nothing but problems from day 1. threw camera away nearly one year ago, and now they have billed my credit card without my authorization for another year of service for a camera that does not exist, and I have had no success contacting these people.

I have a brand new flex camera worked ok for a little while now it will not send pictures and I have changed batteries in it 3 times it sent a firmware notice I have tried to do that with no avail I have tried to reach out to customer service on website and tried calling and I can’t get in touch with anyone if I knew customer service was this bad I never would have bought this thing

Have 2 Link-Micro LTE-V and both cameras started off sending pictures and just quit after 5 days. I have 90% batteries and good 90% signal strength. Can NOT get through to customer support.

This is the 4th lte camera for me, 1st one took about 50 or so pitures before it worked properly. the 2nd camera had to be sent back, received quickly a new camera that took close to 50 pictures before it worked, the third camera is almost ready to go out the window. FED up with it. Trying to find a 188 number to get this camera fixed one way or the other, so much for free pictures.. GREAT HUNTING SEASON

My new flex camera doesn't show the camera location on my Cell phone app it shows my house where I tested the camera . The camera is now in the field and it is giving the correct gps coordinates if I go to Google Maps. It shows on the app it is still at my house. I have uninstalled the app 4 times and it's the same.

Purchase spypoint link micro s and had nothing but trouble been on live chat twice no solution it would send two pictures and nothing after reboot the camera same thing two pictures and nothing I bought the Cuddeback two weeks ago and flawless operation I would not recommend this product to anyone or costomer service is another issue save money and hassle get a Cuddeback

I've had this camera for 2 years with no issues Now App says 100% battery and signal. On premium plan with unlimited pics Camera quit working. Turns on fine But will not send pics. Cam is on my patio with about 20 people moving around in front of it all day. No pics for 3 days now even with all that activity Need help....

Bought two SPYPOINT cell link adapters that hook to your own camera but I have been trying to get them to send pictures for a week , one says four bars signal but won’t send pictures ! I have been on chat and tried everything that they told me to do but to no avail ! I have three other SPYPOINT cameras that work fine but thought I could save some money by using this new adapter made by SPYPOINT , hasn’t been anything but trouble ! I’m hard headed so I’ll keep at it for a while , but the chat service I’m beginning to think may be a waste of time ! Jim Vickers phone 660 885 8486 if someone else had had this trouble !

Bought Spy Point Micro- LTE have activated it or least I thought can't get it to transfer picture to phone .So deleted and reinstalled camera .Still no picture been 3 days using up my free time which Spy Point gives and so loosing what's suppose to be free that I can't use tomorrow 4th day .So disappointed in this service so far . I really need some tech support here . I have followed instruction 2 times and have had another person help as well so have spend the last 3 days trying to figure this out . So not sure if something wrong with camera or I am just missing something . My husband went bought a Moultrie set it up and sent pics right away working great . So I think it's the camera from Spy Point not configuring & transmitting . Maybe just something with this camera !!!! Never as of yet gotten it to send a pic 3 days now Disappointed !!!!!!!!!!!

I currently run 5 cameras from Spypoint, ALL are less than a year old. The 2 most expensive cameras are horrible, Takes very few pictures and rarely transmits pictures, They are all on the same farm with the problem 2 being on a hill with the best reception. The 2 with issues are a LINK-DARK-6897 and LINK-S-YGEG. My 3 LINK-MICRO cameras work perfectly. I run these on an Iowa farm and I'm in Minnesota, What can we do about this? At This point I would be happy trading them in for NON cellular cameras just so I can get pictures. Please help me out and let me know what to do or I will need to cancel services asap. Just got a new SPYPOINT link micro lte on 2/27/21 with a new 32 gb card activated it and it worked great the next week took the camera to place it in the woods and it will not turn on took it back home and replaced all the battery’s and still will not do anything

Have 2 micro lte cameras. One has zero issues . The other had a leaking doo in the rain. Finally died, so I called SPYPOINT. They replaced it and sent out a new camera to replace it. Activated the new one and switch my yearly plan over to new one. This camera lasted 3 days. Call them back again and trouble shot it with a technician. It was found to be defective. Go through the whole process again. They send out another camera. Activated it and turned it on and the light flashed green then red then orange before it died. Call them right away. Tech guy and I trouble shot everything with this one also. Which is defective also! They are now sending the third replacement for the original camera. And they have a referral program? I was going to add more cell cameras but I have lost the last 4 weeks of my hunting season. I really think I am done with them.

I purchased two spypoint link micro cameras in october. One hooked up and started without issue. The other one I had to call support and had one replaced. The batteries go dull in almost no time and also they stop taking photos and holding reception. They are in locations that I have great reception with my cell phone. One in my back yard. I signed up for monthly payments on these and haven't gotten a photo since. If we can't fix these I want all my money back. Can we make these work without incident????? 641-390-0518

Worst customer service ever

I purchased and have had in the field since April 2019 a Dark Link camera. My camera quit transmitting pictures with all indicators on the camera showing a strong signal and battery strength. After 2 weeks and several phone calls the Customer Service had me do a hard reset and reinstall the camera to the website app. My Premium service plan was deleted and had to be reset up after another Trail period. SPYPOINT assured me that the first account was deleted and I would not be billed for the next month service. Guess what I was billed for the “deleted” account. Several more phone calls/emails, submission of my bank transaction and I was refund. Part 2 set up the account a second time every thing was working fine till the end of July when I started to get completely washed out over exposed daylight pictures. I used the text feature in the app and I would wait most times a day for a response. I would answer and wait. I finally kept manipulating the settings of the camera through the app and the daylight pictures started working. A few days later the night mode pictures went dark showing a full screen black image. Through all this I have given up on customer support help. They are untimely and do not seem to know the product very well. I Use the cuddelink system also and have had no issues running 4 cameras. I bought SPYPOINT because of the app & the camera so I am hoping that I can get it straightened out

The price is great bait... but save yourself the hassle!

So I have 2 Link Micro cameras, one Verizon and one at&t. I’ve had to return both at least once, I’ve had to go to the woods on a regular to pull the cameras due to problems(defeats purchase) and I’ve had to delete and re-download the app at least 15 times. The price is amazing and the photo plans price is good, don’t bite down on the hook just yet cause it looks tasty...I’ve contacted them on messenger over 50 times regarding issues, It always the owners fault, they give you this preschool instruction that fixes absolutely nothing. So before you think dang... slap yourself in the face and say DONT DO IT, because by the time you have used fuel bought batteries( for me every other week)and wasted your time chasing down customer service, covering your area with unnecessary scents from trying to get what you paid for to actually do what it’s suppose to... TAKE MY ADVICE AND BUY THE BETTER ONE(OF A DIFFERENT MANUFACTURER) you can thank me later.....or now but I promise you you will. Maybe they take better care of the ones who they actually sponsor but there are definitely more blue collar hunters than TV paid hunters so when they say “ OH I LOVE SPYPOINT CAMERA’S “ it’s probably because they didn’t pay for it or they get better service because they are putting their name across the screen. Ok and I’m sorry for the rant but if you buy one.... you’ll know!!!!

Will not work

I bought a spypoint cell link for My spypoint camera I have been using for the passed 2 years. Love my camera and have never had a issue. Got the cell link so I could see the pictures without having to drive down and change out my sd cards to view the the pictures. After booking it up and going step by step instructions. The app has never worked. When you go to the spypoint support, all the pictures on the support page do not match up with the app display pages. On the app I can see the camera is communication with my cell link and has never sent any pictures through the app at all. I know it’s nothing with the camera. I set up my other spypoint on the opposite side of this opening facing towards the spypoint with the cell link with a regular sd card inside it and is taking pictures so I know it’s not an issue of nothing in the frame and the cell link unit has always showed full signal strength. Also if you through the instruction book that comes with the cell link it also does not line up with the website and/app display as it says. This was a waste of money and time and I would not recommend it to anyone. In the future after dealing with this now I will buy a Muddy cell camera and activate it with my AT&T plan.
