This application does not function correctly at ALL!! You cannot even open the App it just freezes up with that stupid blue background. I hope the school district I work for will remove us from this horrible excuse of a ticketing system. Good thing we can NOT use the mobile application while we have our team working remotely on sites! PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!

Not useful if there’s no push notifications for a ticketing app It’s like a phone without a ringer The feature is still “under review” is beyond me 🤷 Start the development already!!
