I asked them to help me fix my restore purchase problem but all they give me a pre-written response :/ I would like actual help and real hand written response. I don’t play these anymore because it’s just not fun and how it used to be, you guys made really cute games with very small purchases you could make but once this game came out everything went down hill. You made everything locked and so expensive plus there’s not much interactive stuff to do within them. I just want my money back in all for everything I purchased in this cash-cow of a game. If you give me another pre-written response I will personally reach out to doctor panda and tell them to actually give useful costumer service instead of these cheap lazy pre-written letters that don’t help you at all. I shall respond soon with everything I purchased in this game, plus a few other games I purchased from you that locked them for me again.

You are the greediest people in the world! And you are doing that to compete with Toca world! Because I have both games and the garden house is the same as the individual houses in that game! But I like Toca world better because at least you don’t have to rebuy everything! I have this game on my phone, and my iPad, but I made the purchases on my iPad and now I have to repay for it on my phone! You might as well be like jam city. Because I have a game by them, and if you name your user as a kid, they want you to put in your parent’s credit card number! So just do that! You will get worse reviews THAT YOU DESERVE Also, for a response for a review like this, you just said and I quote “We make this money so you can see if you like it enough to spend money on this” For the games and the works that help it, what’s your salary, 100,000 dollars a month? Cuz that’s how much it is for us!

This would have been a 5 but the cost is ridiculous and I don’t play anymore. It’s ridiculous that they would think people would pay THAT MUCH just to play. Tons of people have quit this game. The cost is very unreasonable and now all the games are so expensive. They should lower the prices of these games because they are completely unreasonable. I hope kids can soon play and have fun and not think that everything is all about money. Please fix. You are losing tons of players. I don’t get excited when there’s an update because I know now it’s gonna cost monthly?? It’s just all about the money on this game and multiple other ones from Dr Panda. I don’t play anymore. I know people agree, but Dr Panda doesn’t seem to take the players advice and they are just loosing more players. Please listen to the players and fix soon. These prices are ridiculous and why do we have to play monthly on a kids game??? Either fix, or lose more players. I, and many others want the fun, kid friendly, reasonable, amazing Dr Panda game back.
