1 year agoHi my name Is Linda Sorrow,and I was doing a free trial and for some reason you have been charging me 39.99 ever since and I didn’t even use your app even during my trial period and when I tried to unsubscribe there was no option for this like there is for all the other apps I do not know what has happened and why this option has not been offered to me but it’s not. I want you to know I have to live off of a disability check every month and it’s extremely hard. I barely make it if I didn’t babysit my grandkids then I definitely wouldn’t make it monthly! So if you wouldn’t mind please please please disconnect my account ASAP and if you will look online you will see I have never used your app. So if you could refund me some of my money I would greatly appreciate it!
