Contact CozZo Fridge Pantry Inventory Support

I have been trying to use Cozzo to manage my herbs and spices on an iOS device. First, there is NO library of herbs or spices, you have to type each one in; not a deal-breaker. Second, the available documentation is really really poor. This is made worse by the non-intuitive interface. I have used a lot of applications over the past 30 years and I think Cozzo’s interface is very non-intuitive. Bombined, these two issues are tough for a user to overcome. Third, there are many instances where Cozzo just freezes up — heck, it may me waiting for some input, it is not possible to tell; this is a real deal-breaker. By way of example, I tried to attach an image to a spice entry. I decided, in the middle, to stop but could not. There was NO WAY to back out of this operation. Again, there may be a way, it just was not at all obvious. I hope these folks continue on and fix these types of problems. I would have preferred they do a lit of this BEFORE they released the product, but . . .

I spent a long time deciding in which pantry inventory app to download. I chose CozZo because of the ability to take a picture of the receipt and translate that into your pantry inventory. I did not pay attention ti the fact you are only allowed to use this feature 3 times. Not 3 per month or week but 3 times total ever. Needless to say, I feel jipped for buying the year long subscription.

I had high hopes for this app and paid for the household subscription which allows you to have more than one “space” and link with other household members. After taking the time to add items to several different spaces, all of the items I took the time to enter were lost except for the ones in my original space. I believe this may have coincided with an update/subscription change on the backend. Support wasn’t very helpful. I will not be renewing and am looking for alternatives.
