Atto - Time Clock & Timesheets Reviews

The product is good, but they must improve it and fix some faults. They must have a search to find the Job and not have to search for it manually. It has a flaw when you give it clock out, many times it does not and continues running the time and the employees do not realize until the other day that they are going to clock in.

I appreciate the simplicity yet advance feature of this app. Knowing where my team members are and what they are working on allows us to communicate with our devices and takes the human (time) out of the loop. I could see many features making Atto even better. The notes section needs to have spell check! And also adding pics to notes or files would be helpful.

I would keep looking around time clock apps. There have some where if the employee leaves it clicks them out. If your employee wanted to cheat hours they can just go to the job and clock in and leave. Also they want to charge you 5$ a month plus 5$ for each employee a month. I been tracking hours by paper before and it’s just as easy for me. So $25 a month isn’t worth it. Maybe $5 a month but not $25 when there are other apps with more options for less cost this one is $300 a year. I had to find the prices in support and help.

Love Atto! Loads employees location real time, reports time sheets, reminds employeyto clock in and out, always has staff ready to assist. Atto really does offer everything you need and more as far as time tracking goes and it’s extremely affordable. This is an app I highly recommend to all of my friends and family who are running a business. Also Ms Beck is on it and always is there to help!

I downloaded Atto on my iPhone, opened Atto . From there it gives you two options, log in or sign up. I chose sign up and it asks for my email, enter my email and it tells me a confirmation email has been sent. ... on my computer I go to my email and nothing, not in my inbox, not in junk or spam. So I re-enter my email and try it again, same results. I hit refresh on my computer, I logged out of email and signed back in, still nothing. It’s been over 30 min now and I’ve got no email confirmation from Atto.
Waist of my time. Deleting Atto .

I’ve been using Atto for a little over a year now, for my business of 10 employees. It works great sometimes due to the area it might not work or there might be a problem with an employees phone. What ever the case is you can later manually enter your time. There is a free trial and the location is accurate. You can chat with a person if help is needed.

Atto has really helped our company. I love the location service that it provides while my employees are clocked in. This is absolutely necessary as our employees drive to multiple job site locations. The only thing I would like them to improve on is the updating of locations. Sometime I refresh the screen but the location doesn’t update every time.

Working with this app has been a great experience so far! Efficient and super easy to use all its features. At first we were not sure if we can use it in our industry, however Atto is extremely versitile and we were able to easily adapt it to our specific needs.

Atto is not able to keep working for a long period. Example, if the “clock in” is set, in 4 hours later when I need to have a brake, I need to restart Atto , otherwise Atto won’t recognize my “brake” command. I believe Atto should work non stop and effectively.

Used it for a while and it worked very well but when it came time to upgrade it wouldn’t let me nor would it let me send a message to customer support. I want to continue using Atto but the only thing that it is telling me is in the banner to upgrade. Won’t bring up a page for me to enter my credit card info or anything. Guess I can’t use Atto anymore

Too glitchy Atto is not reliable after coming back from an hour lunch break I hit end break but after closing and reopening Atto it showed I was still on break so I hit end break again and closing and reopening Atto this time worked and now showed clockout but after looking at my timesheet it showed I took a 2 hour lunch break because of this glitch and had to manually fix it

They charge 5$ per employee but they also charge you (the business owner) as an employee so if you have 3 employees that you are tracking, you’d pay for 4 employees cuz they charge you to manage Atto which I found stupid. Atto works as intended but I’m sick of paying them 5$ everywmonth for my self to basically see how many hours my employees did. Until they stop charging the admins 5$, this feedback will remain in place.

I have been using this app for over a year. I use it every day and it help keep track of my hours worked. The fact that they send you a time sheet report every week makes things so easy. And with the latest update, I can change jobs within my work day and keep track of hours worked at specific jobs within my occupation.

I highly recommend this to anyone who needs to keep track of their time. The GPS helps to avoid any question regarding when and where I clock-in and clock-out.

The customer support experience was fantastic. Emma guided us through the plans and we were able to find a perfect one for our small business.

It works better than a regular time clock and I would highly recommend Atto for keeping track of your staffs hours.

I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone from customer service for the last 4 days. They don’t have a phone number on their website and I’ve sent already 4 emails and no one replies. I wanted to purchase an extra seat but I accidentally typed the wrong email so I sent the invitation to someone else.
I need to fix this please. Can someone contact me ASAP please???

So far works great and I love it, however, I do wish i could input my hourly wage so it will calculate my pay along with my hours. Then when I send my timesheet to my employer they don’t have to do any math. It’s all right there laid out.

Every time I try to add employees it says I need to purchase seats I go to the link to purchase seats it sends me to Atto I open it and it sends me back to the screen that says login and when I login it sends me back to Atto there is no specific place to go to to purchase new seats it’s ridiculous I’ve wasted more time trying to figure this out then the money I’ve spent is worth.

I love the Otto Time Recording feature! It has the automated features where you can clock in and clock out and take breaks as a one and have the ability to keep track of your weekly time sheets!

Loving Atto so far, very easy to check my hours and keep track of them!! A+ my boss really likes it to, takes no time at all compared to writing ho to clock in, clock out and back in for breaks

Using them for our non profit, to manage a few employees. I've tried about 50 others apps before (no kidding). This one finally did the trick.

Sometimes it turns itself to clock off after you have clocked in. Tracks your location.

Great app! Everything we need and none of what we don’t. Recent update makes it even better! Highly recommend.

Great app that helps us keep track of when and where a staff person reported for that day.
