The app asks me to join the monthly subscription and I cannot cancel that through the app. Hope this can be resolved.

Provide instruction
I have no idea what slider does what. I could speed the voice up or slow it down and deep. Started to feel like an LSD trip. Listening to TV was weird too. My experience didn’t make me want to commit to the one year cost. Had there been instruction to dial in a good sound, I would have seriously considered it. I am going deaf.
