First of all, let me preface this by saying that I did not even want to buy this app. I got the one-week trial just to see what it was about, did not really use it at all because let’s be honest I just was busy. Anyway after one week the trial ended and I forgot to unsubscribe therefore it charged me for the full year of $40. I decided to give it a try, and soon realize that this app is not very good. I don’t think that it is accurate my heart rate has never dipped down below 60 and it said that my resting heart rate was 40 bpm. I also was not sleeping at the time and when I checked the data it said that my sleep was 86% average and it showed that I actually hit REM sleep, but that is not possible because I was wide awake. This app is not accurate and I don’t think it should be falsely advertised the way it is. Since I did not want this app, I decided to send a message and ask for a refund, to my disappointment I was instantly denied my refund. I don’t think that it is fair, because as a customer I should have the right to get my money back for a product I am not satisfied with.

I used this app for about a week. After that, ever time I attempted to open the app it crashed. I did everything I could to try and get it to work. Force closed it and all other apps, still crashed. Shut down and restarted the phone, still crashed. Deleted and reinstalled the app, still crashed. Made sure my phone and app was updated, still crashed. I have stop short of restoring my phone OS altogether. When the app was working, it was able to wake me up twice over the week. The other times when it was unable to wake me up, it turned out that my volume had been turned all the way down, despite me having just watched a video online with the volume turned to full just before setting my alarm. This app has more problems than I care to count and deserves to be revamped to just work. Good luck if you decide to download, I suggest keeping a second alarm just Incase this app decides to turn your volume down or just refuses to open. Thumbs down!

I was very happy with this app at when I had my I phone 11 and now with my iPhone 12 no more first but seems last October 2020 when bad I deleted and put back up and I just deleted all my all data plus was incorrect information and don’t record it anymore or tell me that I own to my body like 3 days of sleep and I know is not true plus is not giving me all the tracking information and the bad thing is the I pay for the whole year and I need to delete it and find a better app because I have fibromyalgia and is very important for me to know what happens when I’m falling asleep. I don’t know if your company changes the person who was first doing all the updates or just don’t care about it anymore already took the money from the clients and don’t care to continue doing a improve on the business app. Good luck finding people who will stay with this app because me no more.
