Hello. I bought a subscription for the raid VIP pass, so I tried it out and ended up not liking it due to long wait times even when communicated through the app that, that wouldn’t be the case. I also, read the terms and conditions which told me that I would get reimbursed for all the days following the cancelation, but that hasn’t happened yet. Please get back to me ASAP with a reply on how to get this fixed and sorted out for a refund. Thank you, Jerardo Santibanez.

I keep restrictions even though it’s not my fault. Now I’m restricted for 24 hours and the host missed me , I want to be able to raid and if missed get back in the quere . I also see that host are composing because there getting suspended

I just did two raids for that latias Pokémon and never missed a ball throw and still couldn’t catch him. It’s so rigged. Maybe fix your raid issues with that Pokémon. I’m so pissed. Rating your app a star for dissatisfaction

I have been trying to reach someone regarded my poke genie and can't get any response. I already sent emails regarding the app not working properly I tried joining like 10 remove raids I join it says remote raid is sent but then when I would go to my Pokémon go app the raid doesn't show up and I just wait. So then I would send report saying I wasn't successful able to join raid and in doing so you guys have sent me a message saying I'm not able to join poke genie for remote raids now until September 2nd this isn't fair and I will like for you guys to fix this and allow me to do raids right now because I am trying to do the yvaltal and xerneas raids before they finish.

I’m trying to purchase a Poke Genie subscription. The app doesn’t allow me to purchase any subscription. It only says restore purchase. When I click restore purchase, nothing happens. I’ve never had a subscription before, but I would like that to change. Do you want my money?

I am a visually impaired player and was unable to complete the requirements to join a raid in a timely fashion. I am using the Pokie Genie app. I am trying to join raids and my account has been suspended twice because I wasn’t fast enough in following the process. I am new to the app. So my delays were not done on purpose. Can you take me off the suspension? The app is not accessible for the blind but I would like to try again. Purchased pro version to use ivision. Ivision is not working not sendi notifications as it showed in the video demonstration. To try and transfer my info from android to my new phone, an iPhone, purchased the pro on that as well to back up data to transfer. That did not work and now I am unable to participate in raids that I have been able to prior on my android. 100% not satisfied with purchase asking for fix or money back for both purchases. Have already submitted ticket and not received a reasoned prior to submitting this one, customer service is severely lacking here.

I paid for pro and keep getting suspended from hosting successful raids! I will host a raid, invite those who sign up, start the raid with them and finally in the middle of a raid, Ill get a mesg saying "timed out of hosting raid" despite being in the middle of said raid. Then i log in to host another and Im suspended! Im about done with the infamous pokie genie...pls help!

I lost a remote raid pass because half of the users bailed as soon as the raid started. I then got a notification that I had 90 seconds to exit, but the raid itself is 300 seconds. And since it's a 5* raid, I want to focus on the battle itself, not be sidetracked by limited notifications. By the time I read the notification, I was given a message that the raid had ended. How is this fair to the users doing the right things and playing the game, and not bailing on teammates and screwing them over? Those of us who end up in this predicament should not be forced to lose our raid passes because we ended up with selfish, lousy teammates

I logged in to PokeGenie on my Note 8 on one account and everything worked fine. I decided to switch pokemon game accounts between my two phones so I logged out of PokeGenie and logged back in with the corresponding game account and since then I get a "Scan failed. Please make sure you are in the Pokemon details page..." message every time I try to go in to host a raid. I've rebooted my phone, uninstalled PokeGenie and redownloaded it, cleared the cache and nothing has worked. The other (cheap android that runs off my hotspot) handled the switch between accounts just fine.

Stupid recent updates

Everything was good before but recent updates about remote raid they started to record if you left raid directly. So everytime a stupid host didn’t show up I have to wait 180 seconds!! Normally you can tell if the host gonna show up if you check the host actually added you as a friend. If there is 60 seconds left and no friend added probably the host not gonna show up. So just let me left the raid and join the next one to saving my lucky eggs time! Also. If you host the raid and someone sent you the request but forget to return back to the app. It’s still gonna show ‘ joined but not ready’. In that status you can’t start the raid to let them know okay u forgot to click that stupid button but you added me now we are good to go. Instead you have to wait for 2 mins so the system will kick that stupid guy out and waiting for a new player to join. 30 mins lucky egg I could spent 15 mins on these stupid stuff! Why the host can not just force the raid to start!!

Great App: When it works

This is a fantastic app to get raid lobbies together but as I’ve seen from other reviews, the glaring problem is other players. 90% of the time you either won’t get invited to the raid you spent hours waiting for, the others wont join so you won’t have enough people to actually complete it or sometimes the pokemon won’t even be the one you queued for which all of this results in losing time and sometimes a remote raid pass which can be hard to get in the first place. I had emailed support once about the problem after waiting a literal entire day to join a raid and then not even being invited to which I was told he can’t do anything and bans do happen if you keep saying you didn’t get invited, and while I do feel bad as I learned that the app is managed by 1 person I feel there should at least be an option to report specific players such as the ones who screw over the rest of the group. Don’t let this or any other reviews like this steer you away from this app though. As said, when it DOES work it’s a very good app. Especially for keeping track of IVs and moves. And I got most of my rare pokemon off of it. Just wish the community could be worked upon.

Decent App (Warning - Raid Pass Thievery)

This application allows for a more in-depth look at the information your would encounter, but not normally be able to visualize within the Pokémon Go game. Once you use this app, you are able to min-max your pokémon stats for best pvp and raid battle experiences. However, what the app never tells you about joining raids is how inconsistent other players are when joining and battling together in raids. Sometimes, people will not join the multi-hour long queue lobby because they fall asleep or get busy with other things. Other times, your lobby fills up with barely enough players to complete a raid, but some get cold feet and lose faith in the other players’ ability to complete the raid, resulting in a loss of raid passes. The game also sometimes allows hosting of raids after the allowed time for that pokémon’s availability, resulting in a solo raid. The matchmaking is unreliable, and if you stick with mostly all other features besides the raids, you should not have a poor experience while using this application. (This perspective is from a free-to-play standpoint, never putting a cent into either application.)
