Excellent App

TabataHIITIntervalTraining is excellent enough to motivate me to write a review. I love: being able to listen to my own playlist while the robot voice shouts out orders. I like that it’s fully customizable so I can turn some of my favorite routines into higher intensity workouts. I also like that it doesn’t require notifications or uses any badges or Knick-knacks just trusts that I know when I am and am not working out and leaves me to kill it with my own style and flavor. Also it’s worth what I paid and I didn’t have to subscribe. Refreshing. Dope. Here for it.

No excuses

Because it is focused and short, I have no more excuses to not do it. I can pick it up at any point, even if I am done for the day, but feel I was negligent in the exercise dept. I can just do one or 2 areas and feel I am moving in the right direction. I definitely recommend TabataHIITIntervalTraining, especially if you don’t want to go to the gym. Quick and efficient!

Free version is limited, but the app is great

The individual exercise options are limited in the free version (which is completely reasonable...) but it’s easy enough to customize your own. The only thing you don’t get is the animation of the exercise. Basically everything else is fully customizable: workout length, interval rest period number of exercises, etc. The timer is not too irritating.

Best Tabata HIIT APP

Tried it out for 2 weeks and found myself losing weight. TabataHIITIntervalTraining allowed me to start slow and increase my time. I enjoy the person doing the exercises so I can see what I got todo. Often when I work-out my mind is on work. The person doing the exercises is what what’s TabataHIITIntervalTraining. It’s professional looking. Simple to use, lots of features, adjustable time and loads fast.

I showed my nephew TabataHIITIntervalTraining and he started using it and has lost 12 lbs. but he is a big ole boy so he can shed a lot of weight starting off. But TabataHIITIntervalTraining guided him and has made it pretty simple for him. No gym membership just TabataHIITIntervalTraining. Amazing.

Simple and easy to use

TabataHIITIntervalTraining (along with the other apps by same company) has been very helpful for me while confined indoors a majority of the time and unable to go to the gym. The trial period is relatively long and afterward you can write a review or pay a small fee to keep using. Well worth it. Exercises are simple and easy to follow.

Great app

I have been using TabataHIITIntervalTraining for a few weeks now. I love the different exercises and the animation of the woman who gives you an example of the exercise before you do it. I have the free version but after a few weeks I wish they had a intermediate version to start with. But overall its a great app

Good app for days short on time

If I can get a full workout in, I bust TabataHIITIntervalTraining opens and get a quick bit effective workout. You can also customize it to make it as long as you want making it your full workout.

best customizable

I have downloaded many tabata apps and this is the best customizable simple one that I've found.

Features they have that I really like:
1. Adding custom exercises
2. Easy to modify sets (although it took me a while to figure out which tab to press haha)
3. Voiceover
4. The little icon showing length of workout is definitely nice to have

Additions I would like but aren't deal breakers at all:
1. Halfway mark voice over
2. Literally a voiceover at the end where they congratulate me in finishing (.... It helps even when a robot is saying it is swear!)

Awesome app

You can set the settings however you like. Simple easy to use app that is great for all levels. Great change up to any workout. Definitely recommend, will definitely make you sweat!

No excuse workouts

The guided 4-minute workouts here make it impossible to skip a day of exercise. Who can't spare 4 minutes one or more times a day? It's so easy to sneak away for a quick break! I would like more variety, but I just rotate which ones I do each day, so it works.

Game changer (for me)

This is awesome! Only strange thing is that this apps audio is too loud. As soon as I start TabataHIITIntervalTraining my musics volume is turned down about 50% and the apps audio is so loud I can’t turn it up or I’ll go deaf. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing that on their iphone

My favorite Tabata app so far. Simple, inexpensive, doesn’t glitch. Can customize the exercises and play my own music on the background. Would love if they added more exercises with graphics to chose out of.

I enjoy TabataHIITIntervalTraining very much. It has different options to choose from, like pre-made workouts for different parts of your body, or you can make your own. Workout time, cool downs, tabatas, and more are also adjustable. All in all, this is a great app.

Lots of options. But only one option workout for each body section. Need to purchase to get more than one workout. Good for basic workouts.

Great little app, thank you! It would be good to have a “schedule view” so I can see at a glance which workout each day, as well as workouts completed (the stats page).

fast results

I’ve been using TabataHIITIntervalTraining on and off but when I actually started to use it consistently I saw results within a couple weeks! I recommend it for sure

Used to be a great app

TabataHIITIntervalTraining used to be great, because it had decent functionality for free. They’ve now removed nearly all customizable features from the free version.

It’s not worth paying for the rest of the features, since you could easily do them yourself manually. It was mostly a convenience, but oh well.

Good for a quick workout

I like using this as a quick workout and still feel like I did something. Gets my heart rate up since the goal is to go as fast as you can for the work.
