The accuracy of delivery needs to be improved. I used the service for about 3 months and at least 3 times a week on average. I’d say 30% of time I received package with missing items. And 20-30% the delivery is not on time. What really annoyed me today is 盒马 itself. I can do promotion cart for several days and today I finally reached out to customer service asking for their help. After 45-50min the problem is not solved and they are asking for tons of questions: down to the version of my phone, my location etc. it’s really frustrating!

Improvements need to be made to make things simpler and easier for customers.

Under such circumstances of corona-virus restrictions, HeMa has maintained a great efficiency and a beautiful balance between pricing, quality, quantity and delivery timing. A real wonderful APP and fantastic shopping experience.

Multiple times delivery delay up to more than 1 hour than expected delivery time given at placing orders, no customer service contacted, and very hard to reach them, took me more than 10 mins to get them on the phone, no practical solutions provided, no compensation provided. Will never use it again.

Splash screen and notifications are full of advertisements.

Worst APP！ Subscribed member and loading hundred dollar for the payment. According the delivery slot releasing time I have keep refresh 盒马 all the time. But still can’t get even an onion. Really bad experience. Dingdong App is much better.

I waited almost 3 hours after payment, and later it asked it just asked me to get my refund, because they couldn’t make delivery, Wth, is that the service?

盒马 is supposed to have an English interface, but there is no way to select the language. At this rate, Hema will not be a viable replacement for other English and international supermarkets.

盒马 is great but would love an English interface. Hema has helped with online groceries in China.

No customer service at all! Everything goes to automatic response.

I cannot believe there isn’t a dark mode!! Every time I was ordering in the dark, 盒马 is so shining and my eyes hurt!

It’s delivery service is incredibly fast. However the poor app needs a lift:

1. Interface mixes English and Chinese
2. No language settings
3. Cannot find where to set email address and thus cannot receive invoices
4. Contacted support about #3 and they did not solve it.

盒马 is trash. The fruit and grocery are NOT FRESH AT ALL. This business is a totally fraud. Will never ever use 盒马 and this company again!!!

App says it’s in Chinese and English. Not clear how to change language to English.

Good service!

Very dishonest APP. It hides most of the negative reviews of its products. That’s why most of the reviews show on 盒马 are positive reviews. Don’t trust 盒马 .

The delivery service is perfect, but the tab bar of 盒马 cannot change language, it’s so boring

after installed, 盒马 always running in background even you not use it at all.
