So with a stomach bug ravaging our house, my husband caught it and was down for the count. He was losing so many fluids and couldn’t manage to take in more. I have being seeing several ads on Facebook about an app called Dispatch Health and was pretty curious about it. So I thought I would give the app a try, and I am seriously mind blown. With our insurance, using Dispatch Health costs the same as an Urgent Care visit. And I don’t know about you guys, but I hate going to Urgent Care. A licensed Nurse Practitioner came to our home with her nurse and got him all set up with an IV bag as well as anti-nausea medication. They were so friendly and personable, and took very good care of my husband. He is already feeling so much better. This is revolutionary medical care if you ask me. They are open from 8am to 8pm, and from the time I used the app, to the time they showed up at my door was only 1 hour. That’s about how long you wait in an Urgent Care office. I definitely plan on using them in the future. With two kids, I can imagine I will have plenty of opportunities. A+++ Dispatch Health 👍🏼

This service is so convenient! I have an adult son with a physical and cognitive disability. I’ve used Dispatch multiple times and am thrilled at how professional the staff is. They have always seemed comfortable handling my son’s complex medical needs. They send scripts to your pharmacy, leave you with written notes and they followup the next day via a phone call. My favorite part- My son is on Medicaid and they take his insurance! No wheelchair vans, no waiting in germy urgent cares. I highly recommend this service, especially to the “special needs” community!!

Used this service for the first time on Sunday and it was great. From the time I requested a visit on the app until the team showed up was less than an hour. They were both incredibly professional and ran an IV, administered a medication, ran labs on site, and put in a medication request at my pharmacy. They discovered a low sodium level that if untreated could be very serious. And it was covered by my insurance! Pretty much as close to perfect as possible.
