The C-IV Consortium provides Health & Human Services for residents in 39 counties of California. The this app® mobile application allows users to access their accounts on the this app® self-service web portal to check their benefits, manage their accounts, upload documents, get worker messages and receive notifications. The this app® mobile application allows users to: Perform basic account management functions such as create a new this app® account, login to an existing account and reset their password. Access their CalFresh, CalWORKs (California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids) and MediCAL benefits information such as application status, program status, monthly allotments and EBT balances. Scan and upload documents using the phone camera to support processing of their application. Receive notifications of upcoming appointments or missing documentation. Read messages securely from case workers regarding their case. Register or deregister their user account with a case. Manage Profile information including email address for logging in. Sign up for Text and Email Notifications. Get contact numbers for all the C-IV counties. View documents sent by case workers. Find an office near you. Get answers to questions about how to use the this app Mobile app

Everything is there at your fingertips related to your case. Nice app. Just wish it would include a section where we can view upcoming appts.

Okay
The app is actually convenient to check your balance, better than calling every time to do so. The only thing is when checking past transactions for CalFresh, it does not let me scroll down. Also it’s supposed to display the last 20 transactions for CalWorks but it doesn’t. All and all it’s a good app otherwise.

Not working for my iPhone XS
I jus recently upgraded my iPhone 7 to the new xs and now the app just loads and nothing else it worked fine for my other device just not this one please help fix this app is very convenient and useful lets you know what has been sent in the mail thru the app very helpful
