Hello this app! We absolutely love this app to manage our tickets and all, but one thing that we are have an issue with is the constant app crash every time we try and view the users or organizations. Is this going to be fixed? Thank you for all of the hard work you put into this app!

This is a much better agent app then was available before. Looks like I can do everything that I can do in the agent portal.
