Good and convenient
I like it because you sometimes can’t get ahold of service or a service advisor. Would be great if you could pay for the service you need ahead of time before you get to the dealership 👍🏿

Happy Gladiator Owner
So far a excellent ride! Today found a article concerning the jeep gladiator driveshaft? We have contacted the jeep dealership in Ruston Louisiana concerning this issue. We were told that we cannot get the service to correct the driveshaft issue until a recall has been issued! Hopefully our gladiator does not have this problem? We will be forced not to use our gladiator as we have, until we get the recall! The service department at Courtesy Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep Ram Dealership in Ruston, Louisiana advised us that jeep has a planned recall!

So far this app has not disappointed me at all. It has been very prompt to inform me of key recalls for my vehicle. I wished it had more to offer, like user notes for the service department to be aware of.
