App joke
I just downloaded and tried to create an account it said account already created which is impossible as I never used this airline. No way to proceed, really poor software. Finally got it loaded and it dropped the only flight that I have.

Not worth it at all!
If only you could access booking information done directly through Vivaerobus and retrieve it on the app that would be great, but it appears they have two different systems or something!!!! Why?????

Don’t understand
They changed the ability to be able to use your boarding pass on your cellphone. Must print at the actual airport now for a fee. Just another money hungry company.
