Auto Rent Payments
Pretty easy to use. Adding a bank account is familiar if you’ve ever used PayPal. Paying rent is two taps or you can set it up to pay for you every month. Not as polished as the competition but also doesn’t try to sell you stuff. My only complaint is that you can’t change your email yourself without asking their support department, but they say it’s for security and I believe them so I’m not taking off a star.

Straightforward and saves me time
Really straightforward which I like. Autopay has saved me from late fees so many times. Kind of a pain to verify your card but when I actually called support they said it was for security reasons, which I completely get. Tip: set up autopay and you won’t have the need to continuously login.

My landlord said hey I want to use this new app called this app. I was a little hesitant at first but once I got the hang of how the app works set my account on auto pay my bill comes out every first of the month as it even allows me to send maintenance requests straight to my landlord ASAP! Thanks
