I am new to the company but I feel all of the "It Works" apps are great. Just something to think on…What about making the "It Works" apps compatible for streaming devices as well. I know this would be technically difficult but it would be wonderful not to have to get on your phone or computer when you have just gotten off work. I was able to Airplay the training videos from my iPhone to my Firestick via my Samsung TV. It was so much better watching these videos on your TV rather than your other devices because bigger is better. However, Airplay can be a bit of a pain. After watching the training product videos I wanted to get on my iphone app to place an order but then the video with the products stop for you can not Airplay nor use an app at the same time. So awesome having all my ItWorks & Fit tools under one app :) Thank you. As with our journeys - we are a work in progress & each day changing ourselves for the better. ItWorksConnect will continue to do the same by growing & developing its greatness over time. Thank you for taking our suggestions into consideration & working so diligently to create a unique resource for us fitsters.

I am having a hard time getting ItWorksConnect to open up right now since the latest update! Every time I try to open it ItWorksConnect just loads and loads. Please send help! Thanks It Works team! 🙌

I’m new to and was recruited by a distributor to try out the Thermofight X product...every time I try to access the What the Fit stuff on ItWorksConnect , I can’t. Even if I follow a link..my app will not load a single thing. The only this I see on the home screen is one add from 2 years ago and that’s it...tried un-downloading it and redoing but nothing seems to work..disappointed honestly because I have no way to access the recipes and workouts.

Just curious if anyone else is having problems with sound issues? I’ve installed and uninstalled ItWorksConnect a few times and still no sound. This is the only app I have that I can’t hear what anyone is saying

I love ItWorksConnect and everything it has done to help me grow my business. I just wish that I would get something other than 5 on my daily spin to win. It’s going to take a lot more than that for me to win anything in a months time. Please fix this!

It shows my picture and all the labels but not my BV, etc. Also the wheel is annoying. I understand that it’s going to be more probable to get the lower point values (how most apps do it), but I think it should be coming up less often. Or just give us 5 points for logging in daily...no point in spinning

I have repeatedly tried to open ItWorksConnect and all it does is keep trying to load all I see is a green screen . I have an iPhone 11 so it’s not ph .. y’all need to fix the bugs . I can’t used it .. I’ve tried toUninstall ItWorksConnect and re-download it .. it does no good I tried to call support I get told y’all aren’t open . Disappointing!

I have been a distributor for a few months now and have loved ItWorksConnect where I could see what my PBV was enrolling customers and distributors. After this new update, i cannot see anything. It’s advertised on the news feed, but it doesn’t have a button or anything to check out the rest of ItWorksConnect .

I always get 5 and I share the links but I don’t get any coins at all the spin wheel is not on ItWorksConnect anymore I can’t find it

App isn’t working for me at all! Keeps saying my login has failed and “failed to access contacts” it’ll show the check mark across the screen to show my login information was correct but won’t log me in. It’ll start sending me notifications but I’ll be stuck on a green screen.

ItWorksConnect isn’t easy to understand... not sure where to find work out because everything you click on is a picture. The spin to win lands on 5 every day for 3 months except for one time I got 50. It will take me 9 years to ever be able to use my spin to win. *Update forced me to update ItWorksConnect and now wheel is gone. Probably will delete ItWorksConnect now

I really Our Connect App. But I will. Would love to know when will all the products be added to the shopping list.

Everything is all in one place and it is fabulous. Dashboard, events, announcements, Steps to Success... you nailed it! This is a business tool that will absolutely help us take it to a 'Hole Nutha Level!

I love the connect app but the past couple days it wont let anyone make a shopping list. Please fix this!

I love ItWorksConnect, just wish I was able to watch the training videos. It closes my app as soon a I click on it. Everything else is amazing.

I get a notification of a new lead but It doesn’t show the lead

My app looks nothing like it should. I do not have any of the what the fit information.. I am A DT and only get half of ItWorksConnect tools I should have. Waiting for support to contact me in this matter. Other than that. Love the idea of ItWorksConnect ..

I miss not being able to just click ItWorksConnect and research the products. Some of the added features are nice but the old app was a quick, convenient resource for the products.

I kept getting an error to do an update on my app, but there was no option for it when I’d get redirected to ItWorksConnect store. I finally just deleted ItWorksConnect and downloaded it again, as suggested by people on my It Works team page. Well, now the option to spin the wheel to earn coins is gone! Why?! How can I fix this issue? Help!

I had to log in with Facebook to get everything to show up in ItWorksConnect .
