I asked a very specific question about leases and my questions needs more than a 1 second response o need to interact with someone on the phone to ask a few detailed questions that cannot be articulate and Charles refuses to assist. He said to move to a different application. I have used this app for a while and have overlooked its short comings. But this is a bunch of bull to not be able to ask a detailed question. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. SO I guess my only question is to ask "how do I export all my data" so I can move to a company that has better support and has better tenant integration and communication. The lease documenting is very poor and the emails are not integrated. You have a very poor tenant communication tracking system. I guess they don't understand that in the states we need paper trails. Please provide details on how to export ALL my data and I will gladly go to a better platform. Charles recommends if you want a more intuitive programs go to "Buildium, Appfolio"

This app is not very intuitive in my opinion. It took a while to figure out how to edit the properties and categorize my bank transactions. If I clicked the wrong date of option there is no way to make corrections after the fact. I thought I would just delete each property then add it back as a way to start fresh, but it just made a totally different problem with the information. Just gonna get out before they ask for a payment. The problem has potential, but needs more work.

I’ve just downloaded and started to explore the app. I logged out and went to log back into the app and found that neither the user name nor password would populate and there is no option for Face ID. It’s not accessing my iPhone password manager nor has Face ID. There is no remember me function. That means manually typing all login info including a long complicated password. That’s disappointing. Have not yet explored the app to comment on all else.
