Perfect

I downloaded this app not even 6 minutes ago and i can already tell that this is exactly what iv been searching for! From the information about the diet itself and the background to the amazing looking recipes and pictures, i would say the app is perfect. It’s simple and easy to navigate, and it’s just visually pleasing to look at with the black background emphasizing the bright colors of the yummy looking food!

Learning so much

I started this diet with my partner and she read everything so I followed the lead lol. But I received an email through my work about a little competition we’re gonna have throughout our company for steps and I became a little more interested. Found this app and I am learning so much by just reading and amazed on what we thought was good for us can at times be bad for us. Mind blown. Thank you for this app

Just getting started

I was on Jenny Craig for the last three months with no results. It used to work for me, but my body is changing due to age, and I’m a truck driver, so 60 percent carbs are just impractical for me. So I started two weeks ago a low carb diet, and I’ve lost 11 lbs. My friend is doing Keto, and I thought this is worth a try. Wish me luck!
