Refund not initiated for the booking
My security refund hasn't been given back. This is a horrible customer experience. They haven't informed me why it's not initiated. I want to understand what is the issue.

Horrible service and most unreliable taxi rental service. At Last minute pick up location was changed even after booking the trip several months ago. Go with this app only if you want to spoil your trip.
