SecretPhotoAlbum is so amazing if you want to hide pictures and it’s free! My most favorite parts are that whenever someone tries to break in to SecretPhotoAlbum and they have the wrong password it takes a picture of there face so when you get back into SecretPhotoAlbum you’ll see the date the time and the face of the person that tried to break in. Also I like how whenever your on SecretPhotoAlbum and you don’t have enough time to exit it whenever someone is snooping over your shoulder or walking past you you can set it to were you out the phone down and it automatically switches to a different app. Over all 100% recommend

I loved SecretPhotoAlbum , no I was in love with SecretPhotoAlbum, until I got locked out of it. A friend of mine changed the pin without telling me, there was a unexpected turn of events with my friend and I’m not able to get that pin from her. I had already registered my email with SecretPhotoAlbum , but there is not a known way to get back into SecretPhotoAlbum , without losing all my stored data. The premium subscription has expired since I’ve been locked out of SecretPhotoAlbum , the only way to get what I have stored, is through SecretPhotoAlbum directly which the developer does not provide the option to reset, that I have found. It’s been over 6 months since I’ve been locked out, my stored data is inaccessible, so therefore pretty much gone.. Up until this point I swore by SecretPhotoAlbum, it was the only photo vault app that I used. Definitely need to make upgrades on SecretPhotoAlbum for situations in which you need a pin reset.

SecretPhotoAlbum is soooo good. There’s so many settings that literally cover every possible security measure like when you put your phone down it changes SecretPhotoAlbum . You can even make a FAKE pin just in case. Not only that but it takes pictures if someone tries breaking into it. This is soo perfect for passwords and important documents or just for pics or videos you don’t want people to see. I love SecretPhotoAlbum and I recommend 1000% everyone reading the reviews to see if they should get it to get it.

Ok so I have used this application before let me say it’s amazing never even questioned having to pay... however I have recently gotten a new phone and I’m trying to login to my account but it’s forcing me to pay before even giving me the option to login to a account which means I would have to start paying for two accounts just to logout of 1 and use the other please give the option to login before forcing the money out of users thank you very much.

I've had SecretPhotoAlbum for over a year now, and have never had a problem with it until recently. Now, whenever I open SecretPhotoAlbum, within seconds, it takes me to the "write a review" page in SecretPhotoAlbum Store, and I'm unable to add/delete/sort any of the pictures in my albums because I keep getting relocated to this "write a review" page. So, here I am, writing a review, in the hopes that I can access my photos on SecretPhotoAlbum again. If this doesn't fix the issue, please fix it!

Update: writing this review didn't fix the issue because clearly, here I am again.

SecretPhotoAlbum is so useful got it only because a friend recommended SecretPhotoAlbum to me and I’m not disappointed one bit. Has add which are a bit annoying but other than that it’s completely worth it. Only think I would improve would be SecretPhotoAlbum logo. Because it’s clear your hiding something in and app that has a lock in the front of it 😂. But it’s still a really good app highly recommend to anyone.

I have a paid six month subscription. Yesterday I entered my password incorrectly and then it offered me the option to reset with my email. I have a number of emails and inadvertently used one that was not linked to the account. SecretPhotoAlbum re-set itself and offered me a new subscription and deleted my entire vault of private photos. When I tried to download again it just keeps on offering me a new subscription - whilst my current subscription is still valid till the 15th of May. I have a photo to proof two subscriptions of the same app in the Manage Subscription Page of my Account with the AppStore. So frustrating. Are you able to help? And how should I contact you?

I got it last month n it’s good n I like I can use my fingerprint ID to open SecretPhotoAlbum . I also like that each folder has a lock but I wish it had the option to use fingerprint ID. I have one complaint every time I open a locked folder n get out of it..it remains unlocked. It should relock automatically instead I have to relock the folder twice. It’s like it’s stuck. It’s an ok app. Please fix it so when I do get out of the folder it locks again without me having to relock it everytime.

I have paid a whole year at atone for this for a few years now. SecretPhotoAlbum just quit working. I cannot access my nude photos for my husbands eyes only and I am extremely upset. I have contacted support 3 times and had no response period. I have called the phone number also with no answer. This is unbelievable

So on my previous iPhone 6 I was able to use SecretPhotoAlbum without any problems. I was really happy with SecretPhotoAlbum and how it worked. However I just upgraded to the iPhone 8 and reinstalled SecretPhotoAlbum . After I put in my correct 4 digit pin I could see the photo screen load. However a ad pops up over my photos telling me that I have to get the premium app in order to access my photos. There is a restore button on the top right but when I press it, it starts to load and then the ad returns. The only way to get out the ad is to press “upgrade” and put in my info. I will not be upgrading at all I will just use another free photo app.

I changed my iphone x to iphone xs without downloading my files, thinking that I could download it from the application but I see that you can not or do not know how to do it. I always write messages to see how they can guide me but there is no solution and answer. Apparently they do not have a web page that would be a help to solve.

SecretPhotoAlbum is sufficient for storing my private images. However, the dates they were captured does not transfer over to SecretPhotoAlbum upon sending. I’d like to still be able to see the dates the images were captured please. And to the other customer’s point, please create a login feature just in case I needed to access my images from a different device. It’s very possible and easy to do and just good fair business. Com’on guys...

I never write reviews but I’m writing this in hopes of getting answers to my problem. I loved SecretPhotoAlbum worked great. I had lots of photos on there and videos that meant a lot to me but then I broke my phone. Completely fine because I got a new phone but when I got my new phone it said I had to pay for premium so I couldn’t access my pictures. Which is very upsetting to me. So then I was going to buy the premium and the cancel it just for my photos but then it updated and let me and my photos are gone! I want those back. So someone better tell me how tf to fix that!

This is a great app I love just being able to have this without the iCloud storage, my only problem is that if you have a locked album you can open the album but then you have to lock it again every single time you want to look in it. I don’t know if it’s a glitch or intentional but I just find it a little irritating

SecretPhotoAlbum is good for hiding pictures you dont want anyone to find, the only thing that would make SecretPhotoAlbum better is if thehidden pictures didn’t have premium cause you can only hold 100 files and u have to buy premium other than that SecretPhotoAlbum is really good 👍

Had SecretPhotoAlbum for over a year now.. I love how you can make folders to organize everything and had no problems. But recently if I want to export more than 5 pictures at a time back to my camera roll it will not export all of them. For example, if I choose 30 pictures, only 14 will end up appearing on my camera roll, which makes moving the pics to my computer more tedious. Please fix this! SecretPhotoAlbum is not bad overall!!

I have lots of friends who sneak into my phone without asking permission and look into my private photos... I didn’t like that. But now I’m not scared because I have SecretPhotoAlbum. It’s very good and does everything correctly. I’d be very confused if anyone would write SecretPhotoAlbum less than 5 stars.

Worried about getting my data back in the case of me losing SecretPhotoAlbum somehow... but that’s a problem for future me.
Good app overall, just need to fix the issue of when you open SecretPhotoAlbum , and SecretPhotoAlbum immediately closes. Can’t access your photos with this annoying bug. Doesn’t happen every time I want to access SecretPhotoAlbum , but usually 6/10 times it happens.

Upon the first time opening, making a PIN number, a message appears stating free for three days then 9.99 a week...what in world is this nonsense??
I’m not hiding pornographic pictures/videos from my family members or any of that nonsense.
Here’s the most free way to do it.
Make a free email account on one of the many, many servers then send them to that account. One does not have to keep those addresses on your device.
I’m looking for an app to store emails to/from clients or client’s information projects with an easy way to pull up said info while other individuals are in close proximity. Without them accidentally overseeing other clients and/or their private projects, but for 9.99 a week?? You and your company are straight up out of your mind!
I’m deleting SecretPhotoAlbum, and then contacting Apple just to make sure there is no recurring charges by SecretPhotoAlbum/organization.

SecretPhotoAlbum is a complete scam. After downloading SecretPhotoAlbum I realized that you need to pay for a subscription to use it but saw an option for a free trial. I clicked a “continue” button and then it took me to a payment page. I tried clicking my home button to leave SecretPhotoAlbum but it registered my Touch ID and paid for a subscription that I didn’t want. If you refund me the money and cancel the subscription I will delete this review but SecretPhotoAlbum literally scammed me into paying for something that I didn’t want.

I love SecretPhotoAlbum but i completely delete one of my videos completely by accidentally deleted it i tried to recover it from trash and it wasn’t there. So then i went to see if premium would help and that is the only way i could recover it. We shouldn’t have to pay for our stuff that we stored on your. Then if i just want that one video i would have to pay for what i made and delete by accidentally.

App does what you expect and has some ads. Totally fine app most of the time. Recently getting a glitch i see someone else experiencing as well. When i open SecretPhotoAlbum and input password i get a white screen that says loading with a pinwheel that never goes away. If that get’s fixed SecretPhotoAlbum would get the extra star.

SecretPhotoAlbum doesn’t allow you to use any features. The first screen that flashes once you install SecretPhotoAlbum is payment and purchase screen. SecretPhotoAlbum misleads the user to believe it is a free app with limited features makes you download and then FORCES you with buying it.
They should advertise as a paid app. This is nothing but FRAUD where SecretPhotoAlbum advertises as a free app makes people download it later to be found that only in app purchases can be made using that free app.

Apple please take a note of this kind of FAKE advertising.

I’ve had SecretPhotoAlbum for a couple years with no problems. All the sudden I can’t get into it using my passcode. I’ve emailed them for “support” and never heard back. Now I can’t retrieve the photos on there and I’m slightly upset about it 😑 I see in other reviews there’s a charge for using SecretPhotoAlbum now. You should let users retrieve photos before charging them. Now I’ve just lost my photos!!

Everything seems extremely good, but sometimes it's behaving weird which I observed recently. Sometimes, when I open SecretPhotoAlbum, it's suddenly and forcefully switching to Music app. And hence was unable to open SecretPhotoAlbum. Even if I try switching back to SecretPhotoAlbum, again it's switching to Music app.
