3 years agoHad all of the same issues noted by others. My wife's device kept reverting to metric. Lost her password. Say we need 8-16 characters, we entered one with 11, just saying we need one 8-16 characters.Then said the account didn't exist. Apparently someone did bother to do robust testing of their apps. Ironically we bought 3 devices, might was well lit money on fire.

3 years agoWatchand app and iPhone connection worked for 1 day. This morning and iPhone is not connected yo watch even though Bluetooth says it is. All items switched to km and Celsius instead of miles and Farenheit. App will not get reading or send instructions to watch. How can I fix these things or get my money back.

3 years agoThe WearFit 2.0 app will not connect to the device. Worked for 2 weeks, not now. Using a Samsung Android phone. My phone settings lists the device as T1S and is paired, It also says 'connected an an input device'. The device also shows the Bluetooth link as linked, though the app says it is not connected. Tried to search for devices and never finds the device. Followed all the recommendations on the video for Bluetooth Problems, but to no avail. The device is the Thermo Fit Tracker Advanced. Is there a fix for the app or can I send the Fit Tracker back for a refund?

3 years agoRECEIVED the watch. Charged it until showing a full charge. Everything worked well for about 3 days and then showed needing a charge. I charged the watch as before. On the charger it showed charged 100%. When disconnected from the charger the watch showed 0% charge and nothing would work. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app. My charging has only been through my laptop so I know the voltage on charging was not too high. I have closed Bluetooth and turned it back on and the watch will still not work. I have turned off my phone and then back on and the watch will still not work. Please tell me what I can to make the watch work or send a watch that will work. The last resort would be to refund my money.

3 years agoGenerally it works OK to take a reading when I use "single reading" but even with toggle to "take measurements hourly" wont work. Also hasnt registered sleep in several days though its charged and I'm wearing it. So many things I think it can do but I dont know how to get that. I need better instructions.

Please return massage me on were I can send it to get my refund, ishopzze will not except my gmails. I'm on a fixed income and can't afford to throw money away like that.

3 years agoPlease fix the apps software error. The watch does not stay connected to the app through blue tooth. It is very difficult to get the watch to connect to the app. Once it finally connects, it disconnects within minutes. Great fit watch but the apps connection to Bluetooth sucks!

The watch works on its own but it does not communicate with the app. The app was downloaded twice, and I turned my phone off and turned it back on again, and it crashes in 5 seconds. As soon as the app is opened it crashes. Please fix it. I have tried removing approximately 10 other apps from my phone just to give it more memory/space...that did not work. It crashed anyway. So I tried downloading the previous wear-fit app. That one does not crash on my phone but it will not bind to my phone. It cannot connect to it. So I am left with a watch that does not have an app to use with it. My phone is an iPhone 6S +. My IOS is 13.3 and it is up to date. Please fix the app so that I might use it. If you can’t fix this app then please have the previous version, Wearfit, (the white and green one that has the green heart with the white person inside with outstretched arms), recognize my phone and watch because that one does not crash on my phone. I can see all the pages and things it does. It just doesn’t recognize the F8 watch, which is the watch I have.

WearFit and WearFit 2.0 need serious improvements, and the UI/UX for both are very, very poorly designed. WearFit Pro's design and features are considerably better than the other versions of the app, but the app will not pair with my watch. This is inexcusable, as the developer should ensure that all the watches that paired with the initial app can also pair with newer versions - or update the various versions to ensure similar functionality and improve user experience. All of the WearFit apps fail to function as advertised to varying degrees, and sometimes completely and repeatedly fail. The developer doesn't resolve issues in a timely manner or in a significant way. This is the worst performaning app on any of my devices by far!

I received this after taking part in a Moderna Vaccine survey, this was my free gift. The “watch” seems to do good: keeps time, steps, distance, measures heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen levels, a variety of things (not really sure how accurate the reading are). My problem is the app doesn’t work most of the time. You press the app icon and it shows to be loading the app then just kicks you out. The app stops running and puts you back to your phones main screen. What’s the point of app if you can’t even look at the readings or even get into the app. I personally would not buy this product but it’s an alright free gift. Would be a lot lot better if the app would just work.
