Check in at station doesn't save shields in app
The app seems fine but the entire system seems flawed. You must check in on a tablet at the station but if you have a reward and choose to "Save it for later" then you don't receive a shield for your purchase. Chevron should just add a barcode to the app that the cashier scans to record the purchase instead of this check in process that rarely works. The last 8 purchases I've made at chevron have not awarded any shields. Either go back to the cards or fix the system.
