maybe VPN360 was using my data. Turns out I was right 2 weeks later I get a text from my mobile service provider(at&t) with a message stating,”you have used 75% of your data”. Then I think to myself,”THERE NO WAY”. So I did what every frustrated person who data was almost gone would do, I checked how much I had used. It said I had used 7 GIGS OF DATA! I never use this much. Then I check my cellular data settings on my phone and it said VPN 360 had used 6 GB of data! How could this be I’m always on WiFi with this VPN. Then I thought,” VPN360 must just be using my data, not WiFi.”. This must be how it gets those speeds around 40 mb/s. That is is why I wrote this, to let people know VPN360 is a bunch of bull crap. It doesn’t use you WiFi at all it just eats up your mobile data even you think you using WiFi. DO NOT USE THIS VPN. I downloaded this VPN before I went on my trip to China and I was shocked at how amazingly fast it was. I had limited data of 3GB before I left. And over the course of the three weeks I was gone, I started getting messages of how much data I was using. When I saw that I had already used 1 full GB of data in less than 5 days, I panicked and thought it was my social media that kept downloading data onto my phone.

So I decided to turn off my data when I went outside, which made it so that my parents couldn’t contact me. I would use the hotel’s WiFi with the VPN on so I could check everything. By 2 weeks ish, I realized that I had already passed my data limit BY A LOT. I had used 8.2 GB OF DATA!! Desperate, I couldn’t believe that my social media could have used this much. And when I checked, VPN 360 had used 5.4 GB OF DATA 😡😡 so I actually only used 2.8 GB. And most of the time, I used WiFi with everything.

Therefore, it’s clear to me that even though you use WiFi, this VPN will not work unless you use let it use data. That is why it is so fast. Don’t use this VPN 🙅🏻‍♀️

I'm a high schooler and I don't want to use my data because it's hella expensive. My school has wifi, but a lot of things are blocked such as snapchat, discord, facebook, and slander just to name a few. I went through a couple different ones that had a "free trial", but they always made the use of anything impossible. I found this one and for the first 2-3 hours it worked perfectly, I could access everything, but then all of a sudden it didn't. I've tried the different connection modes, but now it does what some of the others did ( if you connect the VPN, the wifi stops working for anything). Aside from it not working for me anymore, VPN360 is great. It's very easy to use, and the customer support is very helpful. Definitely would like to continue using it once I can get it running properly again.

I don’t usually write reviews but I got outstanding customer service, I signed up for the free trial and got charged for an entire year renewal. I was worried it would be difficult to get a refund back, a lot of sketchy companies will make you jump through so many hoops just cancel let alone get a refund. They didn’t try to push anything, they were totally understanding and even sent detailed instructions on how to submit a refund request which was also fairly simple. I will also vouch for their app in general, it’s easy to navigate and I had no trouble using a VPN for Canada.

I am serious Please fix this vpn app I have been using it for a long time and now every time this vpn is turn on for 20 or 30 mins it disconnects and also when my phone is on lock mode it takes time to connect again to the vpn please make this vpn connection much stronger because it keeps on disconnecting and I have tried everything you guys have told me to do Ive tried everything am serious I’ve tried everything and the problem still persist so please fix this vpn app and make the connection of this vpn app much much stronger and faster please please fix this problem as soonest possible I would appreciate it a lot if it is fix as soonest possible

Please fix this and also please add some more different free vpn locations from different states and from different countries for the free version of VPN360 please do app developers it would be appreciate it a lot it really would

So usually I don’t write reviews because I think it’s pointless but VPN360 has definitely earned a positive, 5 star review. I’m in high school and i, like everyone else, can’t afford to use my data all day so I’ve always looked for a good VPN. Stuff like hotspot shield and a few other popular ones are trash because they “connect” and then have an “error” that you can “fix” by paying for it. They are all scams for money but this app is amazing. It actually works and I use it daily. Thank you developers for not being horrible people and forcing us to pay for a VPN. You make life at high school so much better.

So I’m an ordinary High-Schooler using too much data and doesn’t have WiFi at home, well my school has a WiFi but it doesn’t work for anything :/. My friends started using it and when I asked how they said they used VPN360, VPN 360. So I gave it a try, turned off my cellular data, connected to the WiFi, turned on the VPN and *BOOM* it took a few minutes (to load in I guess)but started working perfectly! So in my spare time in school I’ll download some apps and music :). Thank you so much developers. Also you don’t need to pay for this at all, just don’t subscribe to it and it works... I guess if you want like an improved version you have to pay but I’m fine with just the normal one.

When I was downloading VPN360 I started reading comments and most of them were bad ones, talking about internet loss and whatever. As I do not use internet, only WiFi, it helped me making wifi work better and faster, and as I live in Uruguay and for example didn’t have instagram music for stories or limited music on TikTok, the USA thing helped me to have those things and like, I downloaded this vpn exactly for that, and I tried with other ones before but for having a USA server or whatever I had to pay, but this one lets me use it so now i can use instagram music and all of the songs at TIkTok 😉😁🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🤙🏻

Bing is useless. Get that out first to understand why this is important. If you come to China you are at the mercy of the great firewall of China. No google or Facebook. Personally could care less about Facebook, but when your only other choice for searching in English is Bing, you will quickly beg for Google. VPN360 allows google search in China. Finally I could actually get the information about a place I wanted to go, or actually find the closest store for something I needed. Bing give you 200 paid advertisements for areas that you are not remotely interested in. Thank you VPN.

I see reviews saying there is no way to cancel your 7day free trial, this is NOT true. It's EASY to CANCEL your TRIAL at the SAME TIME you START your 7day free trial and still RETAIN your 7DAYS FREE!!!! As it states in VPN360 when you sign up for your trial, the only way you can cancel it is through VPN360 store itself. This is true of any subscription to any app found in VPN360 Store as apple requires developers to have all purchases go through them to protect its users from being scammed or ripped off. The VPN works fine and is fairly quick, i would recommend the paid for app if you intend to(as you should) use a VPN frequently.

Video chat is blocked in my country and this is the only way I can call my LDR bf and we stay on call for hours and it doesn't really slow down my internet or make the call drop after a few hours like other VPNS do. The call is high quality and doesn't drop too often. Sometimes I need to restart VPN360 but after that it works again, the other vpns I use have a limit of how long I can use them and even when I restart them they slow down the connection. I've never had an issue with VPN360.

Ok, so I thought this was a great app in the first couple of months, but after a while it just stopped working... I’ve gone through three other VPN apps and all of those have had the exact same problem within a couple of weeks. This one has definitely worked the longest, I’ve had it for a couple months, but now it just doesn’t work anymore... Also, I don’t understand why there are multiple connection options, because at least two of them don’t work correctly, and one disconnects every thirty minutes or so... However, VPN360 does show potential and I hope that this review is seen by the developers, because I’ve given up looking for another VPN app that works.

I don’t usually write reviews for apps but this deserves one. I’m a high-schooler who can’t use data all day because I have four other people on my plan. Also, my school WiFi prevents social media apps, and movie apps. I downloaded a couple other VPN apps before but they never work and I have to pay for them to fix it. With this, it may take longer to connect for free, but it’s worth it because it actually stays on. Other apps crash and take longer to connect, then after using a different app, the connection is lost. This is a five star app and is worth downloading.

I’ve been searching VPN360 Store for a VPN that is fast reliable, and safe. I have finally found one, this VPN not only does those things, but it’s all free. Of course you can buy premium for an even better experience than you’re already getting, but you can tell the creators of this VPN actually care about your safety and information on the internet. They give you an excellent VPN from the beginning and allow you to choose to pay premium which is a really low cost per month for this apps full potential.

this is one of the worst VPNs i have ever used, at first the connection was very good and it would last for many hours, a couple weeks into using it it gets slower and then you can't even use your own phone. it'll say you're connected to wifi but nothing will load, post, just nothing. it has a good design and is easy to use as you just click the button but it is very slow and will just get slower and slower until it just lies and says you're online when you're not. also, the other day i was trying to turn it off and it kept turning itself back on, i restarted VPN360 and i went into settings and it still turned itself back on. super fishy and super slow... don't recommend...

Would love if the dev could up the speed just a tad for the free users but understand they gotta make money and aside from peak times this is still a very solid workhorse of a vpn. Stays connected where others have not. As someone who has used several vpns and even paid twice for two competitors vpns, I would still recommend this choice over any others to anyone who needs a very user friendly vpn. Not to speak in generalization, but forgive me as I do just that and say, this would be a great vpn choice for anyone

DO NOT WASTE YOIR MONEY ... WHEN YOU CONTACT TGE “NEED HELP” area, no one replies ... EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING ... works at 5 minute intervals and the VPN icon remains on all the time EVEN WHEN YOU ARE DISCONNECTED (which is often)! Purchased premium version. Was working fine for 3 months ... then it just stopped working despite selecting the “stay connected” mode... wrote 4 times for support with no reply. Furthermore the VPN symbol appeared at the top so it looked as if it was working... but it was not. Removed VPN360 and reinstalled it... but no luck. In my opinion the developer is very unresponsive and the product does not work as advertised. TOTALLY Disappointed.

NOW VPN360 is flooded with ADS and has stopped working for more then 5 mins at a time. Again I wrote and no reply... find another product in my opinion, this one is awful!

So ofc my school blocks us from watching tik tok, listening to music, getting on Instagram or Snapchat OR EVEN DOWNLOADING THINGS (app store) so my friend told me abt vpn I chose this one and let me tell you this is the best thing that has happened during this school year I’m able to do things^ that my school blocked thank god 🙏🏼 and the internet doesn’t run slow it actually runs pretty fast I’m so greatful for VPN360 thank you!!!!!! I would most def recommend to friends if they have the hassle that I have

So I’ve used this vpn for a year now and it was pretty good for a while. It only disconnect once in a while but most importantly VPN360 itself always froze and would close itself. I thought whatever at least it works most of the time.

I renewed my subscription and it just doesn’t work at all. In two weeks I’ve connected 0 times and it’s just getting ridiculous. It just keeps saying the vpn can’t connect to ANY server. I applied for a refund with Apple, went nowhere. I wrote to their customer service a week ago, nothing. If you are looking at this give me my money back because your app isn’t doing its job. If there is some sort of error that you need to fix do it now and add two weeks to my subscription for free.

So I’ve been looking for a VPN that could work while I was traveling in China (if you didn’t know that many VPNs are not allowed now you know). I was really happy that this was a VPN that 1) didn’t force you to pay and 2) works very well, but there were a few issues. Every so often, the VPN would disconnect or stop working, and this was happening on the first day I used this. I was quite sad when it stopped working, so I thought that maybe if I disconnected and reconnected, it may work... wrong. It still had difficulties and became even worse (and it only has been 5 hours since I’ve started using it). I do hope this is a temporary problem and it may work after a few hours or so off it.

I love VPN360 and it really works at school (as is the reason pretty much everyone uses it). It stays connected and doesn’t block anything like other VPNs do. HOWEVER, I’ve noticed this month that my cellular data has been 99% eaten up only halfway into the month. I don’t use data hardly ever so I was really confused how 15 gigabytes had been used in just 14 days. Come to find out after checking my phone’s data usage, VPN360 has used all of it! I’m not sure how or why, but all of my data is gone for the month. What’s the deal? I’m connected to WiFi when I’m using VPN360 , so why is it using all of my data?! Disappointed that I have to delete VPN360, it was my favorite VPN. Just a fair warning to anyone out there with limited data! Hoping the developer can either explain this further or fix something because this doesn’t seem right.

(0/5 really and if I could go lower I would) Kept getting an error message while making selections. Oh no the place closes in 15. “Can’t do this. try again” “Can’t ... JSON object. Please Try Again” . I tried again and again. I tried different restaurants, and then different items and got the same error message. The restaurants closed one by one so I picked others. Same error message. Then there wasn’t anywhere in VPN360 to tell DoorDash that nothing was working, so I tried deleting VPN360 and downloading it again and got the same errors. I’m assuming everyone else got this message tonight, what an absolute Royal fudge up, DoorDash. At least the shootshow reminded me to cancel my DashPass. Way to drop the ball, nerds. Bet the drivers enjoyed the unexpected Friday night off. Hope your company folds. Lame. Beeteedubs- GrubHub is working fine.
