The NYP Connect app is a digital platform that allows users to communicate with world-class experts from Columbia and Weill Cornell Medicine for services such as Virtual Urgent Care, Video Visits, and more. It also provides access to patient portals, health news, hospital services, and wayfinding features.

2. Virtual Urgent Care: Connect with Emergency or Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physicians through a live video chat for non-life-threatening illnesses or injuries.
3. Video Visit: Video conference with your doctor instead of traveling to and waiting in the doctor's office.
4. Find a Doctor: Find your ideal doctor based on their specialty, location, insurance network, and language.
5. Patient Portal: Easily access medical records, contact healthcare providers, request prescriptions, and more.

The NYP Connect app offers a suite of digital services. Through NYP Connect you can easily, and quickly, communicate with world-class experts from Columbia and Weill Cornell Medicine for services such as Virtual Urgent Care, Video Visits, and more. Whether at home or one of our hospital locations, our resources are now at your fingertips. APP FEATURES: NYP Connect: Communicate with our doctors from your mobile phone or tablet and address your health needs at your convenience. Access your patient portal to manage virtual appointments, review test results, pay your bill, and so much more. Virtual Urgent Care: For non-life-threatening illnesses or injuries, access Virtual Urgent Care which connects you with one of our Emergency or Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physicians through a live video chat 7 days a week. Adult services are available in New York and New Jersey from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM midnight, with Pediatric services (individuals under 18 years of age) available in New York and New Jersey from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM midnight. Video Visit: You can save time traveling to and waiting in the doctor's office by video conferencing with your doctor instead. It is a quick, convenient way to communicate with medical professionals contributing to your care. Find a Doctor: Find your ideal doctor based on their specialty, location, insurance network, and even language. Patient Portal: Easily access your medical records, contact with your healthcare provider, request a prescription, and more. With a built-in hospital guide for all NewYork-Presbyterian locations, you will always have our important phone numbers, transportation guides, and patient guides readily available to you. Wayfinding: We now offer detailed, turn by turn instructions within Weill Cornell Medical Center, David H. Koch Center, and the Alexandra Cohen Hospital through the NYP Connect app. Use the Wayfinding feature to navigate within the hospital to points of interest such as Clinical Departments, Cafes, Patient Services, and more. Healthkit: With Healthkit integration, the app can obtain health information from your Apple Health App and share it with your healthcare providers. The "Track My Health" activity can be used to connect to the Health App and import data to NYP Connect. Please consult with your healthcare provider for more details and how to enable this feature.

Love NYP on demand
So worth The $99 fee. Phone call with the doctor was quick and concise. My only recommendation is: when you have an issue with a RX that there is an easier way for the pharmacy or the patient to get in touch. Called 5 times in the course of 24 hours to have the dosage changed because the original was a children’s dose.

Love the virtual urgent care service!
Used the NYP app when I thought I had the flu. Was able to quickly connect with a Cornell doctor who provided a diagnosis and sent meds straight to the pharmacy closest to my apartment. It was the night before a long flight so I was so grateful to get quick access to treatment before my trip!
