I really wanted this wholesale company to be great because it seems like they have great products but it’s been nothing but a headache since I placed an order. I’m SO happy I only placed a sample order to test out the material before having any customers order anything. First, I had no choice but to pay express shipping. - I paid more for shipping then I did for the clothes themselves. Second, my order sat in processing for 11+ days. I say 11+ because today is the 11th day. After emailing because my “agent” was useless, I was given a tracking number for an order that had already been shipped! It was the wrong tracking number for my order AND on top of that it had the delivery date for 5/20. It is only April! After pointing this out through email, my agent then told me she would reach out to logistics to further update me with the correct tracking number. Instead, she told me tracking isn’t currently available due to an update in their system. ???? So I paid $16 for express shipping for an order I cannot get tracking information for AND that has been in processing for 11 days. Not to mention the additional 5-9 business days once it is shipped. I’ve asked about a shipping refund or a refund in general and they just ignore the request. This company seems like a scam and it’s ashame. Idk how the other reviews have had such great luck but that definitely had not been the case for me at all.

I have an onlineBoutique and it’s hard to find a place to buy in bulk with quality items for a good price! I love FashionTIY! Everything I get is above average in quality! Sells fast in my online store and I have ordered from them several times!

This company is terrible when it comes to processing and shipping. It has a very bad men’s clothing selection, but overall a better variety of XS clothing and products for women. Its just an issue when trying to receive items especially when i paid the extra money for expedited shipping

I purchased 8 pieces and received 5 so far. All 5 I received is all replicas of what is advertised and very poorly manufactured. This company is false advertising clothing. They take pictures of quality clothes and remake them as that is what they are selling, when is is so obvious it’s not. The romper I purchased is a different print from what is shown and the sizes are completely off. They claim that it is the same print when it clearly is not. The romper I ordered is strictly just light florals, what I got was polka dots and checker print. The shorts are way too big and makes you look like a clown. Like they don’t know a women’s body. The pants I got is suppose to be adult sizes but no way. The XL fits my 10 year old and the fabric is not what is advertised. The jumpsuit same thing fabric is wrong and the side detail is not sewed properly therefore hangs and you can’t see the detail. The strings that make the detail are not sewed properly it is defective. They all look the same size. I take a xl and I can fit a small in both the jumpsuit and romper. The hat I purchased is a weave round hat with a cut out on the top of the head. The weave is poorly done and the weave at the top of the hat does not blend in it sticks out on the top. You can only communicate with them via chat and it’s suppose to be live but they take a hours to a day to respond. They don’t even deserve one star.

I must say I was very hesitant to order such a big wholesale order through this company but the reviews seemed to be in their favor. This was my start up order for my boutique which was the first clothing I ever dropped, and it was a disaster. I paid priority to have my items shipped to me as fast as possible, it took over three weeks to even have them leave the warehouse, once they did I realized they split the order in half and only half the items were actually shipped, when I received the first box I realized that the online invoice for that box was all wrong and they sent only a certain quantity of some of the items and left out over four different items that I initially ordered. I had been messaging back and forth with the company through FashionTIY since the first box shipped, I kept being told the other one was going to be shipped day after day for one week. Finally they told me the other items I was waiting on are no longer in production.. when I asked for a refund I was told I could have a coupon and exchange my items for something else, I didn’t agree to that and now have been waiting again for their financial team to reach out to me regarding the large amount of money I spent with them to only receive under half of what I paid for.

This company is a huge risk for business owner you end up paying so much for shipping and it takes forever for things to ship the company keeps blaming everything on COVID-19 but all other vendors have updated shipping I can’t order something and get it within a week and a half but with this vendor the prices are good but the shipping is out rages the customer service is horrible and if anything is wrong with your order it takes forever for them to even reply back or act like they’re going to fix it this company needs major updates and needs to look at their competition before they run their selves in the ground I wouldn’t recommend that anybody purchased anything from here that you need rather sooner than later or if you need it later than sooner either way it’s not gonna be on time and the price is not worth it I have that multiple orders with them when I first ordered it was good but now this will be my last order with this company because it cost me too much money and I never get anything on time. If anything is wrong with your order you might as well take it as a loss because they’re not gonna fix it they’re gonna argue with you back-and-forth and provide unnecessary evidence that doesn’t even go with whatever is wrong with your order

I ordered 6 pairs of shoes during the whole covid-19 thing and got my order within 3 weeks, less time than AliExpress. I recently started a business and I’m looking for inventory so I ordered half in my size and half in my friends size. The size 7s were true to size but the 9s were the same size as the 7s just a little wider, I put my foot in the 9s and the only difference was the gap from the top roof of the sandal to bottom of my foot. Then one pair of heels the insole wasn’t sealed all the way down so it’s rising on the outer seems. But every single pair looked like the picture just so that’s why I gave 4 stars!!

I have purchased so many items from them, I waited for almost 3 weeks to be shipped and when they did they split the order in two different deliveries. When I received the first order. I was shocked with the cheap quality and Material plus they were different then what was advertised in the pictures, also the sizes was all small not even one exact, the funny think when I contacted them they said that I still can find people that will fit them can you believe it so I asked to return them and get my refund and then what I was told was the most chocking moment is they won’t accept it and won’t give me my refund but instead they can offer me $10 coupon for My next purchase!!!! Who can buy buy from them after such experience. So anyone who’s thinking of buying from them be careful bc now I am sure those reviews are just paid ones they aren’t from real buyers.

I’ve tried a lot of wholesaling apps and websites and this is by far the worst one. They overcharge on shipping (A LOT), orders take very long to be shipped, and they won’t cancel orders after they are placed (for any reason). The biggest problem I’ve had is them running out of items and not even letting me know. I only find out once the package gets to me and multiple things are missing. I’ve been going back and forth with customer service about this for weeks they haven’t refunded me for the items that I was never sent because they were out of stock. Customer service is not helpful at all. I accidentally ordered the same order twice and right after I realized, I requested for one to be cancelled and they absolutely refused so I was sent the same order twice. Ridiculous. I will not be buying off of here again and definitely do not recommend to anyone!

I had two orders, submitted one day apart, and they decided to ship them together. The first order was 3 rings, the second order was a set of hats and a set of earrings. It took over 6 weeks to get here. They sent the rings, sent the WRONG earrings, and DID NOT send the hats. I asked for a refund on the earrings and hats since now close to 7 weeks later I still haven’t received what I paid for. They blamed “the warehouse” and refused to refund me. They said “the warehouse” will fix it. Contacting them is terrible enough the way the chat is set up- half the time it hasn’t worked for me. Aside from shipping the wrong products and not shipping the hats, the rings I ordered are not as advertised. They were advertised as sterling silver and anyone who has sterling silver jewelry (as I do) can tell they are some kind of cheaper metal. It feels like tin almost- so light weight and IT BENDS. Overall horrible experience. Will not be using FashionTIY again.

I’ve been searching days for somewhere to get my clothing for my boutique and I came across this app. I’m very satisfied! The shipping may seem expensive but thats only because of their location, once you see the cost of the clothing it’ll be worth it. I didn’t pay express shipping so I thought shipping would take a long time, and it did not take that long! I ordered numerous items and I’m pleased with everything I ordered! It seems like they have everything. this app please don’t go anywhere!

FashionTIY is easy to use. I just placed my first order with the last of my money. today. All these reviews have me so nervous. I am going to remain hopeful that the product have good quality, i get all my items, and they arrive in a decent time frame. Ill post a real review when my items come 🙂

The people leaving low star reviews don't know how to use FashionTIY . Plain and simple. Once you've done some research you can learn a thing or two about how to order in terms of sizing quality. I've copped quite a few things and they've all been quality. this app customer service was fast. Just use Live Chat, they easy to work. My one and only warning is that not everything is going to arrive super quickly. But you do have different shipping options so normally if you need it faster, you can pay for that options. Oh and one more thing, this review is very real.

I order a few things in February I requested my money back many times but I never got it but after about 70+ days Some stuff came in. It is now July I order other things in March and I had to return my customer there money back so at this point I want my money back. The shipping is a JOKE.. you can not drop ship with this shipping. My customer order something for the 4th of July and guess what she still don’t have it. It was ordered in March!!! The beginning of March right around there international holiday. I keep emailing them I keep getting a generic response. I already lost my money. All I want is my money BACK!!Dont be fooled about prices too because after shipping you are paying double if not triple for the cloths. and then you don’t get everything at all !!! DONT SHOP HERE!!!

I had 2 orders each one one day apart.
I received the 2nd order before the 1st & the clothes are not as described. The clothes are made so cheap & they do not look anything like the pics or match the measurements of the size chart . The stitching is loose & it’s holes in the collar . I am so dissatisfied , angry & DO NOT WANT ANY OF THEIR MERCHANDISE. I offered to return the merchandise for a refund & was told NO. Once I got my 2nd order I quickly tried to cancel the 1st order that still wasn’t shipped & they tried a slick on me , the next day they shipped the order. & changed the shipping status to picked up . What they didnt know is my bank was contacted before I contacted them . I REPEAT this is not a business that does good business . Do NOT SHOP HERE . Unless you wanna lose & Waste your hard earn money .

Please do not waste your time and/or money buying from them. Out of 30 items, only four were decent. The graphic outfits were very unacceptable, like it was costume material that you are buying for Halloween. The material for the jeans were not real denim. The rest of the clothing was unacceptable. Only four dresses were okay. I emailed them about changing my address for shipping and they emailed back with the quickness. But when I emailed them about my refund I have not received a response. And I’m sure they can respond to this review but not about giving me my money back and I’ve emailed them twice. As a business owner yourself, I do not understand how you thought the clothing you shipped to me was acceptable. Run me my money tf.

Received a loungewear set with a waist so small it would not fit a child. The only thing they offered was a $5 coupon towards my next purchase. Then they upped it to a $10 coupon. I just asked for a refund for the badly constructed garments.

The pictures of the models are deceiving. It is not what they send you when you order. It’s a replica in a different fabric. Scroll to the right and you will see some of the picture of the actual garment but not all products have the actual pictures.

I just spent $90 on garments I am not happy with and I cannot sell. They will not give you a refund unless the garment is damaged but if it’s not sellable cause of bad construction you’re stuck with it. Bad business practice, I will not order from them again.

This company is hit and miss. Some clothes are great and some not so much. I did 2 orders to give this company a chance and I am out! They don’t let you review each item. And labels are blurred out! Probably because they are misspelled!! Yep! And they will not do returns, so just know that out of the gate. You can customize your labels which is nice. But if the clothes are crap, it kind of defeats the purpose. Shipping is at least 3-4 weeks so just know that when you order. Doesn’t really matter what you pick and you must pay for it each time. And it’s expensive!!!! There are so many other wholesale companies that are better. Go find them and save your sanity and money!

I have placed SEVERAL orders over the past year and all of them have had shortages where items online were not in stock. I was patient with them with long shipping times, as well as the shortages! I have placed 4 orders since May and every order was short SEVERAL items!! I have been in contact with customer service for over a month and still have yet to receive a refund! Only a voucher for $35 which does not even begin to cover the losses! This is a scam and they are taking peoples hard earned money!! I have to file a dispute with my bank to get the money back for the items I was charged for that never sent!! I will never shop here again and I will let others know not to patronize this business!!

Over the years I have listened to many B2B wholesale market complaints from other retailers, which is typically when people most tend to comment. What I have noticed is that people also associate their comments with the wholesale market that sold a product to them rather than the manufacturer of a product. I have experienced this same phenomena as a seller on a well known wholesale app. So I have learned to wholesale the product and not FashionTIY . FashionTIY is simply the venue where I purchase my product. Therefore, this app has been for many years one of my go to APP. At this point in my life I do 90% of my wholesale online. Who would have ever thought that wholesale at your mobile phone was easier than going to the wholesale market? this app 's app could be a bit better when searching for something specific, but I do get enough hits so that I could further refine my search. this app       

I've first purchased from this app in '18, my orders at that point were infrequent and sporadic through the next 1 years, when my kids were very young and my clothing store has just opened. However, I became a this app member in 2019, and at that point, I started ordering all the time, multiple packages a week, because my business is getting better. I don't know if there's anywhere that numbers are complied, but I can safely say that I ordered over 100 items through same day delivery one order. I have been so impressed with this app and their ability to keep up with this. I had orders put in by noon, that arrived after 15 days, even though it says it will arrive by 20 days. With the thousands of orders they get every day, the reliability and efficiency is unbelievable. No system is perfect, but with the large amount of things I've ordered, they could help me pack and ship all t    ‍  ‌

this app has been a place which I started wholesale fashion clothing from 2 years ago. Since 2018, I've been purchasing women & men fashion clothing from them. Today, I recieved my packages which I ordered 2 week, but the skirts I ordered is the wrong color. This is the first time ever that I had an issue with anything I got from this app directly. I was a bit anxious about what might transpire now that I've received this item and it needs to be replaced. So, I started with their LIVE CHAT pages for returns or credit, and an online email to them resulted in a reply within an hour stating that new skirts would be sent right away. Since this is my first time ever having to deal with this app because of the wrong product, I have to say, its very impressive to see them respond so quickly and so positively without hassle or long protracted letter writing and send emails. I discovered this app one year ago and it definitely becomes My go-to favorite place to browse and wholesale for all types of things. I love being able to wholesale in the comfort of being in My home and this app has just about everything to offer and in some cases, this app is cheaper. If your going to be wholesale on this app I highly recommend to become a Member. Cash coupons monthly, promotions, and more. Being a Member has so many advantages. I will say theirs been times that I've had issues with not receiving My order, or things that's been damaged and some issues as well. But this app really has amazing Customer Service and for the majority of the issues they have refunded Me or fixed the problems. I really like that they have Great Customer Service. Not a single online vendor gets it 100% right all the time, but this app comes about as close as anyone can get statistically to getting it right! At the end of the day, I almost always revert to buying things on this app rather than go to a wholesale market only to find the almost never have the exact item I want anyway. I can do my comparitive wholesale, search reviews, and with little exception.   ‌‌   

I am from the Caribbean so it is not very often that I get the opportunity to wholesale at the local wholesale market. What I like about wholesale at this app is the fact that you can wholesale the latest fashion clothing at 30%-70% cheaper, this is what I usually do. Also supports customized services. This is great service because not many clothing wholesalers provide this service. Another service that I love is the very friendly customer service. I am from the Caribbean so I love great customer service and a family like atmosphere, this is what I notice about the employees at this app. They are very friendly and helpful and they give great customer service. They are family-like and they treat the customers the same. and someone is always available and willing to assist me whenever I ask for assistance. His name is Jean, I made sure he spelled it for me so I could write and let you know what kind of employee he is. I placed a $1000 order on this app and everything was perfect. When I checked the status of my order on the fourth day, I suddenly found that I had filled in the wrong delivery address. My Godness, I made such a serious mistake, and I was in a panic. When I contacted customer service that my order has been sent from China. Later, when my package arrived in the United States, the customer service helped me contact the local DHL logistics company and sent it back to where I am now. really thankful! Today I am reminded that there shall always be those who do what's right.     ‌

I've had many customer service nightmares where they just keep feeding you the same garbage. Well I want to label my clothing brand, but I don’t know how to do it. the customer service asked me send my logo, and they could help me customize the tag. them also showed me the tag after production, I was really surprised. I chatted with customer service, she gave me a cash coupon for future use to buy a different item and expedited the production. wow what a wonderful experience. I wish this app had a more in depth customer service feedback where you can write something about your experience rather than just a rating from terrible to great. This customer service needs to be acknowledged because we need more people like them who care about the customers and want to do a good job. ‌      

Started a private labeling company selling on this app. Found our first product here. It didn't take long to find other similar products. We got good quality products form supplier, that this app did an excellent job of handling the transaction for us. When it came time to make our bulk purchase, The this app was extremely professional, got our product to us much fast than we expected, and once again this app did an excellent job of handling the transact. All and all, I would say that this app made it very easy for us to find good quality products, that were very professional and expedient, while giving a first time buyer the confidence to buy through them because of their 30 days free after-sales service. We're going to be looking for our next product soon.​     

this app is a wholesale app for the masses. It allows for people to wholesale just about any clothing and every shoe. I have used FashionTIY to wholesale numerous items and have yet to be disappointed. FashionTIY itself is simple enough for the most unintelligent wholesalers to navigate it. While offering a broad range of offerings to the retail store. this app in my eyes outshines any other app that rivals it because of it's ability to help retailers sell their stuff in stores. The checkout process is quick and painless and the shipping process is above average for an app of it's support one order mixed batch and one-stop transportation. The one thing I like the most is the ability free cash discount to save money. I give this app 4 stars for being one of the leading app for the wholesalers in all of us.‌       

To the best of my experience with this app app, I am very proud to state that they supersede over all other app wholesale competitors. One of my impressive examples is as follow:
I purchased 10 small minifridges from them for my retail store. According to FedEx, it was dropped in front of the building and I never got it. I contact customer service via live chat and they sent it a 2nd time via FedEx again right away. Fedex did the same thing and I did not get it once more. this app resent it a 3rd time with very few questions asked. I finally received the product and very popular and hot sell in my shop.
FedEx is still investigating about the missing shipments.
Kudos to this app that should be an exemplary wholesale app.       ​

I've been a this app customer for over 1 yrs now.
In all seriousness, their customer service team is hands down the best of any wholesale platform I've dealt with in my life. I'm a this app member who gets frequent deliveries, when I want to know more detailed information about the product, all I have to do is send this app support a chat message and I get a reply very fast.
They go out of their way and bend over backwards just to ensure that I have the best experience possible. Of course, let's be honest, their primary motivation is to keep me coming back as a customer. But their customer support staff is so incredibly compassionate that I truly believe they care about me as a human being, not just a profit opportunity.       

For those who have bad experiences, if you communicate via email or live chat and track everything, you should almost always have a positive outcome. I recently moved, and before I moved I ordered 100 pair women pants which was estimated to be delivered after I was to be moved in to my new location. However, the item was delivered several days before I signed the lease for my new location. Armed with the tracking info which showed the date of delivery of the item, the info provided by this app of the estimated delivery time frame, and my lease documents which showed the date I took possession of my new location, i was able to successfully I contacted the courier again to deliver my current place.  ​ ‌  ‌

What is not to love about FashionTIY ?!? They have made my business life better...I am a VIP member and use it for prime two-years shipping often. They can mix all my orders and pack them together, which also saves me a lot of transportation costs. I wholesale fashion clothing, earrings and other jewelry delivery from here as well and think it is all awesome. I also own a projector for myself and i can watch movies in bed every night. I love it! In the past I have had a few issues where items did not arrive or arrived messed up during COVID-19- customer service has always been great and they are happy to replace or send a new item no questions asked, often going above and beyond and being very pleasant.

I’ve been using them for let me guess lol I think like 3 year now never had a problem with them I enjoy the free discount coupon it’s amazing, & the fact that they actually take a picture and post it to your account showing that they left it by the door is straight peace of mind... so then you just know your neighbor stole it lol but your are for sure they delivered it. I’ve only had one wrong order and the wholesalers immediately fixed it gotta appreciate great, fast & now somewhat more secure delivery 🚚 my hu**and also like them because this means our business is getting better it’s a bit obsessive you can find any and everything from pastry tray to cute boots🥰 ​​‌   ‌
