I’ve made many purchases at Newchic, and other than sizing problems, have never had an issue that was not quickly and professionally resolved. The variety of men’s garments is unlike anything I’ve seen at any other site, which is what keeps me coming back. If you’re a man who cares about the way you look, and have an eye for things just a bit unusual, this is your site. No doubt you’ll find things you can only shake your head at, but take it in stride...you’re sure to find that topcoat with a tasteful flare in a variety of colors difficult to find elsewhere. I’m tired of the tan, brown, grey, black and olive world of men’s clothing that permeates the United States in every corner. I’m tired of seeing the old, tired, tried and true look of men’s fashions that put everyone to sleep...but I’m also not interested in something so flashy and trendy that you’re embarrassed to put it on, let alone wear it outdoors. Elegant and understated apparel is what I look for, and have found much of it at Newchic. Just be careful when ordering to select the correct size...go with the measurements provided instead of S, M, L, XL, etc. Asian sizing is completely different than American, and most items are slimmer cut than you may be used to. Sizing is something very few men seem to know about themselves, but if you want to look your best, know your measurements. Any competent tailor can give you this information.

This site is pretty bad. The quality is very cheap and I’m not sure what these other reviews are talking about. Some of the shirts are not breathable at all and just made of bad synthetic materials that look like cheap costume material. Also shipping takes forever. It will tell you the number of days it takes to ship. However, that number is only dependent on AFTER they dispatch the product from the warehouse. One of my orders was placed over a week ago and it still hasn’t left. So I still need to wait 10-15 days, (considered “priority air mail”) that I had to pay for, after it is eventually sent whenever that may be.

The small shirts I ordered fit like a medium or large. They are huge. You should definitely only order if you’re into the oversized look. Aside from that, the return policy might as well be nonexistent.

I called to return 2 shirts in separate orders. The customer service rep said that I would have to pay for shipping and it would likely be more than the shirts, since I would have to pay for international shipping to China. He also said I would have to pay for shipping for each item in separate packages and I could not ship them in one package. Therefore resulting in even higher shipping fees. He could not offer an amount that I would have to pay for shipping and said I would have to figure it out myself at a post office.

I ordered two shirts from this website and was pretty excited about them. I had been looking for a specific button up style for quite a bit of time and I finally found it on Newchic. There was a fairly good sale so I decided to order two of them. I was pretty excited, on the website the two that I ordered looked like a thinner and longer design instead of wider and shorter which was EXACTLY what I had been trying to find. I ordered the shirts and they arrived slightly earlier than the estimated shipping time which was very nice. Once I opened them I quickly noticed that NEITHER of the shirts were longer and thinner like they were portrayed on the website, they were both super wide and short. Not only that, one of the shirts I ordered had a dark white color in the pictures, but when I took it out of the bag it was very brown and not even close to the whiter color in the picture. The other shirt WAS the correct color, however neither of them were the silky & loose material that they were portrayed as on the website and felt kinda cheap. I mean I guess I could've just gotten the two bad shirts and the rest of the site really is fine, but I don't wanna risk that theory and end up with more clothes I won't wear. Only giving two stars for the good delivery time. Pretty disappointed😕

I just started shopping here early this year and am already a devoted customer. Fantastic deals! I have had bad experiences with things not fitting when I shop from China. Here, they put actual and accurate measurements for each size. It often changes by item, so you have to check each one, but then you can be pretty sure it will fit. For bras, I need to add an extra 2 inches, and then you can get some amazing deals on them. They also have some funny lighthearted items like the bra and underwear case that looks like a giant bra. I use it for my business trips to hide the actual items so they don’t get seen if something happens with my bag when I am traveling with colleagues... such an excellent site for finding deals and cool items!

None of my clothes fit or were they good quality. After paying 150$ and trying to making a return no one is giving me a return label they are just trying to switch out the clothes which is fine but I’m wanting to return the whole thing and they aren’t letting me when the return policy clearly states within the 30 days. DONT SHOP WITH NewchicFashionShopping!
UPDATE: I was just emailed after speaking with a representative for a very long time about getting a refund and return label and the email was and I quote “ How about we offer 40% refund of item's price and you keep the item?” Which is super unprofessional and insulting. I would love to just simply return my items. AGIAN DO NOT SHOP!!!

ANOTHER UPDATE IM STILL BATTLING THIS! I just got a return label and it says that I’m only returning 4 shirts getting a total of 74$ back when I spend 150$!!!!! NewchicFashionShopping is the worst app I’ve ever shopped on save yourself the heart ache and the STOLEN money

Responding to a review marked fraud, I’ve never had a problem. Some items have taken awhile to receive, but I have been notified and now there is a tracking on all orders. Some items have come super fast, way ahead of schedule. Only a couple of things have been not quite as I expected, but the price was so good, it was still well worth the product. I also relied on a few reviews for sizing which weren’t applicable to me, since the shoes didn’t fit as the review suggested. That wasn’t New Chic’s fault. The shoes were excellent quality and I passed them to someone that could wear them and ordered another size. I have had fantastic service and extremely happy with all my products from toys to household goods to clothing.

It seems to be a common theme with the company and app, so I thought I would add to the fire
I ordered several items from NewchicFashionShopping , totaling to over 200 dollars, and when I placed the order, the money was taken from my account. I received an confirmation email, so I thought everything was taken care of. When I checked NewchicFashionShopping the next day, it said I hadn’t successfully finished the payment, But the money had already been taken from my account. I waited a few days to let the refund process take place, but nothing happened.

Today, I have tried calling the customer service number that’s on NewchicFashionShopping , and I have got straight to voice mail 3 times. I hope they figure out a new way for their customer service, because this isn’t how you satisfy your customers.

The same thing happened to me that so many others are saying. I ordered a jacket which was in stock and ready to go. Then I didn’t get any feedback or shipping info. I contacted customer service, which is horrible, and they finally said it was out of stock and I would have to wait 3 months. A month later I get notified it was shipped. Contacting customer service no one could give me a shipping number, they said day after day that it would be there within a couple days. And each time they cut and paste that same stuff they post in the responses here. Word for word actually. The one are strikes and weather and customs delays etc. It’s total fraud. Contest the charge to get your money back if they don’t cancel your order. Oh and just to be clear it’s been 6 months and the package which they swear was shipped still hasn’t arrived. Yeah right.

Love these boots! The colors and design are over the top gorgeous ! I ordered one size larger based on customer reviews. I would have been fine ordering my size. But I will use orthotic and will be just fine.

They do smell funky when I unpacked them. Sprayed with Febreze spray and I am sure as I wear them outdoors the smell will totally go away. Did with another pair I received earlier.

Be aware they are shipped from China so takes a while to arrive. These took 5-6 weeks. I paid with PayPal in case I had issues but I am totally happy. Will order again. I just know there is a wait.

I think I got everything in my first order. Everything was different than I expected, mostly in a favorable way. I ordered a decorative pillow & while it isn't the color combo I ordered, it's still a really nice pillow & is much larger than I thought it would be. I got my son a pair of shoes & while next time I will order a larger size (those European/Asian sizes are hard to nail down), they are a really nice pair of shoes. He likes wearing them (he's autistic & difficult to buy for) & he has gotten a lot of compliments on them. I plan on purchasing more from NewChic.

I saw an ad for new shoes listed that I fell in love with. The description said they were in stock. I ordered it with no problem. The next day I get a message saying they were out of stock and it was back ordered for a month away. I waited my month and get another email stating they are again out of order and that I will have to wait again.! By the time I would have received the shoes they would be out of season style. They are a ankle boot.

I understand running out of stock of way too cute shoes, but why are you still taking orders online for them? Why am I still being pushed back for month two? I rarely fall in love with shoes, but I just don’t need this- I won’t even be able to wear them until next winter 🙄. Have enough in stock or give more accurate timelines for delivery

I have ordered a few times now and have been pleasantly surprised. The products I have ordered have all been excellent quality. I have ordered 4 pairs of shoes and a couple of other items. Great quality! They fit perfectly. They are super cute and comfortable.
Shopping was very reasonable and they came quickly.
I am definitely keeping NewchicFashionShopping and ordering many more times.
Oh, and I did contact customer service and they were very responsive. So- I’d say that I’m glad I took the chance on ordering from this company.

Keep it up you’re one of those places that I thought “sure I’ll give them a try”. Six months later I did. Sorry it took that long. I’ve been pleasantly impressed with the merchandise I’ve received from Nc. As an artist I’m always on the lookout for comfortable trendy tops and pants....as well as clothes that are all or mostly made of cotton, as I am unable to wear most synthetics.
However, don’t be in a hurry to receive your order. Your items are coming from overseas and can take as much as two months to arrive.
All in all I would recommend you all to check into this company, I’m glad I did!

This is a great find for cute clothes that actually cover your body and leave a little bit to the imagination. The shoes are made of leather and very comfortable. The dresses are well made, and I can see this as a seamstress, with zippers, some covered seems and easy waistlines. Most of the fabric is cotton and has been pre-shrunk, also requiring a bit of an iron. I have ordered several and wear them often. By the way their return policy is easy and fair.

What hooked me were the boots & shoes. I have a spinal condition so I can’t wear a heel bigger than a kitten heel & I really need some flats. But, the flats I have looked at were mostly ugly. The colorful hand painted shoes & boots that I spent well over an hour looking at that category on the site. They are a work of art! Truly. I think I could have bought at least 50 of them!! I can’t wait to wear them!!!!

I have been so impressed with the quality of the merchandise that I receive. There are a lot of china based businesses that present merchandise in the photo only two ships of standard merchandise in reality. This has never been the case with this website. And they’re honest when they say that they cannot for fill something that you’ve purchased and they return yourFunds immediately. I’ve done business with Chinese factories for 26 years and this is one of the best.

I absolutely love NewchicFashionShopping. You get (almost) EXACTLY what you ask for. They do give fair warning on the clothes with sizing in the descriptions which is better than leaving us hanging. The only thing I have a problem with is that it’s hard to find the things by their normal name like a onsie for example. Goes by another name instead. I wouldn’t have known that if I didn’t scroll through the whole sleepwear section. But other than that I really don’t have a problem. ♥️♥️♥️

I very much enjoy shopping on this site...I find more unique items then I would find in a regular store. I sometimes get upset when they run out of an items and there’s no warning....then you have to get a refund. sometimes it takes a long time for the items to get here. I guess because this is from another country.
Other than the delivery time being an issue, this is a nice site to shop...thank you

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. I ordered a jacket, a shirt and some pants. It’s now coming up on two months since I placed this order. I emailed the invoice to their customer service, they can’t provide me with any details or the status of my order. But they had no trouble taking my money. This company is bull crap. They have automated responses, but they’re a scam. I’ve been talking with my attorney, I recommend everyone do the same. Contact the better business bureau , and report this company like I am in the process of doing. I’ve been in touch with other people just like myself, and we are all collaborating on getting this company shut down once and for all

This is a fantastic site to order from, only issue I have encountered is I have ordered some of there lovely hats that have come smashed up , so know I have to figure out how to get the shape back. May I suggest offering to ship in hat boxes for an additional fee which I would be more than happy to pay for because the mail carriers could care less, they will shove anything they can in a mailbox. Oh and it takes a long time to receive your items.
